Store wouldn't sell me a belt for a 1988 astro without a smog pump insisting VERY condescendingly that such a thing did not exist without ever checking the book. He did this multiple times until I got mad and hung up after telling him the only state that needed a smog pump in 1988 was California, and every other astro made then did not have one. He got obsessed over the idea that I needed a kit to bypass my smog pump and kept yelling (multiple times, at least 4 or 5) THEY DON"T MAKE SUCH A THING! very condescendingly. This, as you can imagine, sucked. He could have easily sold me the belt, which is what I wanted, and there was no reason to be talked down to. I will probably use the parts store next to them in the future. Not that it's relevant or that you will believe me, but I am not inexperienced at these things and have rebuilt 2 engines from the ground up with a local metal shop doing the cylinder boring. To be treated like an idiot on the phone like this from someone whom obviously knows a lot less about engines than I do is severely annoying. Maybe you should hire someone mature enough to have found out they don't know everything just because they are younger than I.

I have dealt with multiple employees there, I have always had the best experience with them helping with what I need. Polite, helpful and respectful.

Did not have the alternator I was looking for. But they certainly did try to help! O'Reilly's around back of the parking lot, DID!!

I am handicapped the woman manager realized I was in dire straits she offered me a chair I grinned and said I didn't need one she knew where everything was and how much it cost without a machine she is woman she is manager I appreciated her help and the man that worked under her God bless her she had what I wanted he knew how much stuff cost that I might need without looking it up great experience

This location is wonderful! The staff is helpful (meaning... if they don't know, they will find the answer) Nice Touch, huh ? Then there's Gina, BOMB DOT COM. My check engine light came on prior to a traveling. I felt the woman who helped me was extremely helpful and very friendly. She went as far as printing out the necessary fix I needed and helped me find the proper code reader I needed for my car, as I had left mine at home.

Really love the manager Jeanna very hospitable goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and intelligent set taught me a few things I was unsure of and didn’t treat me like I was stupid. Great person to run this auto zone

This is a great place! They have a tester that will help diagnose any issues with the engine, which is a courtesy they offer for free. I personally find that to be a great help, especially financially. If they do find something concerning, they do not pressure you to buy products through them, which I really appreciate. They will let you know how much the parts would cost through them, and how long it would take to get the part(s) in, if they don't have it in stock, and the prices are very reasonableoverall. Plus it's a very clean store, well organized and well stocked. The staff is very friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. Once again, this is another place where I've never had a bad experience, and I highly recommend it.

Gina and her crew really went above and beyond. As someone who tries to maintain and service their cars, cheap and poor quality parts often mean the jobs needs to get redone. I ordered a part online from autozone and due to manufacturer production errors and poor fitment it failed in less than 100 miles. With no inventory from the vendor for a quick replacement my sports car was potentially undriveable. Gina was able to order another part from a different vendor (that fit and works much better) in two business days and get me back on the road. Despite being an online order and manufacturing defect I was still fully taken care of with calls to notify me of expectations and what the plan for a solution was. I might as well have been getting parts from a Porsche dealership with the great service I was provided. Will absolutely be ordering parts here instead of amazon and eBay knowing Gina and her associates were professional and fully customer caring. Thank you!!

This location's terrible customer service has rovoked my former AutoZone loyalty, and I will be taking all my business *next door* to O'Reilly's, and encouraging my friends, family, and business associates, *and you* to do so as well. I recently moved here from the AZ desert. About 6 weeks later my car battery died; no noise at all when trying to start, and after jumping, it was silent-dead again three days later. I had a 3 year warranty from Mesa AutoZone for the battery where I had recieved excellent customer service for many years. With 1+years left on the warranty, I called ahead to see if North Bend AutoZone had one in-stock or if they'd have to order one for my '14 Chevy Spark. When they answered, they questioned which 2014 Spark, and I replied the not-all-electric version. He asked for the specific model code (but all the batteries are the same, except for the all-electric ones.) So I carefully read off the VIN, (and I asked about buying new windshield wipers while I waited on his long search) and he said "that isn't working for me." So I read off the licence plate, and with the help of abrasive background guy, he was finally able to locate my vehicle. Then he tells me that they don't have that battery, *and they can't even order it.* When I told him that I bought it at AutoZone, and it was under warranty, he (and background guy) argued with me. Eventually he petulantly offered that if I brought in the battery and the paperwork they would give me a partial refund. I don't want a refund: I want you to honor AutoZone's waranty. After they refused, he still audaciously tried to sell me windshield wipers! There's no point in installing new wipers on a car with no working battery! O'Reilly's *next door* had my battery in stock with a 3 year warranty that *they are both willing and able to honor.* They didn't need my VIN or licence plate to find it quickly in their system. I got my wiper blades there from those nice and knowledgable guys, too.

Best customer service On the oregon coast. Not only do the gentlemen there multitask Finding parts for multiple customers at one time but they are very knowledgeable And honest. Went in this morning and while What employee was helping find white bulbs thru a woman's cell phone picture He reached over and handed me the light bulbs that were in my hand correct number and everything. I always leave with a smile on my face. They price match to a degree too! I appreciate you guys and I always leave with a smile thank you for your hard work.

I came in to see if they had a few parts that I haven't been able to find anywhere, unfortunately they didn't have them, but I found some other stuff. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they didn't wait for me to find someone, they came up to me and asked if I needed help. I will recommend them and come back!

AutoZone in the Street Mall here in Coos Bay North Bend is fabulous. The guys are efficient conscientious about what they're doing and can I mention affordable. I went in today and had some things that I needed to get he got them he helped me get what I needed helped me make an informed choice. I can't ask for more. thank you

I felt I had to take the time and give a shout out and a big thank you to both Dale and Sweely. I rolled in the door not once but 3 times last minute needing all kinds of help and parts. Even after they said my part was there and wasn’t I was surprised by the superb customer service. Both of them called me to update me on the status. That and when they didn’t have what I needed they called the competition next door and reserved the part I needed for me. That’s the extra mile that brings me back every time. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work and I hope the right people see this because in my opinion they deserve the recognition.

AutoZone has been doing a great job with customer service. On my last visit I borrowed a torsion bar tool needed to install a lift kit on the truck my daughter had just picked up, they required a refundable deposit but no fee, great program. In addition they offered the same online discounts in store, plus they signed us up on their rewards program for additional savings. With everyone moving to online buying for savings and convenience they're making it worthwhile to stop in and take care of business. Great job...

We ordered some brake parts previously in the week. At first we were told that the parts did not come in or that they were not ordered. Then another clerk took over and said they weren't ordered because we have them in stock. It would seem that you would have that together a little bit better.
