0 stars, but had to put 1. Drove 3 hours to pick up a hood for my husband’s body shop. The hood was a piece of junk. He had to walk out in the unorganized messy lot in the rain to look for another one. He did not find one. The owner wasn’t there, the staff were very rude and cussing at him. Staff said he felt like he was talking to a kindergartener. There is also a dog out in the yard that bites. It bit him on the ankle, and luckily he had boots and jeans on. Definitely not ever going there again!!!

I came from Missouri to come get an engine for a 96 Mustang, it’s my prized possession and my transportation. They said they had this engine and they tested it, so the first time we made a 14 hour round trip to get this engine. Which they were super rude about everything when we got there. We got home and had it for a few weeks and my dad realized it was locked up and there was absolutely no way they tested it because there’s no way it would start. My dad called wanting a refund because they very obviously lied about testing this engine, and they said come return it and we’ll refund you and instantly hung up on us. So we drove all the way back to Oklahoma City today and when we got there they were still very rude and lied straight to our faces about testing this engine. Terrible customer service and obviously big fat liars.

Dude in the office is not bothered by anybody, being ignorant and rude. Hates his job and his life probably. Don't recommend having any business with them. You will get much more progress at any other place with the same amount of time spent

So rude, don’t bother. Go to G&R auto parts instead. They are awesome compared to the customer service you get here, If you call expect them to act annoyed & pissy. Cut me off multiple times. Eventually I hung up due to their attitude. So much for support local when they act like this.

Monday (April 14, 2025). Our mistake. We should have done our homework and read the reviews. We trusted our mechanic. He probably had good experience with them. He had confirmed with them, over the phone, the Friday before, that the parts were available, at $65 each. I guess we didn't have the luck or this business were understaffed or demotivated. I can't rate lower than 1 star. We asked for 3 items. Bought 2 (rear bumper and duct sub-assembly) of our damaged items to show them. Miscommunication, only 2 items (rear bumper and tail light) was understood. Our fault, we should have double-checked. Anyway, we paid for the 2 items. That was at 11:04 am. We were told it would be available after 2 pm. That was 3 hrs between. So we left. 2:18 and 2:21 pm, we called to check. They said they were going to pull the parts out then. We were thinking, if we didn't call, we won't know when they would pull them out. Took them about 1/2 hr to pull out the item because at 2:52 pm, they called us and said we could come and collect. And guess what! There were 2 cracks in the bumper. They said the tail light were burnt and unsaleable so they refunded us for that. It would be respectable for them to call us and let us know about the tail light instead of telling us when we got there. We were not happy with the bumper (with the two cracks) but this was a salvage yard. I don't know if other salvage yards do this or not, but this one charged 4% of the salvaged part, which they listed down as yard fee. So for 1 salvaged part, you would be paying $73.43 ($65 for part, $2.60 yard fee, $5.83 tax). So for us, the unsaleable tail light was a blessing in disguise. I ordered from Walmart.com the tail light (new) for $52.87 ($48.46 for the part, $4.41 tax) and it was shipped free to our home! We regret for paying $73.43 for the left rear bumper (with 2 cracks) from this yard, because we would have paid only $45.63 ($41.82 + $3.81 tax) new and shipped to our home! Taught us a lesson to always check if a part could be bought online and compare the prices. We will not go to this salvage yard again. 1st experience and it was a bad experience!

Worst place I have ever been to. Customer service is trash,.. they all seem like they don't want to do their job. Been waiting for 3 hours for them to pull a headlight, then they call and tell me that they don't have it and the one they had is broke. Like worst place ever by far.. do not go here!!!!!

Overpriced, they wanted $100 for a used taillight when that same taillight is $60 brand new, I suggest going elsewhere.

Had to put a credit card on file for them to pull the part called them the next morning said I didn't need the part,they still charged my card and said I have to come in for a refund.

I just made a call to this business they were so utterly rude they talked to you like you have a tail between your legs they won't help you with what you need for your vehicle over the phone the manager he won't reprimand the employees he SIDES WITH THEM with them and thier rudeness BIG FAT ZERO

This guy in the front is just unprofessional and could care less about his clients. Just complaining on the phone for 5-10 min just to tell me a part that was available Saturday but I couldn’t pick up but I can pay for it was sold on Friday. Normally not one to post reviews but looks like I’m not the only one.

I had called for some parts for 1 of my cars & the guy that answered was EXTREMELY rude , I understand u may hate your job , but doesn't mean ruin a good paying customers day. Perfect way to loose business. I'll go elsewhere.

Very horrible service! If I could give zero stars and post a review I would but I had to give 1 star which is way more than they deserve! First I called about a front hub for my Acura TL and the guy had no idea what that was so I had to explain that it's what holds the wheel on. Then he asked what year model my car is and I told him a 2009 then started to tell him that all 2009 to 2014 Acura TL's are interchangeable but he cut me off after 2 words and informed me very rudely that he asked what year model mine was and nothing else and for me to stop talking because I was giving him information he didn't need or want. I will never do business with the. And I will tell everyone I ever come across not to do business with them! Horrible place!

