I placed an order for an engine for my car and am still waiting for it to be delivered four months later and still have not received it. I am trying to get my money back
Buyer beware, they store their used engines outside in the rain, I bought one full of water and locked up. I had to make another 200 mile round trip to return it. They gave me my money back and plan to sell it to someone else.
This is the worst place to deal with these people. Change the price 3 times on me. Went back on their deal and ended up doubling the price in the end. I declined doing business with such poor business. Do not do business with this place unless you absolutely have to. be careful, they will lie to you.
This place is great! So much good stuff and the friendliest of service. I spent 10minutes with Muhamed finding the part I was looking for and I think we are now best friends!

Tried to get a sunroof, he had one in stock, took it home to install and it was too big… tried to help me find another one and then refunded my money. Nice guy behind the desk.
SCAM! Do not order online or over the phone. It’s a scammer impersonating Carplus. Do not wire transfer whatever they say. It’s BS.
They tried to get me to wire transfer because of multiple “issues”. Had a bad feeling about it so I didn’t. Total scam artists at work.
Needed dash bezel for my Saturn vue GM discontinued product I searched every salvage yard in Florida and on eBay no Luck,
finally Mark saw my my post said he had one in stock three weeks later I received it

I asked for a part. The guy sent me a contract on email for me to sign to garantee I buy. Then as I'm waiting for part. He raises price on me with a contract. What a scammer. I told him. Forget it.
"It is a fraud. You should get alarmed. It is a idiocy and regretting mistake for me to lean on Cars plus. I searched the part and Cars plus sayed he had it. I ordered and wire transferred 675 dollar.
But he only have said that he have been looking for. Two months or more passed but Cars plus had given me nothing.. I have not possibly be able to wait any longer and I cancelled the order and I demanded to refund to me. But Cars plus has never replied to me.He had never refund to me. He had never returned anything.
Be carefull not to fall for the trap by Cars plus."

I ordered a hood online and gave them the correct paint code for that year make and model. I asked to an A1 quality which they said they had. They actually didn't have it and bought it unseen from another junk yard.
Not only was it the wrong color, but the hood was shipped with may scratches and was severely sun damaged. I would have to strip it and paint it. They have refused to refund my money.
Scammers.
Only place that had what I needed!!! Bought it left it there for my installation apt. So far so good. Would recommend this place. Friendly staff is always a plus no matter what
Update: went had my door put on. The wire harness to the new door didn't match the harness to the old door. So I had to pay an extra 75 to have them switch it. I disagree with that because that's on his end not mine. So y do I have to pay an extra 75 to switch wires that your door didn't have... other than that the experience was great
I got a really decent engine for my Impala here and the guy even helped me get it installed, within a week. For way less money than anywhere else I called. He was very helpful and he even put 2 cans of Freon in my car. I will be back and yes I recommend this place.
Sold me a bad transmission and told me i had a 30 day warranty. installed the transmission found out it was bad, returned the transmission and now he wont refund my money saying it looks like its never been installed. now he has my money and the transmission
