This place does everything they can do to get you back on the road. Randy was professional and kept me updated on my service. Parts on back order but the worked with me to get the part and get it installed to get me back on the road.
I will never give them business again. I took my vehicle in for work on a transmission warrantied by GM. They did the diagnostics and it took a week or them to tell me the warranty must not be through GM. The problem was the torque converter but they said they wont fix it unless a want to replace the whole transmission at triple or quadruple the price even though I got this one put in 2 years ago. Took it to a different shop and in less than a day they told me that the warranty is through GM and is still valid. So I spent $165 to be told bad information and that they wont touch it.
I have only had one interaction with Ken Ware, and that was today, but it was very good. I had a troublesome electrical issue with my 2016 Silverado and they found the problem right away and I walked out without paying anything more than the diagnostic fee, which they disclosed up front. The staff was very professional and helpful.
I have been having the worst couple of weeks and nothing but problems from the dealership I bought my car from and then came along Ken Ware and they have been nothing short of absolute superheros. They have earned a customer for life!!! I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. Thank you from my soul. You'll never understand fully how appreciated you are because there's just not enough adequate words!!!!
Always friendly and Damien, our sales person, ensured we got n appointment for our truck service quick! Was surprised the GM complimentary service did not fill the DEF it was about 1/2 but the Ken Ware filled it
I’ve had several oil changes and it has always been a good experience. They have a nice lobby with free Wi-Fi and comfy chairs and a big screen tv. The coffee is decent too. I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT go to their service department. I've taken my car in 5 different times in the last 2 years for issues where if my car sat for 48 hours or less without being driven it would not start and had to be jumped. They have never fixed the problem and charged me 70 dollars to put in a new battery. When asked what would happen if this battery died in a week they said, "We would charge another 70 to put another new battery in." They will not back their own service and will not waive fees for their own faulty parts. I will never come back here. Ridiculous charges.
