Matt Brooks at Premier Truck Group provided outstanding service on our Freightliner truck. From start to finish, Matt was professional, responsive, and truly had our company’s best interests in mind. He got the repairs completed quickly and on schedule, while also helping us save both time and money — something that really matters when your truck is part of daily operations. It’s rare to find someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and delivers exactly what they promise, but Matt did all of that and more. Matt Brooks is absolutely the reason we’ll be returning to Premier Truck Group for future service. Highly recommend working with him if you want things done right the first time.

The level of curtesy and professionalism was A#1 The Administrative staff and the Professional Mechanics are the best!! The lounge / waiting area was extremely clean and comfortable. Thank you for the expertise and how quickly you folks got the work completed.

They are pretty efficient. Got me in and out within a few hours for a coolant leak. Definitely would recommend. Not sure the guys name but the guy up front is really knowledgeable and helpful in getting to the root cause before having to involve a mechanic. Definitely would do business again with this Dealer.

One of the better Freightliner dealers, in my experience. My DEF pump went out for the third time in a year. They initially told me they'd honor the one-year parts warranty, but I'd be on the hook for labor, which I was fine with. Once I got there, though, they decided to go ahead and cover the labor as well. No idea if that's policy or a one-time courtesy because of my particularly unfortunate situation, but it's a very effective way to create a return customer. As a bonus, they got me in and out same day. Their lounge has possibly the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in, and their vending machines have better food options than most. I always recommend Truck Country up in Wisconsin and Iowa or Lone Star down in Texas when recommending Freightliner shops, but this one is being added to my list.

I called and asked about having my motorhome checked out for a couple of things. The service manager checked the schedule and called back stating that I could bring it in immediately. I took it in and waited in the lounge for them to check it out. They were able to repair both items that I knew about and they found a couple of coolant leaks and covered that work under warranty. They completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time and I was able to take the motorhome back to storage by middle of the afternoon. Great experience and very courteous personnel.

In these days , it takes soo long to get parts , most of time there is one person on counter & some time two,so everage time minimu 30-40; mintues for any small parts.

Won’t be back, they do not know how to diagnose electrical problems. I paid over 3 grand for diagnostic and testing. The only thing they did that helped my truck was reflash a computer, that got my truck moving but not fixed.Took them 3 days and when they couldn’t fix it they recommended replacing the whole emissions system which was going to be 20 grand plus(left with out detailed estimate couldn’t wait around any longer for it) I drove it to shop I trust in Colorado and got the truck fixed for under 2 grand. They implied I couldn t safely drive truck anywhere needed to get fixed there. It’s surprising freightliner allows a shop like this to tarnish there brand name.

I brought the truck in with electrical problems. The folks here properly diagnosed the problems and had my truck fixed in a decent amount of time. The service folks were very polite and professional and kept me updated all through the process.

Past experiences have been hit or miss with Premiere Tulsa but our most recent visit appears to show a turn in management and taking care of the customer. I never thought I would see the day where I felt compelled to leave a positive review for Premier Tulsa but they really did go above and beyond in taking care of us and our truck with some warranty issues. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that before the warranty issues were taken care of we did have to push back pretty hard against the initial quote and point out that the issues they were seeing we felt were warrantable, and after a second look management at Premier agreed. There is still a lot of bureaucracy and red-tape at Premier but things seem to be improving. Hoping they stay on this path!

Great customer service from the entire office . It’s frustrating coming to a dealership with tractor mechanical issues . Iykyk!! But I have got to tilt my hat to Matthew Allen . He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose my truck and break it down to the root of the problem I was having . The problem was minor and I was able to keep on trucking . 10 THUMBS UP !!

Fairly new 2026 cascadia 38,000 miles... Added in there for them to fix the AC. And so there was a short and low on Freon AC goes in and out just like it did before I took it to the shop these guys don't know what the crap they're doing or at least my mechanic tint gave it to green light I think he drove around the parking lot just to check it. Now I've got to go to another place and lose another five six hours or even more than that thanks for nothing guys

Janet has been my parts go to for 11 years and Matthew has been my service guy for the same amount of time and they definitely make my experience with premier truck group very enjoyable . They REALLY REALLY add value to the company. 5 star service from both of them ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!

Wanted to take a minute and share my experience at premier truck group in Tulsa. I went in there with a high pressure pump problem with my motorhome and they diagnosed it and needed to order the part from Cummins my whole experience there was a very good one from Matt who was the service writer. He took very good care of me. Made sure the coach was good and I didn't have to worry about my fridge to the girls in the office who took the payment and helped you out. Everybody there did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and go back there. Thanks for all your hard work and the mechanic. I got to meet the mechanic. He was a really good guy too

This dealership is a scam. They charged me over $6k for 1. what was covered by the warranty, and 2. the part that wasn’t faulty at all. They disassembled the whole truck and never put the parts back in and they demanded more money. Avoid at all costs

We have a Renegade RV, contacted Premier Trucks in Tulsa , with what I thought was an oil leak, was put in contact with Matthew, in the service department. We discussed my situation, he was very prompt and professional, got me in for an analysis of our problem, he had Cole, inspect and advise. Thankfully we have no issues! Bottom line is this facility and staff are top shelf! We were amazed by the amount of quality of the facility and staff! We can’t recommend this facility enough! Thanks again, Matthew and Cole , and all the other team members who helped us out !! One footnote , Cole and Matthew, were exceptional, and took all the time to make sure all of my questions were answered! Really hard to find service centers like this in today’s world!!!

After paying $3300 for a radiator and some new hoses that wasn’t even installed.. at a FREIGHTLINER DEALERSHIP.. let me send this to corporate cause obviously The Tulsa operations are not educated on how to install a radiator.. and they lied about everything checked Eld truck never moved for test drive and hoses were never changed .. ran up a fake labor bill it’s insane.

Blake is our outside salesman And delivery driver Lance .He has been taking care of us for 4 years and is always competitive on price and has excellent service. 5 day a week deliveries to outside customers is always a bonus as well. Lances always went out of his way to make sure my orders are correct and on a timely manner if not he calls to check And give me an ETA.Highly recommend.
