Very RUDE!!! Called them on 11/7/22 at 3:25pm and the lady answered the phone and said rudely “we are closed” and hung up on me. The website and Google hours said they were currently open until 5pm.
I think I saw on the news where they might be in danger of going out of business, they might try to practice better customer service!!!
From the time i walked. In and met these professionals, they worked hard and asked all the right questions. We found the exact piece we needed. All the staff was very friendly and kind. Thanks.
I wouldn't recommend going here if your African American. I went in for a simple part. The owner with the ponytail was very very rude and smugged. He wouldn't even look at me he answered my questioned rudely while looking at his employee.
Nice enough people. Fairly clean for a salvage yard. Bought a shortblock out of a running vehicle, bearings, 1 piston, and cylinder bores were trashed. Price was on point for a core purchase so it's a break-even scenario for all. Would use for core only purchases again.
Oh my gosh! Love this place! We went in with an idea of replacing a whole sun visor because of a broken vanity mirror. They were so kind and helped us figure out we only needed to replace the mirror and NOT the whole visor!! ALSO!! I left my credit card accidentally and they kept it safe for me allll weekend!! So grateful!! We will go back for other needs even if it is a 50 mile drive!! Thank you all so much!!

Great people with competitive prices. All of the staff were friendly and they technically didnt sell the part I was looking for but they went above and beyond and managed to get the needed part off before it was cut.
Just talked to Gary on the phone. He didnt have my part and just as I was going to hang up he asked me to hold on so he could find one for me. Yes, you just read right he kept me on the phone, found me 2 options and provided pricing for both. Now that is customer service! I will most definitely keep his number saved for the future. BOUGHT A MOTOR AND IT HAD BENT VALVES. THEY SENT ANOTHER MOTOR WHICH HAD BENT VALVES TOO. I CALLED THEM AND LET THEM KNOW WE DID NOT WANT TO TRY ANOTHER MOTOR SO THEY AGREED TO PICK UP BOTH MOTORS AND REFUND OUR MONEY. AFTER A WEEK I CALLED THEM TO SEE WHY I HAD NOT RECEIVED A CHECK AND BILLY SAID I NEED TO SEND A TECHNICIAN TO PUT THE VALVE COVERS AND HEAD COVERS BACK TOGETHER. I THOUGHT THIS WAS RIDICULOUS SINCE THE MOTORS WERE NOT ABLE TO BE SOLD. BESIDES WHY DIDN'T HE CALL AND LET US KNOW THIS DURING THE WEEK I WAITED FOR THE CHECK? I ASSUME HE WANTS THE HEADS REINSTALLED SO SOME POOR SOUL LIKE ME WILL GET RIPPED OFF TOO. SO I CALLED 4 DAYS LATER AND LET HIM KNOW I WANTED A CHECK TODAY. HE REPLIED BY SAYING IT DID NOT MATTER IF I SENT SOMEONE TO PUT A FEW BOLTS IN THE MOTORS THAT HE WAS NOT GIVING MY MONEY BACK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. HE WOULD NOT HONOR HIS WORD OR HIS WARRANTY! WE WILL SEE WHAT THE JUDGE HAS TO SAY. HE RIPPED OFF THE WRONG GIRL.! I HAVE BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS 30 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A SALVAGE YARD NOT KEEP THEIR WARRANTY. I CAN'T HELP BUT THINK ALL HIS REVIEWS WERE PUT THERE BY FAMILY MEMBERS. A PLACE THAT SELLS JUNK PARTS AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT, IS JUST A SAD CROOKED PLACE.
These people are so nice. I was on my second day of digging thru salvage yards looking for what I needed to fix my car, I just stumbled across their business on the way to yet another yard. They had exactly what I needed at a very fair price! They saved the day for me! They were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Absolutely the WORST PLACE EVER! Do NOT go to A & A if you are disabled or elderly or else they WILL take advantage of you! My cousin who has cerebral palsy purchased a $480 dollar engine from A & A for his wheelchair accessible van. Paid $1,000 for a mechanic to install it. Three days later then engine went out! This horrible place would only refund him the cost of the engine! We have fought with them for three months while he has been stuck in his dorm room unable to go anywhere while these idiots did NOTHING but refuse phone calls and a refund. I fully understand that they are not legally responsible for the install price but what horrible business practice! They refused it because they know my cousin can't find this battle because he can't even go up there to yell at them with no transportation!! I hope this awful business goes bankrupt for what they have done to my cousin. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. They will take advantage of anyone they can!!!!!
I was at the end of my rope trying to find an alternator for my 2007 Camry, when I called A&A. After dealing with A#$&%#!# from other yards that apparently don't like what they do. I was greeted with Gary. Who then informed me they don't have non-American vehicles. Then he still went out of his way and found me the part I needed at another salvage yard (cheap), in my neck of the woods. Big shout out to Gary. Need more helpful folks like that. Ask for Gary...
Can't describe my experience due to their hours 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday closed weekends, a working man as myself puts in more hours than they are open and every price quote I've gotten is almost as high as buying new parts
