Had me jump through hoops for days doing everything they asked. They offered me $37 for a running vehicle. Everything works down to AC and heater. $37.. I can drive it to the scrap yard and get more out of it.
Professional, friendly, and quick to get the job done! They towed my old Chevy Impala away when paid exactly what was agreed. I would definitely use them again.
I honestly expected them to be flakey and not go the distance to pickup my vehicle and or forget the check and so on. NOT Only did they not do that, their communication was professional, pickup coordination was easy and flexible, all went off with no glitch or issue. I wish half my life interactions were this good! Tried to low ball me. Offer was super low. When I said no thank you they made another offer for $40 more. I'm glad I didn't sell it because I called another place and they offered me over twice the amount.. Be careful!

The service was simple and they worked with my schedule. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. They kept in contact with me throughout the process of getting ready for the pickup. The pickup went smoothly and the tow truck driver was helpful and got my vehicle swiftly. As well as kept me updated when he was at my location and let me know when he was on my way. So great service and would use again if needed.
Was pretty professional considering all the people i talked with. Once deal was made over phone had 2 or 3 different people inquiring if the wrecker has shown up yetto pick up vehicle. The wrecker came about 4 hrs later than what everyone thought. But he came and brung cash. Which really helped.
All in all one could not ask for it to go much smoother!

Everything was great! I was unprepared and they were so good with giving me more time to get proper documents. I will be using this company again if I see a need in the future!
Honestly a fine service. Only complaint is that my phone was blowing up the entire process. Everyone was very nice and polite I just can't answer my phone at work or school, so it could be frustrating to get several calls back to back.
Outside of that, I would still recommend the service because they were helpful and polite.
