I was having car trouble and I called multiple tow trucks and they were so outrageous on their prices. My daughter found miracle towing and we waited about 15 minutes and they were there to help us and we are so greatly appreciated. The tow truck guy Lorenzo was so very kind And respectful. They had the lowest prices and they were there right away. We will forever be thankful for a miracle towing. I will be saving their number in my phone for if I ever need another tow truck I will be calling them

Miracles is approved by AAA and I have had Lorenzo and his team help me and my family on numerous occasions. They are quick to pick up your car for a tow, efficient, kind, and reasonably priced. I cant say enough positive things about their services with both towing and body repair work.
Worst experience ever with a tow truck driver, but this guy, Tow truck driver arrived, he was rude, unprofessional, at the end, dishonest. I would push my car home before calling this guy..After OHP called him to have my car removed from the freeway. When I went to check on my car, I was looking for parking, before I could find somewere to park, he asked what I want, I told him and soon as I did he was rude, He yelled at me that I can't get anything out of the car, which I was only needing info for insurance purposes,. There was no were to park, and he refused to provide me with information about the tow cost, fees, storage.. I left empty handed. Seems the majority of business they get are from Oklahoma highway patrol crashouts...so customer service is lacking...no repeat customers needed when your fed customers from OHP, I will be calling g OHP as well.

From seeing how they are driving on roads would not ever come close to calling them drivers are not using blinkers at all as well as merging with out paying attention almost took me out luckily I saw the front tires on his truck turn in to merge from left lane in to right lane so really should have used his blinkers I hit my horn and brakes but I don't think he even heard the horn this happened at council and nwexpy @8:40 5/31/2025 I wouldn't trust the to drive the truck correctly empty let alone with a load in it
canceled a tow truck because they got mad we were shopping other companies and were ultimately hung up on, mind you we didn’t know they had already sent one out. i get it 2 people calling about the same inquiries can be frustrating but brother you are a professional company? wouldn’t give these guys a nickel
This is the worst company ever. My daughter was involved in a car accident on Tuesday, August 27. They were the company the Oklahoma Highway Patrol contacted to pick up the vehicle. I released the vehicle from them to my insurance company the same day. it is now Friday, August 30, and they are not returning phone calls and no one is at their lot so I can pick up my car. I have made a complaint with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. I am going to make a police report and pursue legal action. They are now holding my car without my permission. Please do not use this company. They are absolutely awful. I would give them negative stars if I could.
Should be zero stars driver had a baditude and kept going up on price and got mad and left us stuck before we could pay him the money. He showed up with a chip on his shoulder we called Barnes and he was polite and ready to accept any challenge and it was about 25 dollars cheaper as well
If you’re on the side of the road having a tough day and looking for a tow that’ll get there quick and be someone you can trust, call this place and try to get Lorenzo! He’ll take care of you and get you where you need to go. Saved the day for me!
If there was an opportunity to give negative stars, I absolutely would. I won't go down the path of name calling, airing his dirty laundry, and all of that. Lorenzo held on to a vehicle for 9 months. Was paid good money to fix it by the insurance carrier. Extended deadlines every month. Abided by his rules and he still couldn't get it done. Upon receiving the vehicle, it came back worse than when it went in. Please please please please... do not use this company.
Warn your neighbor across the street if you use these guys. My neighbor needed a vehicle towed. The Miracles driver pulled up in my driveway, and started backing across the street. I guess he didn’t bother to look where he was. He came over the edge of my yard and banged down off my curb so hard that the underside of the tow truck broke a chunk of my curb off!!!! When I called the company, the boss was argumentative. He won’t respond to my texts now. Just BEWARE, THEY DON’T CARE!!!!
Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I was bumped for emergency which is understandable, yet could have been explained prior that may happen. Aside from the minor inconvenience, I was very pleased with the overall service. Thanks
We had to get a tow on a semi. They did not mention anything about not reconnecting the drive shaft and left us hanging. We had even tipped the driver a nice chunk for his work. After we called they said they had not charged us for an extra hour as the driver was waiting for payment. We have everything time stamped and confirmed payment was done within minutes. I don't feel they are forthcoming in their business practices and I am not sure if I can trust them.
Just got a tow from these guys. Great customer service with a pretty fast response time. The driver, Lorenzo, was very polite, efficient, and professional. Will definitely be my go-to company from here on out.

These guys came to my rescue! After another towing company gave me the run around for almost 8 hours, they showed up, had to deal with an unfriendly driver for another company, transfer my car from that truck to their truck, and then they brought it home. These guys were very professional, very kind, patient, understanding, I could keep going on! Will definitely recommend them!
My boyfriend’s car gave out on him a couple of miles from home. I called several towing companies nearby at around 3am and some didn’t answer, others seemed bothered. However, the guys at Miracle towing did answer and they seemed happy to help. I got a very decent price for the tow. My boyfriend and car were home within the hour. I highly recommend them.
I am the General Manager of a local dealership. The driver dropped a car in the middle of the aisle rather than a spot (like every other wrecker driver that drops cars with us). When the female service advisor asked him to move it, he informed her that he didn’t get paid to park cars, and proceeded to go on an expletive-infused tirade in front of customers. When asked to leave, he said that we couldn’t make him. We were forced to call the police, prompting him to drive across the street for 10 minutes before finally driving away.
Never witnessed a more unprofessional “business owner”. Customer that had the vehicle towed apologized to US for HIS behavior.
We had to have my husbands work truck towed to our home and Miracles towing did the towing. My husband and I both had a very pleasant experience with the gentlemen driving the truck. The professionalism was amazing and if we ever need to be towed again we will be giving them a call. Thank you Lorenzo for saving the day.

I have a customer in need of towing her car to Reno & May. from Penn Square . Talk on the phone I was told the towing rate would be $ 75. Taking the car to the destination, the driver asked for $100, I called the man on the phone and he says because the driver had to hand-push the car out of the parking spot which he did when the car was on neutral ! You judge ;-) To me it's just ripped-off ! Of course I get rid of their tel # on my phone :0 Never make that mistake again !
Scam artist at Miracles Collision & Towing pulled my review..
On Sunday, July 14th around 10 pm, tow truck driver from Miracles Towing DPS-53440-W, made an illegal tow to my vehicle while it was parked in a old "handicapped" spot and was not in compliance with R7-8. There hasn't ever been a handicapped sign in this spot and the painting looks very faint, almost painted over. The driver of this tow truck was very aggressive and abusive, and caused significant damage on the vehicle. I walked out and he had my car halfway up the flatbed, but dragged my car my it's front bumper, and severely damaged the rims. I have pictures and videos of the incident as well as the damage. Had the driver done this tow legally and carefully, he could have easily done so without causing damage to my car. The video shows his incompetence in his towing ability. This Business is refusing to work with customer or give insurance information. Update :They lied to the BBB and State attorney general. The tow was illegal, unauthorized and the complex & okcpd stated there wasn't any violation.
