I bought 3 cars from there auction earlier this year. Had two titles pretty fast and have been trying to contact the lady for title issues for over 5 months! I have had nothing but the run around, Now I have a car that needs fixed that I won't fix until,I receive my title. I spend well over 5k at there auctions over time and now they lost all my bussiness I'd like to even have a call back. We own I pretty good shop in town and I've been turning all my customers as far as I can away from this company because, of the lack of customer service they have!
Not impressed. Had a car towef by this company. When we called to see about price to get it out of impound. We were told it wad over five hundred dollars. They had only had it less than two hours. Then they made us wait until the next day so we're had to pay an extra fee for overnight storage.
Had to have a car towed on a Sunday. There was no problems at all. Quick and friendly service. Freeman even helped look at the car to see why it wouldn't start! Very professional. Thank you for making a bad day a little better with you help and I even got a free pen!
