Trevour came out and got one of vehicles loaded up and brought to our shop after it broke down. Was patient with us while we did a quick check to see if it needed to go to our mechanic and then took the time to make sure we got everything we needed out of it before taking onto the final leg of the trip. Great customer service and attitude!
I had scheduled a 2 PM pick up and decided to switch it last minute to morning pick up, in decent time the driver (Anthony) was there had my 20 ft boat on the flat bed. At one point the trailer was going to bottum out just slightly, i informed Anthony to just go ahead and send it. Without hesitation he calmly stopped and pulled out some skid pads insuring a clean and damage free pick up. Super precise and very professional. Best price in town.
Where do I begin? Tonight, during rush hour traffic, my car decided to put me in quite a spot; the left-hand side of a very busy and foggy State Hwy 74 to be exact. It was so sudden and scary. I googled as quickly as I could to find a Tow. I called 4 different companies, 1 was out of my price range, 2 never picked up, and the other 1 told me I was too far and to call Always Towing, so that's what I did and boy am I so grateful!
Tracey answered the phone and immediately made me feel cared about and heard- I knew I could trust him to help me out. Then, I received impecable communication from Trevor the Tow Truck driver. He was super kind and also helped me feel incredibly supported. He went above and beyond in not only towing my car home, but helping me navigate my insurance policy as well to make sure I was aware of all my payment options and resources. The team at Always Towing take service to the next level through their top notch hospitality and care for each person they interact with. Thank you, Tracey & Trevor for helping me navigate a very scary and overwhelming moment, I will sleep very peacefully tonight, my heart is filled with gratitude.

Trevor was great! Arrived right on time and was super patient trying to reach us in a busy airport line. Very friendly and had a great ride back with him. Parked our car perfectly and then drove us back to our home, much cheaper than expected too!
Justin answered the phone the first time I called, I needed to have a vehicle moved from one location to another. He was ready to meet me within 30 minutes and actually waiting on me when I arrived. He quoted me a price over the phone and it was much less than I expected for short notice. He wasted no time getting the vehicle loaded and on the way to where I needed to have it delivered. He was courteous, professional and I would absolutely recommend calling him for a tow in the future. I also appreciated that he could text a link to pay online, for my clients who were out of state paying for the service. It was so efficient and easy, 5 Stars for sure!
Having my car towed isn’t something I expect to enjoy, but I’m very glad Trevor was the one that showed up. Light-hearted, knowledgeable, and friendly I feel fortunate tonight.

We were driving behind one of these tow trucks on MacArthur Blvd and watched them swerve at a car trying to get into the left hand turn lane beside them, causing them to go into oncoming traffic and narrowly miss hitting cars. When I called in to let the company know what one of their trucks had done (less than 5 minutes after the incident) I could tell I got whoever was in the truck that had done it. He was argumentative and tried to cover up what we literally just watched him do. Very unprofessional and could have got a lot of people hurt! It wasn’t even my car that they swerved at but lord help them if it would have been!
I’ve used Allways tow several times over the years and used them today and their driver Trevor was absolutely exceptional. Excellent backing skills and super polite. Really enjoyed the great rate too.

This is the second time we’ve had to use their service for our Tesla X. Unfortunately both times we ran out of battery within a mile or two of the supercharging station…this time we ran out of power on the off ramp during heavy traffic with my wife and son in the car, while on our way to OU during labor! Daryl & Trevor came out almost immediately to get us to safety and the supercharger! Both gentlemen are great, professional, and took extra care with our vehicle. Thank you to both of them and the whole team at Allways Towing! I do recommend their service to anyone who owns a Tesla, as they have the dollies at hand , and anyone else looking for great, fast, and efficient service!
