We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra new and put a lot of miles on it quickly. We needed something more economical for highway use and needed to trade in our high mileage truck and get some repairs taken care of in the process. The sales staff: Cory, Dallas and Sam were all very helpful! Greg in finance did a fantastic job of making sure our incentives and rebates were all accounted for and applied. Paul in service has shown great care through all of the moving parts with the repairs and trade in for the truck. We purchased our second vehicle from Ken Ware sand appreciate how hard they work for their customers.

Beware buying a used car from here. I bought one and a month later my brakes were squealing. I took it to a tire place and they told me the brakes were all installed improperly and were grinding on my rotors. When I called Ken Ware to let them know they pretty much told me well you bought it SOL. I will never purchase a new or used vehicle here ever. Selling vehicles and not even acknowledging that they messed up and try and make it right is probably the worst thing for repeat clients or recommendations. ::::: I did contact about a month after purchasing and again a few months after that and was disregarded and then again disregarded after getting the brakes fixed. The letters sent do absolutely no good when a customer calls and is told nothing can be done because its a used vehicle. When I recently called I was again told the person that sold me the vehicle no longer work there and pretty much oh well. The last time I called was to just let Ken Ware be aware of what happened with the brakes so it doesn't happen to another family. The rudeness and brush off I experienced was disgusting. Brakes are crucial to a vehicle and these brakes were completely backwards. The gaslighting and lack of customer service is amazing and your response proves it. Do yourself a favor and look at the most recent negative reviews.

Tried to set up work on one of my two chevy trucks. Service manager attitude was less than professional. Do not seek service or anything from this dealership or service department. Your better off going to the city to save yourself some heartache.

If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Nick. He was by far the most informative salesman my husband and I have ever met. He knew every single detail about the cars we were looking at and was happy to share them with us over and over again. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help us through the process, even after the sale was done. I couldn't recommend him enough! Stop and in talk to Nick!

Im posting this for Deborah Perchetti this experience has left her in a bad way.Debroah was married for 30 years,her husband had just died, and she wanted a fresh start,so she moved to gold beach Oregon from Nevada. In 2023 she knew she needed a better car, so with her savings of $23,000 she went to KEN WARES Chevrolet Inc dealership in North Bend Oregon. A man name Sam greeted her; Sam will turn out to be the stereotypical used car salesperson we all fear. But to Debbie, she saw him as a nice man she could trust. He showed her a 2018 Suburban with 126,000 miles. In a 4-year period with two previous owners, which is an unusually high number of miles, Debbie didn’t question that, for this was her first time in her life buying a car by herself. The price on the Suburban was $28.200 She did not question the price and told Sam she could pay the full price for the car right now. Sam said,” no you don’t want to do that, “Why don’t you finance the remainder, it will be good to build your credit”, She said OK.Sam recommended this because he makes money on the interest rate He then sold her a warranty package for $3,019. Her interest rate would be 18% for 4 years bringing the total price she would pay for the car to $35,205. The warranty was for 24 months or 150, thousand, miles. And two years later Debbie had only put 5 thousand miles on the Suburban. She planned on driving to California to see friends for Christmas…. She never made it… the transmission gave out. The car was towed back to a tranny shop near her town. Even though she had only driven the car 5000 miles it had been 26 months since she bought, and the car warranty it now had expired .The tranny was more than likely going out when she bought it Debbie did say she could feel something slipping in the tranny sometimes after all it was driven 126,000 in 4 years .Debbie has no extra money left as she survives on social security and a part time job as a caregiver. The dealership that took advantage of her is now saying they will not help her. Without a car, she will most likely lose her job.It would be so easy for the dealership to fix this car but impossible for Debbie to do so… Please, if you’re planning to do business with KEN WARES CHEVROLET in North bend please take your business elsewhere. KEN WARES does not deserve your business.they advertise that they care about there customers …just not this one.

Buying my kid a used GM vehicle is probably the worst automotive mistake I've ever made. Parts no longer made or stocked, completely unhelpful service center. No concept of customer service. This is why the only reason American auto makers are still in business is because of government contracts and subsidies. I would advise against doing business here or buying GM vehicles in general.

Still waiting for over a month for sales team to contact me... Don't worry guys Clint Newell in Roseburg, Blaise took great care of me. Sent me home in a new 2026 traverse. Had to go in in person or call for updates on my vehicle getting serviced there. Totally lost my respect and business.

The service center was absolutely amazing when my car broke down and I had it towed to them on a weekend. I contacted them on their next business day and explained the issue. They diagnosed and performed the warranty repair and were even apologetic that it would be more than a week before it could be done. I live in Douglas County, and will no longer be taking my car to the dealer there. The staff at Ken Ware are much more competent and willing to do their job without making it seem like tou are inconveniencing them by choosing them to work on your car.

Service price was reasonable and work performed in a timely manner. They asked about rotating my tires , which needed to be done . They rotated my tires without checking the balance and have a vibration in my steering wheel now because the tires that are now on the front were not rebalanced . I worked for BFGoodrich for 5 years as a mechanics helper and checking the balance was always part of a rotation.

