Growing up in Oregon City it’s safe to say the city has grown, and things have changed, but this place is a local business that has consistently stood the test of time. Multiple times in the last 22 years of owning a home this guy has been there to help. Every time I have called he has has the answer and man alive I swear it has saved my marriage more than once!!! Thank you for all your help over the years. Thanks for still doing this in a time of throw away appliances, you have always had the answer!!! I’ll always recommend this shop when something needs to be repaired!

We had an issue with our washer last week that required me to call around looking for parts. It was old enough that we knew it was going to be a problem. OCAP didn't have the parts we needed, but their customer service was fantastic. The even went so far as to tell us who the right business was to call locally to source the parts. I mean, who refers you to their competition? I was super impressed by this. The next time I have a need for parts, without question, they will be my first call. Thank you for helping get me sorted out!

He is so knowledgeable, and is able to track down the most obscure parts. He has been super helpful with several of our appliances.

Bob provides two very important services. First he supplies parts for appliances that are quality and usually available within 24 hours max. For me the best service Bob provides is advice and guidance for us DIY homeowners who enjoy giving a shot at fixing our our appliances. He is always willing to discuss the issue and most often offers cost saving advice and guidance. A gem in Oregon City.

Awesome place! Would totally recommend. I had a broken water valve on my top load washer, could not find online. I called around my area and this place was the cheapest. Very friendly, he double checked to make sure part would work with my unit. 5 stars all day.

My family has gone here for years. Owner is so kind and helpful. He truly goes out of his way providing excellent customer service. He will take his time trying to help you to figure out what’s wrong with your appliance. You never feel rushed. Truly a wonder individual and business owner. Just how businesses use to be! Washer and dryer Oracle!!! I am convinced this man knows every single thing about washers and dryers. This was the easiest repair I’ve ever done to anything in my own home, facilitated fully by this incredible guy. If you have any issues with almost any electrical thing in your house, this guy knows what he’s talking about. My dryer has never been hotter. I had to turn down the heat because it got fixed so good!!! thank you sir! ???

This appliance store is well equipped with a vast supply of appliance parts. The owner is very knowledgeable and extremely willing to help analyze and test parts to determine whether they really need to be replaced or not. I was also surprised to find out that he stays open until 5:30 p.m. while most other appliance stores close at 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. The location is easy to find in downtown Oregon City, right off the I-205 freeway. This will be my go-to appliance store for future appliance part needs. The level of service I received was above and beyond what I would normally find, because it was done with intention.

The owner is very helpful and has always been able to get whatever part I’ve needed. He is patient when I call and has walked me through the repair of multiple of my appliances throughout the years. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and decent prices. Bake element went out on my oven, Bob had the part in stock and I got my oven working within the hour. Why buy from Amazon when you can support your neighbor?

Bob was awesome! I called and he said if I could get my dryer element down there he'd test it for me. He did, found the part that needed replaced, and nowy dryer is working once more. Thank you for the help in my adventures in large appliance repair!

My family has been shopping here over the years for about 20 years, Bob will help you figure out what is wrong with your appliance without trying to sell something to you. He honestly cares about his customers and always goes above and beyond to guarantee your satisfaction.

Seems like a decent guy and pretty knowledgeable, but not just about parts and appliances. He’s a salesman, that’s for sure. The same parts you’d find on Amazon for dirt cheap, the owner charges double to quadruple the price. I get it, he probably makes a decent killing from reselling but that’s not the issue. It’s how he lied to my face and said how “pricey” a certain part was when it’s objectively not and he knows it... He takes advantage of people’s lack of knowledge and, judging by the reviews, people are pretty unaware of it but having said all that it’s a good place to go to if you need an emergency repair. The good thing is, if you need a part, he’s got it. It’s not like he’ll ever be out of stock... all he has to do is order them off Amazon to resell for crazy prices! Would be an easy 4/5 if it wasn’t for the sleazy tactics.

Bob is always super helpful and seems to be a genuinely good guy. Walks you through diagnosing your problem to ensure you get the right part. I’ve saved hundreds of dollars in service calls working with him fixing an oven and dryer. Surprised to see he’s only rated 4.9. Somebody didn’t like his small shop I guess?

Nothing but top notch exceptional world class customer service. Bob is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He was previously a appliance repair man himself. Prices for parts are also very fair. I would recommend Oregon City Appliance Parts to everybody and have done so for many years now. He has saved me a considerable amount of money.

I have been coming here for parts for years. He has never tried to upsell me something I did not want. I came in with heating elements to a stove and before he sold them to me he tested them, and determined they were not my problem. He boiled down to two alternatives, one was a $13 part, the other was a new computer. I appreciate his willingness to work with non-industry persons that do not know all the jargon, and his prices have ever been competitive, or below average. I will continue to use his service until he retires, which I hope is not anytime soon.

Had an amazing experience with this store. Tried to find an oven element for my oven from 1990 and couldn’t find anywhere locally with one. Then someone suggested I try this place. I had no idea what kind of element I needed, but the guy on the phone assured me that if I brought it in he would know exactly what I needed. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed (I hate doing that!) and he still gave me amazing service. Looked at the part I brought with me for 2 seconds and knew exactly what I needed. Was quick, friendly, and it was a LOT cheaper than I was expecting. I definitely recommend this place! I’m already home cooking a meatloaf! THANK YOU!

Great company! Our dryer had not been working for weeks and I was procrastinating calling someone to come look at it. I was not looking forward to a big expense or having someone in my home to make a repair. Bob knew immediately what I needed after I explained the issue to him. It was less than $20.00 for the part and it worked perfectly. Will recommend them to everyone I know.

Bob has saved me a lot of money on repairs over the years! He is so helpful, he even walked me through a repair of my dryer over the phone! I couldn't believe it! That saved me a min of $120 for a repairman to just walk in the door and look at it! I was so surprised and so grateful for that!

Excellent service!!! They had the part I needed for a 20+ year old dryer. He took the time to explain how to install the part and check to make sure the insulators were still good. I'll continue to shop here and will highly recommend it.
