Terrible customer service. I spoke with 3 different people when I called in. I was trying to get quotes on taillights, seats, and rims. And never got a response. I was told on the phone the taillights were priced wrong and the guy changed the price from $100 to $300 for one light. But told me he’d sell me the pair for $200 each. Now a different guy is saying $250 a piece. All around just terrible customer service. I wanted to buy the whole set of taillights for $600 including the hatch lights and they wouldn’t sell them all together. Doesn’t seem like they want to make any money the office people would rather have the car sit without making any money.
I called them asking for wheel, he said yes we have couples, I drove 30 minutes and waiting in lobby for 15 minutes then said sorry we don't have. bad experience I ever had.
The team at B & B Auto Parts and Salvage simply can't be beat. From Trey picking the perfect vehicles to pull apart, to the guys in the back being super helpful, Danny the sales guy always being willing to help with whatever parts you need to Jesse packing the parts out to make sure they are delivered safely to the customers. This team cares about Oklahomans and I will never get my salvage parts elsewhere.
Do not bother if you aren't picking it up yourself. 10 days after they took my money, and they still had the part sitting in the shop after promising that it would ship out the next day. After 20 minutes on hold, I had to call again to find out and then call back later to cancel the order.
Called ahead to see if thay had the part I needed and was told thay did. Drove over ahour just to find out thay could not find the part thay said thay had. Wish thay would have put eyes on it first. Staff was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience.
Well they are not people of their word my friend Steve called last week and I called today I was told that $400 for a rim had a tire on it I get here no tire on the rim but I have to have the rim for my job buyer beware...
Bought a motor for a customer who's motor was blown and was charged a $100 core charge which is fine. but i let them know the old motor was locked up and i had to pull the heads off of it to rotate the engine and get all the torque converter to flywheel bolts out. i was told this wasn't a problem and they would still accept my care. fast forward to the day they come to pick up the core and i was told they won't take it because the engine was taken apart. now I'm out $100 because the core isn't even worth $100 in scrap. seems to me like a way to just get extra money from the customer.

I went in there to buy an used engine. They say that they could not find one that was available. No follow up for any future sale. Did not get a contact number or recommended any other places that may help.
If you want sell your vehicle, you must talk to one person and one person only. ( hope that she is not on lunch break) The other employees informed me that they did not want to even know about that job or the requirements to sell a vehicle to them. Over all, not very helpful.
Definitely not organized and customer service leaves something to be desired. I called to inquire about a steering column and was told they had one, i then told the guy on the phone that I'd be there shortly to pick it up and he said "okay" upon arrival i was told they didn't have any pulled and could not get one pulled today due to the weather, yet i just drove from del city in the snow to pick it up, when all the guy on the phone had to do was tell me he didn't have any pulled and couldn't today. would give no stars if possible.
We'll organized. Nice lobby. Great prices.Very helpful yard guys. Salesman are knowledgeable, friendly. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get here. Parts were loaded in less than 10 minutes. One of the best exercises I've had.
I waited 15 minutes for the guy behind the counter to asked if he could help me. After waiting that long and not being asked
, I walked out. Have done there before.....but after yesterday, I will not go back there again.

Awesome place. Very friendly service. I used their website to find the part I needed and verify it was in stock. I showed up with the stock number and they knew exactly what I needed. Took about 5 minutes for them to get it ready to go. Exactly what I needed at a great price.
As a repair shop I have bought more used engines then I can count. This is the first time I picked one up. That every single wire and hose was removed properly. Not one thing cut. Great job guys. I hope to see you again soon. Expert Auto Center
A new twist on an old story. Parts are pulled for you at a very reasonable price &!!! These guys are awesome. I bought a used part that failed, took it back, they gave me the parts + some . No problems. Anyone needing parts I recommend this place, hands down worth it.
They had our parts ready before we got there. They were helpful on the phone to answer questions and super super friendly. Will do business with them again amd recommend them to everyone.
Called. Asked if I would a wait a minute. I said yes. Mike was very friendly and helpful when he returned almost immediately. He was considerate when it became apparent I had many questions, He has the part for what I consider a reasonable price, especially since I can't find it new online. I'll call Monday for a good pickup time as I must drive in from the next count. Results of sale and installation and operation will be reported here...
I've used them twice, both times for late model American car parts. Called in and showed up when they said the part would be pulled and both times the parts were ready. Very reasonable pricing (better than I expected) and saved me from using eBay or the internet.
I rated this place good in quality only because they had the part I was looking for and the part worked. for appeal and quality I rated them poor. I waited over an hour for a part because the guy that was supposed to pull the part was about to pull the part when they made him go search for a part for a customer who arrived 20 minutes after me. They didn't even pull my part until after the other customer had already left. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not return for their business
