These guys did an awesome job all the way around! They were friendly, accommodating, punctual, communicated well throughout the entire process and we're reasonably priced! I would definitely refer them and will for sure be calling them the next time we need a tow!
I bought a uhaul truck and broke down south of i-35. I called them to tow and not only did they charged me too high but called uhaul company to report a stolen truck. They picked up the truck to the address I asked them to and instantly a uhaul tow truck picked it up without me being present. I tried so many times to reach this company to give me contact details of the uhaul tow truck or the number they reported to but no one ever responded to me. I had to call multiple uhaul departments to get this error fixed and they gave me back the truck after several days. Won't recommend.
Mechanic re-did my electrical, braking, airbag, tires, fuses, air cables in the middle of the night after my trailer tire caught on fire. Life savers. One of the top mechanics out there that are hard to come by. Thank you

Totally happy with Jonathan the driver who came to tow after 5 hrs and 2 service calls ..He found the problem in 10mins.and I was running again..Definitely call them when you have a big truck problem.
One of their drivers just attempted to run me off the road on i35 while passing me because I had to slow way down due to the car in front of me doing the same. During after work rush hour. Had i not swerved he would have side swiped me. Unacceptable and dangerous. Hire better employers.
Can’t recommend them highly enough. Jonathan brought a replacement for a broken-down rental truck to Wichita, and was going to come back in a few hours—after the movers swapped belongings into the new truck—to reattach my car carrier & tow the broken unit away.
But we saw pretty quickly there was significant water damage to a lot of my belongings.
Jonathan stayed the whole time (instead of just coming back later to tow the broken unit as planned). He helped the movers make a good repacking plan, ensured that the most fragile items were safe, answered any questions I had—the extra support made an incredibly stressful experience a lot easier. Truly went above and beyond.
I use Farrington several times a month at work. Every employee has always been super helpful and kind. They are efficient and I love using them for towing!

I was helping a friend who had gotten his excavator stuck. After several unsuccessful attempts using other equipment to pull out the excavator, my friend called Farrington Towing and Recovery. Jonathan arrived in a timely manner and once he looked over the area he moved his truck into place, hooked up the cables and a short time later, the excavator was unstuck and operational again. Jonathan seemed VERY experienced and knowledgeable in what needed to be done to get the excavator out. Jonathan was also very professional through the entire process. If I need a Towing or Recovery service in the future, I will definitely be calling Farrington Towing and Recovery.

This company has some serious integrity.
We had a hiccup on a very complicated transport and things honestly didn't go as anyone planned. But, these guys got it figured out and treated us well, and that is more than deserving of a 5 star review. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our big hauling business after seeing how well they handle the unusual and difficult situations.
Towed my motor home 9 miles, time from arrival to delivery at repair center was about an hour and 15 minutes, charged $910, $210 of which was “fuel surcharge “ and the other $700 was the two hour minimum. In spite of me describing my motor home, it’s location in a storage facility to the Farrington dispatcher, they assigned a huge tow truck which was way over the need and presented difficulties in accessing my vehicle. The driver said he was given no details but was assigned because he was in the area. He indicated that this was a normal operational procedure. I had to hook up my tow strap and use my pickup to pull the motor home into a position that he could access. The driver was courteous, helpful, and professional. He steered the motor home while I towed it into position which might not have been necessary if the dispatcher had listened to me but it was parked in a less than optimal position, frankly. If I ever have to do this again, I won’t be calling these guys, they gouged me enough that I can’t give them a recommendation.
Farrington Towing is by far the best towing service available. They turned my ugly day into a pleasant productive one! Thats because Stephanie was amazingly helpful and made good things happen on time. Jonathan was incredibly efficient, safe, kind and beyond competent. Thank you for setting my day straight!
I didn’t use their services but, I called on a weekend looking to get RV towed just a mile down the road to fix a flat tire. Very thankful for Jason lending a helping hand in my very sticky situation. He was very helpful and kind. If needed in future, he’s absolutely a reference I’d turn to. Thank you Jason!

I cannot say enough good about Farrington Towing and Recovery, and the driver that was sent to my home, To tow my RV, Jonathan. He was very professional, knowledgeable and I was also impressed with his cleanliness. It might sound weird to some people, working in the retail world for more than 40 years, dress code and appearance for the business is very important. In my mind, Jonathan did not look like a typical tow truck driver. He had paid attention to detail when it came to his uniform and appearance. His manner and politeness was very much appreciated as moving this RV was very emotional for me, he understood and treated my property as if it was his own. If companies could clone Jonathan for their staff, customer service would never be an issue. Did I mention his tow truck was also spotless!
I can also say that everything Randy told me about the towing of my RV, to include time and cost was spot on. I appreciate not having any surprises when the job is finished. Everyone that I came in contact with from Farrington was very polite and helpful.

What shall I say about Jonathan??? He towed our big rig to the Freightliner dealership in the scorching Oklahoma heat with quiet authority and minimal fuss. I sat in the cab with him and in the short ride we spoke of the importance of hard-work, family values and taking time to decompress. He shared pictures of his beautiful wife and children and expressed his pride. His mechanical acumen is evident. I am so very glad he was our recovery agent. His quiet, self-assured mannerism was comforting. Bless you Jonathan and thank you Farrington Group. I hope to not have to be towed again, but I would not be disappointed if Jonathan was at the wheel of that Peterbilt!
This place is an absolute joke! Especially their mobile mechanic Samuel.... they will not warranty their man's work. Even after he admitted faulty work. He spent 5 hours roadside and didn't troubleshoot very well.. all said and done it was a loose fitting that he supposedly checked.. $1200 out the door.. i made it 2 hrs south before i realized i was leaking oil profusely from the fuel pump the "mechanic" pulled out and inpected. When i called for assistance from their faulty work i was told they gave me a 1 hr discount and that should pay to fix it and i should just drive it leaking to a shop. I would not recommend their services ever or ever use them again. Roadside ripoff artists see the photos
Early morning during the snow storm, Jonathan @ Farrington Towing helped my drivers to pull the truck and trailer out of the median of the free way. Hi is very considerate, kind, and professional. Also, he cut some hours on my bill. I think they are kind of honest of where the tow truck comes from and how long it will take to get back. As reviewed by others on Google, Farrington Towing and Recovery did a good job. Thanks for the service.
My semi truck broke down on a location then it got vandalized... This company was quick and very are very honest and respectful people.. There was a small miss communicate, but the guy was very understanding and explained very well. You could tell they really care about their customers we aren't just a $ sight to them... I honestly would use this company again.. The rates was pretty good and nothing better than having honest people hauling your vehicles... The guy that hauled my semi had to get in tight spots, but he handled it like a champ.. you can tell he has years of experience under his belt.. Randy and Jason both are great people and we really appreciate them very much.. We have had a rough few days but they made it a little better by getting our truck home..
