Would give them less stars. Verbally told me that it would be 150 to tow then charged me almost 400. Saw text stating that they didn’t give me a written offer so they charged me what they wanted. Scam.
Justin did an amazing job at getting my truck out of the sand with no problem at all quick and fast and he called me with an eta and was right on the money with it! Definitely the company to call if you are ever needing a tow or a pull out!

Two flats at once, one spare. They showed up by the time I got the rear tire changed. Took me to the nearest tire store and my tires were being replaced within 60 minutes of being on the side of the road. Terrible afternoon turned into a quick bump in the road. Justin was friendly and quick.
Rocky is the best! He was professional and efficient and very customer oriented. He provided a great service and we truly appreciated his care and concern. This is such a difficult and dangerous job and he got us out of there quickly with a smile! Would definitely call them again!!

Im way too late on posting this review but the value Hasan and his (presumably father) had brought will not go undermined. Had a project car sitting in a barn on unlevel dirt for years, needed someone reliable who can take on the offroad and slick conditions. Hasan brought a neat flatbed rig accompanied with a strong winch, while (I think its his father) will coordinate via radio. Solid price, task was quick and done (not even an hour and a half), and they're both very patient people.
I'm 100% going to refer back to this company when I got another vehicle that needs towed in the future, solid business 5/5. Thank you for the help!
I scheduled an appointment with a collision shop, I needed my car to be towed there. So, I scheduled an appointment for a truck to pick up my vehicle up and drop it off at the collision shop. They were supposed to be there at 10:30am and never showed up. I waited for an hour and a half for them to show up. I called twice, no answer. I even sent a text which was read and never got a reply back. Because of this, I then had to reschedule my appointment at the collision place. Never using these people again.
We had 5-star come out to up unload a forklift. They got there fairly quickly and had the best price by far. They had the job done quickly and professionally!!
These guys killed it! We were beyond stuck in a difficult situation and they skillfully set up their equipment to get us out. They were very professional and quick to respond.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mohammad who went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. My car broke down unexpectedly, and I was feeling anxious about how to handle everything. When the tow truck arrived, he immediately put me at ease with his calm and friendly demeanor. He not only helped me get my car loaded safely onto the truck but also took the time to explain the process and offered valuable advice on what to do next.

Mohammed was great! He had to get through not one but three very tight maze spaces and made it without scraping or damaging other vehicles or building!! He was very friendly, shower much care and respect. He explained and showed everything in detail to what he was doing and how he safely loaded and secured my car.

My car blew a tire at night in a part of town I didn't know. I was scared and trying to get home. I called them at 8pm, and their operator was so nice! She let me know it would be 15 minutes when the tow truck would arrive. The tow truck driver called a minute later to let me know he was 14 minutes away, and would be there soon. He asked how I was doing and reassured me things would be taken care of and I was safe. This man was a complete professional! He even told my husband to sit in the car with me. I hope this young man gets a raise cause I am now only calling 5 Star Towing from now on!! Thank you for a company that still uses real people who care about the customer!!
These god sent men !! Saved me today was out delivering packages and got stuck in so much mud he said 30-45 mins and he was there pulled me out !! And worked with me I thank you so much and will recommend them to and ONE that finds there self stuck or jay need a tow call them they are the best !!! P.s I was Piedmont
Mohammed Ali, was the best, after 2 other tow truck were not able to pick up my vehicle he was able to get it out and take it the dealership. He got with the dealership and made sure everything was taken care of. Also he was very nice and made sure you understood what the process was

As far as the company, I had no issues with someone answering my call. They even enabled me to set an appointment. No complaints.
Was on my way to get me some when all but 2 miles down the road I got a flat.. and she left! Luckily the folks at 5 Star Towing took great care of me and my vehicle, gave me a free, warm uber trip back home and was professional in timing and manner. 10/10 service, I recommend this place for anyone’s towing needs hands down
