Super friendly, great experience. They picked up the vehicle, I took the title in and got a check!

They came to my house and loaded up my car and transported it AND paid me a fair price. An excellent experience overall!

Those 2 black ladies were super rude, and harassed me. Wanted to get mad at me because I was trying to buy a dash and they wanted to try to charge me for every little thing so I took it all off because I didnt need it and I left it in the lobby and they tried to tell me it was my responsibility to clean their lobby. I dont work there. Its not my responsibility to clean your store. I dont get paid for that. They tried to offer everyone else a water and be petty because I refused to clean their store. And tried to not let me buy the dash I spent hours pulling. Even after I pulled all the extra stuff off. Just because I wouldn't clean their store for them which again aint my responsibility.

I thought this was a good idea to get a gas tank.they didn't tell me all the tanks have a hole in them where they drilled a 1" hole in the tank I understand the gas but that just takes a siphon hose where you can buy the hose to siphon it out with.that uses a hand pump that's what I did to mine to bring as a core..it was a waste of my $3 it doesn't seem like much if I would have known that I wouldn't have wasted there time and my money to find that out.

Great layout and love that you can see the inventory before you go to know if the vehicle is there.

Zero stars if i could went all the way down to row 39 to pull two tires myself for a 2006 ford focus to get up to the counter and have a lady try to charge me almost $200 for them.

They were having a sale on the 4th of July. To be sure of hours I called 5 times and was hung up on each time. Recording says hours are correct on website. I drive 2hrs one way to get here with 1 and a half hours before they close. Plenty of time to get the 300 dollars worth of parts I NEEDED! wheni got to the doors at 3 pm I was told they were closed! No one else allowed in and everyone inside was getting kicked out! I spent time that I could have been with my family on the fourth of July driving up here after attempting to verify hours open. Was reassured by the recording on the phone the hours on the website were accurate and updated. Spent a considerable amount of gas money driving the 4 hour round trip (2 there and 2 back) to be told that I could not enter. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET! I'll attempt to help this business out instead of running them down. Management of pick a part okc make this right within 24 hrs or I will contacting the powers that be.

⭐ 2 out of 5 – Disappointed by Hidden Fees and Lack of Transparency I’ve been a supporter of LKQ Pick Your Part for a while, but today’s experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. I made a purchase and was surprised to see an extra $30 tacked onto my total for a 90-day guarantee. While the guarantee itself is a great service, the way it was presented was completely unethical. Nothing was communicated verbally—just something flashed on a screen during the transaction. No explanation. No choice. Just added on automatically. When I asked about it, I was told it couldn’t be refunded. That’s not fair or respectful to customers who are doing their best in tough economic times. It’s frustrating because this could be easily fixed with better communication. A simple heads-up before checkout would make a huge difference. I believe in supporting local and budget-friendly options like LKQ, but this felt like a bait-and-switch. Businesses should treat customers with honesty—not surprise charges. Please do better. We want to support you, but not at the cost of being taken advantage of.

Couldn’t find the car anywhere, I went and got a guy from inside and he checked as well. Ended up letting me go to the new input side and get exactly what I needed. Thank you! Grade A customer service

Bought a fan/ shroud combo. Was charged $98. After I left, I looked it up on Amazon and it was $102 brand new and with a warranty. So $98 + 6 for me and my dad to come in, I paid $104 which is more than the new one. They use to be a great value, but have priced themselves out of the market for me. Amazon will be my first stop from now on. Chet~

I did not know this place existed until my friend wrecked her SUV and I got called into action. I was giving up hope that I would find what I needed locally, but to my surprise, all parts were listed on hand according to their website and at 50% off for Memorial day. Way to good to be true. Wren I finally got there, it was packed so I was not expecting to get much if anything. I was in for a surprise. It was all there. The whole front end just as the website showed. When I got home, I checked the inventory on their site for the parts that I bought, and all the parts were already removed from inventory. So if I find it online, It is gonna be there. The place is fully stocked and easy to find the vehicles and plenty of work room. They even raise each vehicle for easier tire removal, etc. No need to bring a jack. You will find engine lifts available in the yard and at the loading area. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean, considering. All prices are posted online. I saved over a grand and did not have to wait for delivery, that would have set me back many days. Oh, One more thing, someone complaining that they can't bring their kids to a place where kids do not belong because it's not safe nor is it a family fun park, probably is the type who let their kids play in traffic. No business insurer would allow kids in a place like that. Get real. Yes, Long review, but a service this good deserves it.

