Very helpful and knowledgeable. I used them to find parts during Covid and I couldn't remember the name, just the address. Just bought a radiator from them yesterday. They always have what I need for my 03 Avalanche in no more than a hour. GREAT SERVICE
Guy on the phone was mean and acted like I didn’t know anything. This company doesn’t want anything to do with just normal people looking for simple things, He hung up before I was even finished asking him a question and I was polite and respectful but didn’t get it in return.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD AND ID THEY WILL TAKE IT AND NEVER SEND YOU THE PART YOU ORDERED. WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH THIS INFORMATION. THEN WHEN YOU CALL THEY CUSS YOU OUT AND HANG UP ON YOU.
This company is scamming people out of their money, a older gentleman (70) my husband was helping, bought a alternator from them, reminder, that he is older and another auto parts place told him he had a certain type of engine in his car, but it end up being a different type of engine than what he was told. Best Price Auto Salvage sold him an alternator, but it was the wrong one, because of wrong information given to the older gentleman. When he bought it from them, it had only been one day, and never been used when he took it back to them the next day. This guy that owns the company talked so ruff (cussing him out) to him. The older gentleman had to call my husband, were he tried to give him some type of analogy why he couldn't either exchange or give him is money back, he also cuss my husband out, and hung up on him. He told the older gentleman if my husband comes into his place he was going to shoot him and he also threatened to shoot the older gentleman. WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THIS PLACE. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR. I will be taken future action against this company, they have NO right to threaten anyone.

Went in looking for a rim for my car that a different store said they had and Jose had the worst attitude ever, I went in politely and mannerly , I’m a manager myself I have plenty of customer service experience and this guy had the worst attitude ever , just even asking if they had the Wheel I needed he barley wanted to engage with me as a customer coming in to pay out of my pocket for an item. I was told was there through their system very bad service Jose

This is, without question, one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful businesses I’ve ever encountered. What stood out most was their total lack of professionalism, and rude behavior. There are plenty of auto parts businesses out there that actually care about their reputation. Sadly, best price is not one of them and write this review as a warning to other to stay away or you will get burned. I suggest everyone to look elsewhere if they want a reliable, respectful, and professional experience.

Very rude, egotistical, demeaning man that answered the phone when I called to inquire about availability of a part. I ended the call by hanging up on him while he was still speaking very condescending AT me. So glad that I did not continue to try and explain what I needed but rather just hung up. He did not want to hear or understand what I was saying, just to correct me because he was not understanding me. I already found the part for $100 less at another dealer, thank goodness. Will never try to do business here again.

Rude and racist , came in for a part from amarillo tx priced at 300 , turned out to be 400 at checkout , I asked if I could get a discount of some sort on tax and he said "not in this country" won’t be coming back for this type of service
