Palmer and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and friendly, I appreciate that they always offer to help load my vehicle when I have purchased furniture/bulky items.
Cool place. I enjoyed looking at lots of nostalgia, antiques and unique things. A large variety of clothes and othe useful accessories. Great cause and pleasant environment.
Frequent shopper, friendly staff willing to help with bulky items. Also good Entertainment, it is a rare day you can't spot some intriguing item you have never seen before and ponder its purpose.
Don’t bring items here to donate . Brought clothes , broken laptops, silverware , perfect glass ware and a small stool for sitting in great condition…. Guess what they took ? The Broken laptops!!
and refused (rudely ) everything else … lol and i wonder why there stock is overpriced and low quality . Again just don’t come here unless you want to pay 7 bucks for a men’s used tshirt
Pretty much was a surprise I thought all along it was an outdoor discount store like it still says on the sign, but when I entered i was surprised to see it was not. I need to go back when I have more time, but it looked like they had a good variety of items,.
The store has a special meaning to me, my son graduated from the Spokane Teen Challenge 12 years ago and is now serving the Lord and has a ministry called ROCK BOTTOM HOPE. GOD IS FAITHFUL TO MEET YOU RIGHT WHERE YOU'RE AT.
The prices on most things are a little expensive at this location. Expect to find most used and garage sale worthy furniture for retail prices. Oftentimes you can get lucky and score a neat find for half off sticker items- but even that is hit and miss, as we were charged full price on a set of items we knew that day were half off. I like the cause, but dislike how this specific location does seems to price higher because of the local demographic.
This place sucks! Decided to stop by because I love finding new places to thrift. I was in the store maybe 10 minutes max before I booked it out of there. The selection is not good, the store is dirty, and the most putrid smell lingers throughout the place. I am unsure if the smell was actually coming from the store itself or from a customer. Anyways I could not stand it so I had to leave.
Super Thrift had a surprisingly wide selection — everything from furniture and clothing to vintage electronics, DVDs, and retro video games. The store felt more curated than a typical Goodwill, with some unique finds and fair pricing. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Their return policy on electronics is a bit stricter than other thrift stores, but they were still willing to work with us, which I appreciated. We ended up leaving with several cool items and will definitely be back to browse again. A great spot to check out if you're into thrifting or just looking for something different.
Great customer service! We needed to measure our car to make sure a desk could fit in it and they let us borrow our tape measure no issues! And then helped put it in our car afterwards! Thanks so much!
Love this place! So many great deals. The only problem I have is there was only one cashier and a line wrapping around the side of the store and because of how long it took to get through that line people started crowding in and I have bad panic disorder and I couldn't even stand in line and had to leave. It's like covid never happened and nobody understands the 6-ft rule or at least giving anybody space in line. It's my problem, I understand. So therefore this is my review
I used to be able to find lots of good deals here. Staff and volunteers extremely friendly. I have watched prices gradually increase to a point some prices are 10x what they were when the store opened. I am also noticing the shelves getting fuller and fuller with less product turning over. I’m noticing it has gone from an almost constant line to no one in line when I stop by. I am leaving a negative review only because this may be a shared sentiment in the community and it may help this store realize that good prices also help the greater community.
Employees were very helpful and signs were easy to get in and find what we needed! Wish prices were a little different as they have a standard price for everything rather then what the value of the product from designer to lower end products! We came specifically for sweatpants as my mom had surgery and wanted a loser fitting pant than her leggings to get on easier along with thick fabric and we found 3 pairs for $7.99 each used! So while we got what she needed we might have been able to find some brand new for same cost or less! But they do have a variety of products and will definitely be back to check out the store when my mom is feeling better and has more energy to browse!
I drove about an hour to come here and was not disappointed. I found some really amazing finds, so much character and great prices! Would highly recommend coming here, worth the drive and i will be back!
They are a wonderful place with a a heartfelt family-owned feel, they help with the Adult & Teen Challenge in the Pacific Northwest and accept donations until 5 pm. They have a great loyalty program and a nice selections of items and Wonderful Staff!! Definitely a wonderful program and store location with amazing treasures to be found!
Friendly Staff and Reasonable Prices.
Went there last month, from Klamath Falls, with furniture in mind. For under $50 I got a leak proof steel thermal mug, Coleman water cooler, complete set of stainless steel measuring cups, small hardwood table, and a 4'x5'x1' shelf of 3|4 plywood.
First time being in this store, and I’ll definitely come back with my paycheck in hand. Because this store is super rad. It has so much nice stuff for the best prices! I’d definitely recommend coming here whenever you get the chance too!
Super sweet staff, clean and well organized. Lots of furniture that is completely different each time I come so far! Right next to Bi-mart and Auto Zone!

The store is clean and organized with friendly staff. The registers are not flat cart friendly and they do not offer shipping carts. Understand that proceeds go to a good cause but prices are high for a theift
Today, 09/04/2024 I walked in to Super Thrift looking for bread pans. Walked out with a dining room table for $30! The gentleman were very very nice and for that I appreciate them tremendously.
A genuine thrust store. Not a goodwill as there are items that are very inexpensive for those that may really need them. Run by Teen Challenge I really hope it works for them. It was clean and well staffed. Tons of furniture, books and shoes. They have some more expensive things in a cabinet up front. It was busy for a Monday and my hope is that all goes well. Drop-off is around the building in the back. It is located next to Auto Zone and in the same parking lot as Black Rock.
