Steven took care of me and rescued me out of the Walmart auto area parking lot. He had me laughing by the end of it, what was feeling like a bad day turned out to be a good one. Oh and in record timing, he was there in 8 minutes. Thank you Steve! You’re the best.

My Nissan Murano's transmission got stuck in park in a friend's driveway in Nov. 2024. Nissan warranty service sent me Bad Day Towing, and it was my lucky day. The young man from Bad Day took the time to try several possible fixes before towing, but ended up towing the car to a local Nissan dealer. The hookup and towing was done with care, and the driver was professional and polite. Great service!

I am so grateful to have called them !! They came to pick up my car , and they were so kind ! Colin , man he was so patient , professional and kind . He made it such a relief for me . I felt like I was overwhelming because so much was going on , but he didn’t even sweat the small stuff and kept a great attitude . I needed that ! Then I had to have my car towed to another location (WHAAAAAAAATTTT?!) and at first I was reluctant to ask cause I just knew it was gonna be another bill, but instead , it was even greater service !! Chris!! He was also cool calm and collected the whole time and made it easy for me ! Moving forward I will continue to recommend this company, because I appreciate wholeheartedly, the respect and great service . That’s not something you pick up , you’re either born with it or you’re not , and these guys def, were born with that integrity that so many of us lack today. I told my tow guy Brian I would leave a solid review here for him, so here I am. We needed a truck towed some 20-something miles & used my AAA membership to do it. They hooked us up with Brian with Bad Day, and he was everything I could possibly ask for: communicative; prompt; knowledgeable; adaptable; polite; focused. Definitely turned our bad day around. Wish I had more cash on me at the time to tip the man, but this will have to do. I am dismayed to see the owner conducting himself brazenly and rudely in these comments, and this gives me some pause about if I would recommend the company as a whole. I understand that customer reviews are a brutal and unfortunate part of the job, but it gives me the ick, as the kids say these days. Nonetheless, I'm a man of my word, and based on my specific experience, I'm giving the full 5 stars.

I’m writing a supplemental One Star Review in support of the One Star Review submitted by my daughter (“XO”) three days ago. On Friday, November 15, 2024 my daughter and her two dogs were in route from Buffalo, NY to south-east Arizona. She was driving her Toyota Sienna van and towing a 5 x 8 U-Haul single axle trailer when, about 50 miles west of Oklahoma City, her check engine light started blinking and her van went into limp mode. She called me right away and I advised her to pull over as soon as it was safe to do so. I’ve been a AAA member for over forty years and my first call, after making sure my daughter was safe, was to contact AAA to arrange a tow as soon as possible. The decision to select Bad Day was made solely by AAA and all our communications were either with AAA or the tow truck driver. At no time throughout the entire episode did my daughter or I ever contact the Bad Day office or have any conversation with any of their office personnel. When the truck arrived, the driver asked if the U-Haul trailer had towing coverage. I knew we had good towing coverage through our AAA Premier policy but I had never been in this breakdown situation before and did not know the particulars of towing coverage related to the trailer. After several calls to AAA and U-Haul I discovered that the trailer was not covered and that neither AAA or U-Haul even offer towing coverage for the trailer (U-Haul will tow their own trailer but only if it’s damaged or has a mechanical failure). When we informed the driver that the trailer was not covered by my AAA policy or U-Haul he contacted his office via phone and was told to tell us the cost for the trailer tow was $500. I thought this charge (about $10 per mile) was excessive, given that the dispatched tow truck was equipped to tow both the van and trailer at the same time and towing the trailer did not add any miles to the trip, as the trailer and my daughter’s van were going to be brought to the same destination in Oklahoma City. We didn’t want to leave the trailer alone on the side of the road and therefore grudgingly agreed to the additional $500 charge. The Bad Day owner initially responded to my daughter’s One Star rating but he must have deleted his response as it no longer shows up under her review. Item number 1 of his original posted response stated “I didn’t make you break down or have an unfortunate event happen.” My reply to this unsympathetic and defensive comment is that we never blamed him for our breakdown or for us having an unfortunate event. His comment number 3 stated “I didn’t make you pay anything. You called & I always clearly give everyone a price on the phone before doing anything so I didn’t give anyone a surprise at the end – like this claims happened** YOU KNEW THE PRICE & CHOSE TO PROCEED OR WE WOULDN’T HAVE DONE ANYTHING!” This statement is completely false and does not represent the true facts of the situation. We never contacted the owner or his office and therefore were never quoted a price on the phone or given any opportunity to accept or deny Bad Day’s service. Our only call was with AAA and they are the ones that contacted and dispatched Bad Day. No pricing was ever discussed until Bad Day arrived at my daughter’s van, at which time we had no choice but to accept the $500 add-on cost to get her trailer towed to a secure location. On top of that, Bad Day added a $20 “Convenience Fee” to the $500 tow charge. This has been a learning experience and I don’t question that additional money for the trailer component of the tow was in order – I just have a gut feeling that my daughter, being in a vulnerable situation, was taken advantage of due to her situation of traveling alone and not having any family or friends within 1000 miles of her. In the big scheme of things, however, the towing experience is entering the realm of “it is what it is” and I am very thankful that my daughter was able to resume her trip after repairs were completed in Oklahoma City and is now safely settled back in Arizona.