This place is beyond the most unprofessional and unpleasant place to do business with. I've never seen people so incompetent of a simple job! Arrived 8/14/24 at 10:30 to get 2 simple easy parts and was told it would be 2 hours before a fender and throttle body was removed!!! I could've removed them both in like 15 minutes. So left to get a bite to eat and came back to see there parts guys all leaving for lunch.... So went inside and literally we were told we would have to wait and additional hour or two because the guys went to lunch!!! Then arrived 8/15/24 at 8:15am and the workers are all outside because no one was there to unlock and open the place!! Not only is the staff in the office incompetent but their rude for no reason you guys aren't anything special

Honestly I liked the owner. He was short sweet and to the point, like my northern friends. Had 2 out of 3 things I needed definitely reasonably priced since no one else had those parts. Told me to come at this time. I came earlier because I was done with business. Sat waited he gave the wifi code so I could transfer money and very busy but on time infact done earlier! I like that kinda business. And had a sweet dog too. Hope they have another part I over looked.

I wouldn't go here for business ever again even if there was an apocalypse and this dump was somehow the last place on earth to get salvaged parts. If I could leave negative stars or 0 stars for a rating that's what it would be! The owner of this company is very unprofessional, insulting, rude, confrontational and tries to intimidate his customers! He clearly cannot take responsibility for mistakes made under his leadership or lack there of. His employees sold my husband the wrong part for a vehicle. When my husband made a 2nd trip up there to get the correct part, and Kyle, Riverside's employee, confirmed the part was the wrong that was firstly given to him the owner got an attitude about it. The owner questioned how my husband knew it was incorrect. My husband told him he knew because the holes didn't match up, he knows the vehicle, and he knew exactly what part he needed by the make, model and engine size for the vehicle he was working on. Riverside made the mistake in giving him the wrong part. If they hadn't made the mistake, then my husband wouldn't have had to waste more of his gas and time to go back up there. It wasn't his fault or his mistake that Riverside pulled the wrong part. The owner gets the correct part and literally dropped the part in my husband's hands in a very forceful and rude manner. My husband questioned him on why he was acting that way towards him. Obviously, this man wanted a confrontation. He was trying very hard to stir something up. After my husband questioned his behavior, he then proceeded to follow him out to his vehicle to try to intimidate him and act as if he wanted to fight him over a mistake that his business made. It isn't my husband's fault that they didn't pull the correct part the first time. Why do you have to be so angry, disrespectful, confrontational and rude to customers over a mistake that your business and employees made? I called up there after hearing about this shocking behavior in hopes to speak to someone sensible in management to discuss my complaint about the behavior of one of their employees. I hoped I could seek a level headed manager to find out who lets their employees speak that way and treat customers that way, and I was obviously met with this same man that had treated my husband disrespectfully, who admitted on the phone that he owns the business. He proceeded to throw verbal insults my way saying inappropriate and vulgar things to me with colorful language in a sexual manner my husband and myself. He spoke of our intimacy, and then he went on to insult me. The things he was saying were so inappropriate and gross. It made me feel the icky feeling you get when you feel when someone abuses your boundaries, completely lacks respect for women and male customers as well and says inappropriate things to a stranger.. This was just sooo gross and uncalled for! I really was taken aback by him. I was disgusted by his behavior. I feel sorry for his female employees he has! Clearly, he has some complex and some anger issues to work out, but it would be nice if he would refrain from acting that way towards customers during business hours. We will make sure to tell everyone we know about how this particular business with this angry owner that likes to treat customers with complete disrespect, and he lacks professionalism. He intimidates his customers on purpose because he obviously wants to feel big! There is probably a tiny little boys inside of him that got picked on, and he channels that past anger to run a business with a toxic environment. Well, guess what? What goes around comes around, sir! If you want to be miserable, behave like a child, an indecent human being, treating women in such demeaning ways, and treat others horribly as well for no apparent reason, I would image it is going to continue to reflect poorly on your business and personal life. Have fun being an insufferable human being because of your unresolved issues! We won't be back to watch you smothered in your own misery!

Google doesn't have an option for a 0 Star, so had to choose 1. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Sent us the wrong part. Called to correct it and they acted like they didn't remember talking to us when we originally ordered the part. Then hung up on us. Find a different place to buy your parts or do without. You'll be better off!

Talk to a nice lady over the phone that said they would pull my part and have it ready by 1 PM, I showed up at 1:15 PM and they told me that they would not sell me the part Because they don’t sell that particular part separate when it clearly states that the ignition I needed is $50 on their website I drove all the way from Little Axe Oklahoma to their salvage, and they didn’t even have the audacity to call me and tell me that they wouldn’t sell me that part, the two guys at the front desk are very unprofessional and don’t know what the hell they’re talking about And they were very rude. They acted like they didn’t even want to talk to me when I walked in. I recommend you avoid this place at all costs. They will give you the runaround and they write down your credit card numbers and they keep them In a stack on their desk. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! Maybe it’s time you close your business and let the newer generation run things! Damn Boomers!!

Don’t listen to bad reviews, the guy wasn’t rude at all, just doesn’t wanna waste any time. I got my parts and had a nice conversation with one of the employees while waiting for them to pull it. A very fair rate being almost 60% cheaper than LKQ and especially considering I didn’t have to pull the part myself.

I've always had a great experience from this place. I would give them 4 stars, just because they take a while to pull your parts sometimes, but they've really been good to me on a customer support level. Read the rules ahead of time, and don't buy if you don't agree to the terms they clearly lay out for you. If that's how you approach Riverside, you'll get a lot of years of good service and parts at a great price.
