While driving thru Tulsa, my transmission suddenly went into neutral and wouldn't go back into gear. Once on the side of the road I realized I was possibly going to need a tow. I called A & W for help. Before Jesse showed up while I was waiting I found my transmission losing gear oil. Jesse showed up and quickly accessed the situation. Got the truck to go into gear and we headed to the shop. Truck went into neutral again on the way to the shop and a tow truck was dispatched. Once in the shop, Jesse began to systematically and effectively diagnose issues. Eaton Fuller 13 spd transmissions are not easy to figure out. Jesse dug in and wouldn't give up until ALL the issues were resolved. Treated my truck as if it were his own addressing issues one by one until the transmission was repaired without a doubt. I can't begin to express my appreciation for A & W and the way I was treated while dealing with a stressful situation. Jesse didn't give up when a solution wasn't easily found. He poured thru pages of eaton fuller wire diagrams and manuals until he found the solution. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Jesse is the go to for electrical issues and mechanical as well. No shenanigans. Honest and Fair. Thank you A & W for taking care of me. I will bring my business here from now on. i needed a tow from just outside of Bristow to Midwest City. honestly the car i bought in a worse condition than i expected but James came in a timely manner (even thought it was raining torrentially) and even beat me back to my house! i apologize for keeping you waiting but the real reason why i ended up with him out of any towing company in Tulsa is because he had the CHEAPEST price and i checked several companies. Thank you James for the service and your help !