They always take care of me here. I need a lot of parts pretty much constantly and they always make sure I’m able to find what I need and it’s just a really solid crew of people. Thing I like best about this place over most of the others, other than the staff, is the fact that the website has pictures and is always up to date so I’m not wasting my time going there for no reason.

I went to purchase a window regulator, when I got to the register the worker double checked the compatibility for my car. I was told it wouldn’t fit, he printed out a list for me, threw the regulator into a wheelbarrow behind him. The first car on the list was the car I pulled the part from. I didn’t notice until I got home that one of the window clamps was broken. I live 40 minutes from the city and I can’t get ANYBODY ON THE PHONE AT THAT LOCATION. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. THE PHONE REDIRECTS TO THE 800 NUMBER AND ALL THEY DO IS HANG UP OR PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER.

Good group of people. I highly recommend them. The management will go above and beyond to help you with parts or buying your car.

Lkq is the best place to buy used parts or sale your junk vehicles. They provide knowledgeable information cross reverence for parts at great prices. With quarantee. And the people are outstanding. Polite helpful and always have a smile. It's a pleasure doing business with all of the employees.

Spent about 3-4 hours pulling 500 dollars worth of parts that I really needed off of 4 different cars then after I checked out I saw that the lady at the register charged me 130ish bucks in warranty charges. When I explained that I didn’t need a warranty as I was buying body parts the lady said she couldn’t refund the warranty money. So I had to return all of the parts to get my money back and they told me after I returned them i couldn’t just buy them all again without the warranty. I’m so annoyed that they’d rather throw all of those parts that I returned away than just allow me to buy them without the warranty. I’ll definitely never go in there again if I can avoid it and if you don’t like scammy businesses tactics I’d suggest that you do the same. Edit: they replied and essentially said nothing. Thanks for everything LKQ

I recently sold a Santa Fe here. The title was in my name and another individuals name. We were told to get the title notarized, which we did. They said he would need to be the only person to be present when bringing it in. So, I traveled to Illinois. When the other individual took the title up there, he was told other wise. I do not recommend using this Pick Your Part.- My response to their response…..I reached out to the link & they only apologized. I still DO NOT know where the vehicle went. Feels like a scam.

Feels like they are trying to scam people with all their extra fees they tack on and don’t disclose. $175 was the original price which quickly jumped to $261. They automatically charge you a 90 day return guarantee fee for every part which is nearly the same price as the part itself. They also have an environmental fee of $16 in addition to paying your entry fee.

This place is so frustrating. Drove all the way there, paid to get in just for the parts to damaged. The pictures that they put on their website two days were fine. No one wants dented up side panels and doors. First picture is what they put on the website. Second picture is from today.

They love tacking fees on without telling you. And then when you ask for it to be removed, they tell you only a plant manager (who is never there) can take it off. Buyer beware, plus the prices here are AWFUL.

I took down my bad review from a couple years ago because my last 2 experiences here have actually been pretty positive and fairly priced. They’re definitely doing things differently, and it’s nice to see the positive changes and better customer service. Keep doing what you have lately, its working

Went to buy a steel wheel, it’s already a little overpriced at nearly $25 for a junkyard wheel but that’s fine. Have to get the tire taken off, cashier tells me it’s $5 so I get it done. Understandable, but get to checkout and I’m being told it’s $10 for the tire dismount. Asked if he could knock it down to $5 or just charge me for a diff part that’s $5, he said he can’t do that. Walked out of there because paying $41 total (after entry fee for 2) for a steel wheel is highway robbery. Go to Pull a Part instead, cheaper entry, parts, and friendlier people.

