Corey was there in less than half an hour after I put in the request for a tow. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. When I told him the problem, he looked under the truck, found the problem and gave me a temporary solution to get it home and not need to be towed. His actions were above and beyond exceptional and even though you have a rating from 1-5 stars, I believe Corey deserves at least ten stars!! I cannot describe how much I appreciate Corey and what he did to help me. If I ever need another tow, I hope it is Corey that answers the call. It would be good to say hello, thanks again and know that I am getting the best service available.
Skip was the lucky one that arrived to help this momma with 4 kids, a small dog and what I thought was a dreaded dead starter. We had already tried to jump my car but no success. He pullled up with his positive attitude and mega battery charger and my Honda Pilot started right up! I’m grateful it was an easy fix!
I used 918 Wrecker Service through my AAA membership, they were outstanding to work with. Communication was great, the service was great. Their tow truck driver, Skip was absolutely AWESOME! He called to tell me when he was on his way and approximately when he’d arrive. When he got stuck in traffic, he called to let me know that and he would be delayed. Like I said, communication was outstanding. This is the second time I’ve used 918 Wrecker Service through, and both times have been great experiences. Would highly recommend!

Call the place they were very polite and i gave them my info.. they told me 45 to 1 hr but mason who they sent out came to my place in about 15 min only and he was very kind very nice and had great smile.. he knew what he was doing and he work fast and got my car loaded up quickly.. he's really good.. I'm very happy with his service and his great job.. anyone need a tow mason he's the guy u can rely on from 918 wrecker.. great job ty.. had to tip him and here's a picture of my car on top of his truck

My driver was Skip and he was fantastic to work with! It's always a downer when your car breaks down, but the folks at 918 took great care of me and my truck in a timely manner. The driver called me shortly after being dispatched to let me know he was en route, he even apologized more making me wait (couldn't have been more than a few minutes). I had a flat tire at the side of the road & AAA said 55 minutes they would be there. A good Samaritan stopped when he saw my flashing lights and offered to change it and I said no Aaa is on their way but he insisted on giving me his phone number and I’m so thankful that he did because I called Aaa after the 45 minutes and they said it would be at least another two hour wait🥲🥲🥲 I was absolutely in tears really shaken up because I don’t want to ask for any kind of help. I will pay people, but I don’t want to ask as I’m hardly ever do in my lifetime. I called this man and he was there immediately change my flat tire and would not take any money That was my biggest disappointment of the evening because he wouldn’t take any money. That is what you call a real Samaritan. helping others❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My son and I had an awesome experienced with Skip. He call ahead of time to make sure we were home and because he was there first, he waited patiently for us to get home to tow my car. Not only did he do a great job at communicating each steps to the process of hauling my car but he was super friendly to my son as well. I would totally recommend Skip if you ever need someone to come tow your car @918Wrecker. He made it a very easy transition and was super polite to talk to.

I had to contact AAA today and they sent out a tow truck from 918 Wrecker Service To make a very long story short, I was stuck in an unfamiliar area at a T intersection and all three possible routes were flooded out. Trucks were managing to make it through if they went slow (though one did stall out), but I didn't feel I could make it through in my vehicle which rides lower than a truck.
Ethan arrived on scene quickly once he was tapped in to rescue us, made it through with ease in his flatbed, got us loaded up, and got us across the flooded section. Ethan was so reassuring,
and swiftly calmed our anxiety with his excellent humor and easy-going attitude.
I am so thankful for his help this evening, and for the initial 918 Wrecker driver that came out and determined we were better served with the flatbed option instead then waited with us until the flatbed arrived

Best tow ever witnessed in the rain. Thomas operates the heavy-duty truck. We really felt safe considering the rain and the steep hill our vehicle was parked on. Plus, the steering wheel was locked. Thomas is an expert tow truck operator with safety always on his mind. We also use 918 Wrecker Service for all off our towing and wrecker needs.

Quick and easy service! Ramses was very approachable and helpful! I was stressed about the repair itself but Ramses was genuine and very helpful making it so much easier to deal with! After towing, I got a call from the auto shop wondering where the car was and I called him and he was on it, he knew the area off the back of his hand and remembered all the important details helping us locate it! 918 is who Triple A sent to help me out of my jam today and from now on I will recommend them to anyone. Brandon was amazing… he was so helpful and friendly! This is the first time I’ve had to be transported to the shop with the vehicle… and after a recent surgery, I had my doubts if I could even get up in his truck, but he helped me in and out like a total gentleman, and made me feel like I was riding to the tire shop with a good friend. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days!
The dispatcher was super friendly and nice, and let me know an estimate on time. The guy that got dispatched, was super friendly and nice too!! Super amazing I would definitely recommend them. I got into a collision (not bad thankfully) but my car was stuck in the mud and needed to be pulled out. He did it quick and took his patience with me when I asked questions and helped me fix things on my car to be able to drive comfortably back home.
JR did great. He was very careful and did a great job with my car which is pretty low and other drivers have had a hard time knowing what to do really. He definitely displayed some experience and I really appreciated his efforts. Thank you! And sorry for making a mess on your flat bed
