They dropped a car off in front of our house. This beat up car does not belong to any of us who live on this street and when they dropped it off they blocked our car parking spot.
Bro gets 10 stars in my book. I had a wreck and waited 4 hours on 3 different tow companies that were supposedly on their way and never showed up. Called CCar and was told 30 minutes but he showed up in 15. Got me loaded up and moved. Was professional and friendly. I will definitely be making this my 1st choice anytime I need a wrecker.
We had a pontoon boat damaged and totaled by our insurance. C-Car came quite a distance to pick it up and they did a great job. Tommy was very professional and respectful as well as was his driver. He called ahead to make sure it was in a place they could get their truck into and that the ground wasn’t too wet from all the recent rain. Loading the boat without the boat trailer was a bit challenging but they knew what to do and worked quickly to get it done. No complaints here and I would recommend them to anyone needing tow/wrecker services!
Used this company only because they were contacted but the police. They came promptly, driver was pleasant and they transported my car to their lot. After that, customer service was terrible. My insurance company, collision company and I spent almost 48 hours calling them to arrange to have my car moved to the collision company. They never answered the phone and there was not a way to leave a voice mail message ("inbox was full"). This all transpired during the week (no weekend) so there is no reason to not answer your business phone for two days except to be able to charge my insurance for multiple days of storage. I felt as though my car was being held for ransom!

If I could give a negative amount of stars, I WOULD! This tow company showed up to tow my car, first red flag: BALD rear tires, wire showing. Second: We said we would follow him, so were behind him and knew where we were going... Watched as he Weaved back and forth and could not stay in his lane..WITH my car on the back of his truck! Final Blow: He had NO IDEA where he was going, we had to Stop him on the highway and have him follow us....When we stopped and asked where he was going he said GPS told him to go to Exit 146 (4 miles after where we stopped him!!) Although, when we pulled up next to him and flagged him down, he was talking on the phone. NOT looking at GPS. The trip should have been 12.15 miles, and it ended up being 23.72 miles!! Which I had to pay extra for!
