Piece of crap transporter service. 1 hour waiting for a document that never saw in my life to make me go 5 min away cause the car wasn't at the place that they sent me to.
They guaranteed the safety of a truck full of tools to the owner, saying it was behind a locked electric fence. The truck was vandalized the first night they had it. After it was fully paid off, they never informed the owner that 2 windows had been broken out along with $2000+ of items were stolen out of the truck. They (the managers, Eric and Jason) guaranteed they would cover everything, and now just dodge the owners calls. A police report was filed, but after the owner got the truck back, the person America’s Auto Auction hired to come replace the windows, broke the fuses in both doors, the doors no longer lock, the battery was shot and had to be replaced, and the light bar isn’t working. There was nothing wrong with the truck prior to them taking possession. There’s also tons of glass in the truck. The same person gave 2 accounts within 5 minutes of how the truck windows broke out in transport, then also that they had surveillance video showing the people breaking into the truck. They then tried saying nothing was taken, the people got spooked after breaking the windows, then when asked for the surveillance footage, they admitted they didn’t have a camera that showed that angle. The truck that the people were driving was in the video, but there wasn’t a camera that showed what fully happened. They tried blaming the tow truck driver for not alerting them to it being brought to their lot, but guaranteed everything would be taken care of by either them or the tow driver. The truck got repo’d because it was improperly set up on “autopay” and the owner paid the entire note off when this happened. They wouldn’t release the truck the day it was paid off, likely due to the fact they knew it had been vandalized and they were trying to “be sneaky”. I would never use this place for anything. I’d recommend all banks, individuals, corporations, etc.. avoid this place at all cost. They are not honest individuals, even in the slightest. ***11 months later, they still dodge all calls and their corporate office does the same. They never even tinted the windows like they said they would. Most definitely, not a trustworthy business.

How are you gonna sit there in a company vehicle and be putting people lives at risk. Going 80 when everyone around you is going the speed limit is not a smart thing. Reckless driving. Will not ever be using this company. Puts others life's in danger, how are they gonna treat me at the actual office?

Horrible customer service. The people there think they are doing you a favor when they are required to supply you with certain documents that are required by law within 30 days. Then when you ask them for these documents after the 30 they take offense to the fact that you were questioning them! If this would’ve only happened once it could’ve been an oversight. But this happens constantly. Bad business practices.
Absolutely 100% bad customer service. Rude hateful and just downright disgusted. Security is pure Gung ho. Customer service? That's a joke. Can they drive cars? That's a joke. Americans auto auction can do better. When they get new attitudes.
Ok place to go but they didn't have to Manny answers to most of my questions and my cars battery was dead I had to go buy another one to get it to start and it was ruined and my drivers side window. Wouldn't roll up because the switch hF bwe broken on it all my belongings in my car including my tag off the car was taken tby and to the tow yard so I have to go and hopefully get them all back l. The process was a mess kinda and I had to do so much paperwork to get my car back
One of my favorite auctions to deal with. The ladies in the office are the best. Laura, Tari, Megan and Paige always make my day when we have title exchanges. Very knowledgeable and have great communication with our dealership. They make the process seamless and easy.
One Of The Tall Runner Men Stole My Money Out Of My Car && Proceeded To Lie About It You Must Know Everything In Your Car Because There Were Multiple Things He Left In My Car But Made Sure To Dump Ashes All Over My Belongings And Blamed My Missing Money On The Tow Man VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