Excellent, I was wondering how it would go just stopping by to have my air pressure checked and it went very well. They told me to pull around to the shop and they inflated all my tires. That is awesome. Great service and very friendly staff. My go to service destination. I'm still really impressed with the service staff. They take the time to explain what's going on with my truck. When I showed up they were really busy and still took time to really explain how things work mechanically. It's always a pleasant experience.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. They will kiss up to you until they have your money and then they screw you over. Schedule service? They'll get around to it when they feel like it. Order parts? They'll ignore your order and you'll get no communication. Go to a different town and do yourself a favor. UPDATE: The part my wife ordered that Ken Ware failed to get for 3 months was ordered and in at Clint Newell in Roseburg in 2 weeks! The trailer camera that Ken Ware stalled me on for 2 months then canceled my order was ordered and in hand at Clint Newell in less than 2 weeks. It's twice the drive to Roseburg for me, but twice the service. No thanks, Ken Ware. I'll go out of my way to avoid you from now on.

I had the best experience I have ever experience at a dealership! I had Toney as my salesman and I highly recommend him he didn't push anything and was very knowledgeable! I ended up buying a 2025 chevy Trax and I absolutely love it! I can't thank the team and Tony at Chevy enough!

Great experience here. Never felt any pressure whatsoever from our excellent salesman, Tony. He didn’t try to upsell us and we got the exact Trail Boss we wanted. We got a very fair trade in for our High Country. The pricing was fair and they made sure we got all the rebates we were entitled too as well. Paul is a great finance manager and actually did better than my teacher’s credit union. Everyone was professional, courteous, no pressure, and above all - honest. Great selection of trucks. If you want an honest no hassle and honest deal, I recommend you come here. Tony and Paul are top notch! Thank you!

Nicholas Libner is fantastic. He's such an amazing man. He worked his magic and got my son and myself a beautiful Certified used s u v that fits my son's wheel chair in it. Nick is amazing!!! He answered every question, went over every detail, and made it so I left with my vehicle that very day! He's quick, efficient, super funny and just an all around nice guy. He's even checked in with me weeks after my purchase. I'd recommend Ken Ware to anyone looking for a vehicle. These are genuinely nice people. My only complaint is, I should've gone there first. Great dealership, very helpful staff. We had an issue with our 2013 Chevy Equinox LS, we paid this dealership a visit for information. They were incredibly helpful, and we were able to find all the parts we needed. If we were buying again in the future I would definitely consider buying through here.

Called for a quick service appointment, they were able to get me in in less than an hour. While completing a routine oil change, they installed a software upgrade and calibration for my vehicle, and even surprised me with an automatically applied coupon at checkout. Super friendly and efficient service staff, thankful to have recently moved to an area with such a stellar dealership.

Stopped by to look at used vehicles. Salesman "Josh" was very attentive and explained alot about the cars that were available. Saw the Nissan Maxima and fell in love with it. So ended up buying it. Am thrilled with his assistance I'm finding financing and insurance for me and Tiffinay was super great during the signing of all the papers. It was a very happy experience.

We just moved to Oregon, so this was my first experience in getting my Buick Encore serviced here. I purchased a maintenance contract when I bought this vehicle in El Paso, TX so I wasn't sure if this dealership would honor it. Paul was the service advisor that I spoke to about using this warranty. He offered to call Fidelity (the warranty company) and learn how it works. They performed lube, oil change, and tire rotation and they were able to utilize my out-of-state warranty to cover 100% of the cost. All the guys I met in the service department were terrific! Thanks to John, Paul, and Mitch, my car was done and I was back on the road in one hour. Excellent service guys!! Keep up the good work :-)

Damian was AMAZING! This was my first experience at a dealership, and first time financing a vehicle. I walked in super anxious but he went above and beyond to calm my nerves. I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and he immediately showed me options that ticked every requirement I needed. He was friendly, personal while still professional, and made this experience a breeze. I left with a an absolutely beautiful rig and I cannot thank him enough. I’ve bought a lot (probably too many) vehicles in my young life. In the last 4 years I’ve had 4 new vehicles. I’ve had a hard time finding one that meets my needs and our family is expecting to grow. We came in and obviously because of covid the lot was pretty bare. I didn’t expect to find anything under msrp and definitely wasn’t expecting to trade in my Tacoma. My GF and I came in and were met with Paul the salesman. Paul was awesome, we had a lot in common and had good conversation. Long story short, they were able to get me into a rig UNDER msrp and give me a fair amount for my used truck. Down to the finance process everything was smooth and I NEVER felt pressured. This was the first time I’ve never felt pressured or have the sales/finance attitude change ones I denied any warranties (I do my own coating/detailing). THANK YOU PAUL WELCH AND KEN WARE!!!!

Ken Ware. provided excellent auto services. The employees and management were kind, courteous, and respectful. They were also extremely helpful and efficient in accessing what repairs needed to be made and making them. The prices were amazing and in my opinion definitely beat anywhere else. I got both my break rotors fixed and more and it still cost me half the estimate I received from another auto shop. They also provided a complimentary cleaning of my floor rugs. For future auto repairs I will be going to them and suggesting them as well.thank you Ken Ware. !!??
