KELLY WAS AMAZING!!!! Started with the wrong pickup address he was in the wrong location to begin with, he reached out to me and got the exact location. And still took the call! 20 MINS FROM REQUESTED PICK UP! I was 40 mins put. Kelly could've dropped my truck for another call any minute. He waited on me and my brother who was 15 20 mins behind me with the truck keys!!! Kelly was very customer oriented, kept a good conversation and I found that he was a Chevy lover, which is what I had towed. He babies my truck as his own. And took on without effort every challenge I threw at him. The drop off at the mechanic shop was the most surprising. He said if he had more time he would have perfected it more. But he almost perfected it in a parking space and a very small confined workspace to maneuver in. Thank you for saving me! Despite the lack of communication from dispatch from the start, Kelly quickly turned the disorganized situation into a great experience. Again thank you so much! And I appreciate your love for Chevys, your diligent work and your exceptional efforts.
my car got a flat on the highway, they came and towed my car to discount tire!! handled it superrrr quickly and knew exactly where i was at (despite my poor directions). they made the process super easy and stress-free!! hopefully i never get a flat tire again but if i do i know who i will call!!!
Was quoted a price and we agreed on it, but then he ran into mechanical issues and never bothered to update me. I had to reach out myself, only to be told it would be done midday — that time came and went with zero communication. Completely wasted my time and showed very poor professionalism.
I used them today to tow a Highlander car from Copart Auto Auction to 217 north Villa (body shop). I know them for a long time, that’s why did ask about the cost. After the service is done, they gave the of $200.00, I was totally upset. The reason I did call another company for the same service and I was quoted $ 100.00 . I the requested them to little more than $ 100.00 . They never agreed and took 175.00 . That was totally unacceptable. I will not go back to them in future.
Amazing service rocky pulled up really quick was really friendly and welcoming over great experience if ever in any car trouble and prices are reasonably fair

Rocky saved the day today when we needed a tow on Waterloo Rd. Rocky showed up quick, cost was good, and overall experience was positive. We have decided to use 5 -Star Towing for all future towing needs.
It was my first time needing a tow and I definitely called the right place. Hasam was so kind and helpful when I had to move my car after it broke down! He was quick and offered advice to make sure I was taken care of. People like him are why companies have returning customers.

My insurance company contacted 5 Star Towing after my car slammed into a deer across the highway on our way to Stillwater OK just after sunset. 5 Star Towing contacted us and informed us a driver had been dispatched and what his eta was. Relatives came out to get us off the highway and 5 Star agreed to pick up the vehicle unattended. Throughout the entire ordeal, 5 Star continually updated us on the status and even sent us a photo of the vehicle once it was delivered. 5 Star Towing lives up to its name.
Highly recommend they were the best price in the area and they even hauled my vehicle all the way to Ardmore Ok. Driver was very friendly and respectful. If I'm ever in the are and need a tow again they will be my first call

Im way too late on posting this review but the value Hasan and his (presumably father) had brought will not go undermined. Had a project car sitting in a barn on unlevel dirt for years, needed someone reliable who can take on the offroad and slick conditions. Hasan brought a neat flatbed rig accompanied with a strong winch, while (I think whose his father) will coordinate via radio. Solid price, task was quick and done (not even an hour and a half), and they're both very patient people.
I'm 100% going to refer back to this company when I got another vehicle that needs towed in the future, solid business 5/5. Thank you for the help!
Would give them less stars. Verbally told me that it would be 150 to tow then charged me almost 400. Saw text stating that they didn’t give me a written offer so they charged me what they wanted. Scam.
Justin did an amazing job at getting my truck out of the sand with no problem at all quick and fast and he called me with an eta and was right on the money with it! Definitely the company to call if you are ever needing a tow or a pull out!

Two flats at once, one spare. They showed up by the time I got the rear tire changed. Took me to the nearest tire store and my tires were being replaced within 60 minutes of being on the side of the road. Terrible afternoon turned into a quick bump in the road. Justin was friendly and quick.
Rocky is the best! He was professional and efficient and very customer oriented. He provided a great service and we truly appreciated his care and concern. This is such a difficult and dangerous job and he got us out of there quickly with a smile! Would definitely call them again!!

These god sent men !! Saved me today was out delivering packages and got stuck in so much mud he said 30-45 mins and he was there pulled me out !! Mohammed Ali, was the best, after 2 other tow truck were not able to pick up my vehicle he was able to get it out and take it the dealership. He got with the dealership and made sure everything was taken care of. Also he was very nice and made sure you understood what the process was
Was on my way to get me some when all but 2 miles down the road I got a flat.. and she left! Luckily the folks at 5 Star Towing took great care of me and my vehicle, gave me a free, warm uber trip back home and was professional in timing and manner. 10/10 service, I recommend this place for anyone’s towing needs hands down