Deserves 0 stars. Their website showed a vehicle with a headlight available, but that vehicle’s front end was completely removed (shown in photo). I went back to the office and they gave me a longer list of about seven vehicles. I was hopeful, because that should be a current inventory list. I went all over the yard finding these vehicles, only to see that of the correct vehicles had the front end removed as well. A few of the others on the list were not listed with the actual correct year (useless) - or it was just the wrong vehicle entirely (for example, they sent me to a spot that was a Hyundai Santa Fe (suv) when it showed Hyundai Elantra (compact sedan). I will never come back here. Use your $3 entry fee at another salvage yard that will actually have the parts they say they do!

Easy smooth and convenient. I did the online pick my car up. I called on Saturday and my Monday my car was picked up and on Tuesday I had the time to stop by and get my check. I was only in there for literally 10 mins. And have the check when I left. Very satisfied and they gave me the exact money that was on the estimated worth. A happy customer !!

Complete and utter ripoff and bordering a outright scam. We came here to buy a seat for a project me and a buddy were working on. Got in for a couple bucks spent a good amount of time looking around for a good seat, and then we found one shortly before the place closed. Then went to check out, only to find out that the used junkyard seat would have costed us 130$ before tax. This is completely outrageous. In no world should a used car seat be 130$. The reason it was this price was due to it having a air bag within, if it didn't it would have ended up being 65$. But even then it is still to expensive compared to other salvage yards, who are selling for less than half of what they go for here. Unless you like paying exorbitant prices for scrap/used parts. Steer clear from this con shop.

Hidden fees are infuriating. Bad business model if you want return customers. Better selection then pull a part so 2 stars. Edit: Owner gave poor response to a known issue. You cannot decline the warranty, that you wouldn't even know about if you didn't read the bad reviews. There were two ladies behind the desk at checkout. I told them both of them I did not want the warranty. One lady repeated that to the lady at the cash register. I repeated it again to the cashier who mumbled something inaudiblely. Get to the car only to realize the price was 40% higher for the added warranty. So as for it being optional, I guess you have the option of jumping behind the counter and checking out yourself?

I needed parts for an “investment” vehicle and I found everything here. It has been many years since I’ve been “treasure hunting” in a salvage yard and I had forgotten how much fun it is. For the reviewers who have complained about the admission fee and procedures; I would say “Get real” $3 for access to all of these vehicles is nothing! So what procedures do you not like? Giving you a printout of the locations of all the vehicles you’re interested in, or the ice chest in the middle of the yard with bottles of water so you don’t dehydrate and die. When I brought in my parts to pay for them, the woman at the counter first handed me a bottle of water and it was very much appreciated. I must have looked like I needed it. If you don’t need a warranty, say so. If I do another “investment” car, I’m glad to know where to get parts. The amount that I paid for the parts was “more than fair.”

Prices are too expensive. You can get better prices online for most parts. The entrance fee is a joke I do not mind paying the $3 but please make sure you give me the right location of the vehicle I'm looking for. I wasted most of my afternoon looking for a car that they said they had but was nowhere to be found. I went to the cashier to let her now, she didn't seem to care. Except for the lady with the glasses, everyone else seem to have an attitude. No smile, no thank you no greeting. This isn't my first time here, just this week. I have been here 3 times. Most of the cars are gutted out. There are also this rods sticking out of the ground that are a safety hazard. I'm sure they are there for a reason but still paint around them concrete a perimeter around them so people can see them. There are a lot of local junk yards that have better service. Don't waste your time here. Please like and follow for more honest reviews. Thank you so much!

They told me what car they had on site with interchangeable parts. Pulled the breaks and rotors. They were wrong and the parts were not interchangeable. Then they would not allow me to return them because I didn't buy a warranty. I did not want a warranty that cost 1/3 of the parts. I trusted them to give me accurate information and fair business and they've neglected to do so. 1* will not return.

O.m.g. I cannot tell you enough, how much I appreciate and like, this place. I love the staff, products, and set up. Con's, I don't like the back and forth on Disabled entry pricing at the gate. One person charges another does not. I like everything simple.