Ben was excellent and let me know he could tow my van and trailer. En route, I was told the trailer may not be covered by my AAA premiere; it was not. I was told to pay for the tow already dispatched, it would cost $520 to tow the trailer 43 miles.

Haven’t ever used this company before, and don’t think I ever will. Was trying to drop my daughters off at their mothers, which they have to be home by a certain time. Tow truck driver blocked the road, instead of being polite enough to pull forward letting my car and another go by. A dude who smelt like a damn sewer gets out after turning on some bright lights toward my car and says “I’m gonna need you to move.” I do so. He pulls forward enough into a driveway where I then try to go forward. He quickly backs up blocking the road again, instead of being polite to let passerbys move along. So coming here, I see how they respond to unfavorable reviews. That’s a sign of bad customer service as is. When customers have bad experiences at the hands of a company, it’s not up to a company to berate them. If there is more than one tow truck. Hopefully they don’t act like this. If they do, I imagine it won’t be a good look.

They are AAA Certified. If you are in Norman, OK you are in luck if Mr. Sktelor Weavor is your tow driver! Cannot praise his efficiently and professionalism enough

I Totally recommend BAD DAY TOWING! SUPERB SERVICE and Very Friendly, Professional People!!!!! Happiness started when I called it in, to communicating with the person towing my vehicle! We must deal with towing companies on regular basis but this one stands out by doing the following. - Refused to release our cargo. At first, they told us we need to pay them- we agreed. Then they told us our customer will not want the product –they wanted it in the condition it was in. Lastly, they admitted they were too exhausted and simply didn’t want to do it. We asked if we could hire someone to transfer the product, but they refused to allow us to do that as well. - At the time of them towing our truck they couldn’t find 5 min to explain the condition of our truck and freight (we are aware it couldn’t have been exact) - When you talked to them you get a feel, they don’t want to talk to you and extremely rude. One minute conversation is a whole minute too long. - Hard to get a hold of All the communications and emails are saved can be provided to anyone at any given time. We never left a bad review on a towing company in the past but in this case their lack of professionalism warrants one.

Driver ride and obnoxious when I politely asked him to move his truck so that I could through to my driveway. He told me yeah it will be out 5 minutes while he was taking pictures. I asked if could just backing his truck up so I could get through and then finish what he was doing. He yelled I told you it will be about 5 minutes. I called the # on his truck and to make complaint just takes you time and weather. I would not recommend this company. Rude, rude,rude!

Their services are always great and friendly and the price is affordable. But tonight we called multiple times was forwarded to the emergency system the system kept going to a voicemail Box that says its full called dozens times and no one ever answered was never able to leave a message.

Edit after reply: I called several times sir over the course of a few hours and all it did was ring and go to a voice-mail. So you might check you "up to date and sophisticated" phone system. God Bless. This is not 24/7 service. I have tried to use this service on 3 separate occasions after hours and no one even answers the phone.

Showed up on time and care of my car. The driver was a great guy. I called a different company the day before and after waiting for 4 hours I called and canceled. All towing companies charge the same rate. Getting one to be on time was nice.

Unprofessional. If you need a receipt, make sure you do NOT let him leave or you won't get one! Bad business. Just take note of how they do not want to take responsibility. All we wanted was a receipt for our services and when we did not receive that receipt we had to call and text several times. And of course it is the customers fault. Wow! We finally received a credit card transaction slip from them and not even a receipt for services the next day and only after I had placed a Google review. And they also claim we wanted a fraudulent receipt for a personal vehicle? This makes no sense as the vehicles registered to the corporation. And it doesn't matter anyway because it isn't fraudulent when a business owner makes a purchase. Very classy. Notice how self-centered and condescending they are to think that we would even do business with them again. Lastly, Look at the negative reviews they received and their responses to those reviews. It is always the customers fault of why the customer left a one star rating. What a shame. I also hope you realize we don't go out of our way to slam any business for a silly reason. I'm just saying beware and use this company at your own risk.

I called Bad Day Towing Company because it was a local and close business with great reviews. I had a professional and friendly experience with them and received a cheaper rate than anyone else I spoke to prior. He even told me how to get an even better flat rate by waiting until a Monday when the rates dropped, which was much appreciated. I appreciate the honesty and up front service. I would recommend them to others I know for sure.

The gentlemen were professional and got me home safely. Since it took longer than expected to show up they also discounted the original price. I would recommend them as your first choice when needing this type of service. Thanks for saving me at the post office on Heffner and getting me home again!!!

We had to call Bad Day because my partner's car wouldn't start, and the driver was incredible! He did not wind up towing us, because he just fixed the car!!! He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and I have now saved Bad Day in my phone.

The owner was fantastic, they were the only ones who gave a decent quote and actually answered the phone at 530am. Service on pick up was courteous and the quote didn't change.

My experience with bad day towing was on a bad day. I was in a 4 car wreck, bad day towed my vehicle. They were really professional on scene and provide a great service. Most wreckers I've seen make me feel uneasy, not the one who handled my vehicle. Thanks bad day, you made a bad day better.

there is nothing worse than being out and your car won't start. I don't like calling a towing truck because you never know who you can trust. I did a search and Bad Day Towing came up so I called them. Their name couldn't be any more ironic since they turned my bad day into a good one. I highly recommend them and can't be more thankful for the service they provided and how they treated me. Top notch guy and company.
