Try to sell me a bad part asked for a flip side of the photo and it was damaged and asked about it he said it was good if you don't trust my judgement then I don't want to deal with it and threw it away

They were short handed and needed to be called to the door. It was no big deal just unusual.
Some of the worst customer service we ever had. We asked to see a part said he wouldnt go get it till we paid but he walked out to attend a customer probably due to our skin color and very rude attitude and from what im seeing also sells bad parts.

I broke down on 23rd Street and babied my car into his lot. I was on my way to school and was going to have to try to leave my Jeep there and call an Uber.
He was packing up for the day and I could tell he was ready to get out of there so I didn't want to bother, but he plugged my tire right then and there and got me back on the road.
I know this isn't a tire shop and I know that there's not a lot of money to be made in plugging tires. He helped me out of kindness and that speaks volumes about the type of shop this is. I'm glad I found this place, I'll be sending anyone and everyone that asks if I "know a good place" here.

I never came here in person but I did order an alternator bracket for my truck from them. They responded to my email at a reasonable speed and then sold and shipped the bracket for a good price. I got the bracket pretty quickly too and it came in good condition. I'm happy with my experience with them
Return policy is a joke charged me a restocking fee for a part they messed up on if u do get a part from them make sure it’s the right 1 cause they will sell u anything (NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE)
Jay's is reliable for used parts if your trying to save some money. I've gotten the same parts from other places and had issues, but never from here. My first choice for used parts.
This place is a rip off we paid $350 for a used parts did not work so returned it within 24 hours and they charged me $175 restocking fee that was half of what I paid for a defaulted part I promise I will be getting me a Attorney I could see maybe a $ 35 restocking fee but for you to take half of what I spent your a thief rip off never have I had a auto salvage charge to return a faulty part and I even asked you if it doesn't work can I bring it back and get my money back you said I have 30 days never did you say it will cost me half of my money so yeah I was lied to as well
Another salvage yard in the OKC Metro referred me to Jay’s Auto Parts and Sales. I called about a truck mirror, and he pulled it for me before I showed up later that day. The mirror was in good shape and was exactly what I needed. The mirror’s motor and wiring all functioned correctly (which is guaranteed for 30 days), and the part was also very reasonable priced. I highly recommend that you trust Jay’s with any auto parts you need!

Simple, quick, friendly. Something happened with the part I purchased when they pulled it so they went out of their way to get me another one that was in even better condition.
They had what I needed. They even loaded it in my car for me. To save money, we have decided to fix up our older vehicles. A car payment's equivalent in used car parts is alot of parts. We will be back. Great service!

Bought a 10 cylinder engine. Was exposed to elements for years. Plastic on injectors was sun faded. Vallley had standing water in it when engine arrived. Pulled valve covers. Rust on both cams. Beyond surface rust. Had eaten through chrome. Jay's told me it was only surface rust and they made me pay shipping both ways. They have the engine re listed for sale as of 9-8-2020 with no mention they are selling junk. I would consider this criminal activity. Intentionally selling an inferior product. Sorry excuse for a business.
I came in looking for a 98 Chevy 4x4 transmission. Not only did they have it. It was it excellent condition. They did everything they said they would not to mention the price was good and the customer service from jay himself and the lady behind the desk was excellent. I cannot honestly complain about this place. They definitely have my business from here on out

Advertised a part for $50 but when I went to get it they divided the one part into two and wanted to charge double. It’s one part everywhere else and price is working $5. Won’t go or recommend.
Stand behind thier stuff. Bought an $8000 engine from them a year ago. No problems at all. Ive put 300k on it working. Still running good and going strong. Very pleased.
