I manage a roofing company and one of our trucks was in an accident yesterday. McConnel's was called and they were at the scene immediately. They are extremely professional and have top notch equipment and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Absolutely the best wrecker service I have ever used. Great group of guys and they are fair with their pricing. They don't try to hit you over the head. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them moving forward.
Great service and very nice employees! Helped me when my car battery came unplugged in the middle lane at the stop light. Very thankful for their help!
I’ve dealt with several tow truck companies throughout the years. Every one of them is terrible, with the glowing exception of McConnells.
These guys happen to be my neighbours, and they are excellent.
They have gotten me out of multiple jams. I always insist on using them for the following reasons:
1. This is simple and most important to me. They treat me with respect and like I am a customer every time. Anybody with a truck can move a vehicle, but I really appreciate being treated like I matter, especially when I’m already having a bad day.
2. Every driver I have dealt with behaves like a professional. Somebody can do a lot of damage to a vehicle (especially if it is already damaged) by doing things wrong. These guys have always done things like, make sure they weren’t damaging windscreens with the winch cable, checking to see that the vehicle is in the appropriate gear for towing, checking parking brake, etc. They also, all know how to drive. This seems like it would always be true for tow truck drivers, but it isn’t. Watching someone who can’t back up a truck do a 100-hundred-point turn in a tow truck that isn’t necessary, makes me nervous. These guys never do that.
3. They’ve gone way beyond the call of duty for me several times. For instance, my wife was 37 weeks pregnant when the wheel bearings went out on my F-250. They didn’t bat an eye about helping my wife get into the truck.
4. They are fast. Not in that rushed, doing things wrong sort of a way, but in the professional way. They know that slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
So just to reiterate, I refuse to let anyone else tow my vehicles. Partly because I like my cars, and partly because these guys are awesome. Anyone you see complaining about these guys is probably just frustrated because their car got impounded.
After my wife slid into a barrier on the ice I called McConnells at 5 am and they answered right away and had a driver on the way immediately. The driver stayed in contact with us until he had her car loaded and back to the yard. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person was very friendly and easy to work with. Thank you guys for the quick response and great service. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone.
Was stuck on 102 near hwy 66 with a flat and without a jack. McConnells was the only wrecker service who bothered to answer the phone despite being an hour away. The service was great and the dispatcher and driver were very friendly.
These guys were used by Midwest City Police to pick up my deceased son vehicle and they are trying to charge a man who is no longer here. I think it’s a sad day when you move in this manner. I honestly hope that when people see the coldness in your hearts they refuse to use you. … this company is very sad. Update: Advised them my kid has passed away and did not request a tow they still harassing my child and he is no longer here. It says a lot about the owners. Has no regard for the deceased.
My car was stolen in the wee hours of the morning, once the vehicle was recovered by MWCPD I reached out to McConnels for help getting it unlocked as, whoever stole it also took the keys for my vehicle. They went absolutely above and beyond to help me out. This is the second time this year that we have had to use them for towing services. I would recommend them to any and everyone! The gentleman that answers the phone is the boss and he is so kind and compassionate. I wish there was an option to give them more than 5 stars because I absolutely would!!!
I have used McConnells many times and especiallyback in November he went all out for me. My mom hasn’t but used them so she called the closest and she waited for hours first day and a couple the next and then called you guys and she is thoroughly impressed and was going on and on how nice you were on the phone. We appreciate you and now my mom really does, she won’t ever be calling anyone else! Thank you!!
Almost ran me and my daughter off the road on the interstate. The person on the phone didn’t seem bothered. Wreckers shouldn’t drive this way. I would never use a company like this to tow my vehicles and that driver was an absolute danger on the road.
Wonderful service! Louis was great, prompt and very knowledgeable. Got my son's truck towed after spending so morning waiting for another wrecker service, only to be told, they wouldn't take it! Will definitely use them again if we need a vehicle towed.
Awesome service! I needed towing but was not sure who to go with. I read reviews on several companies; all reviews were good, but I was skeptical. I chose McConnells, and I'm glad I did. I used McConnells about 2 weeks ago when the clutch went out on my car. I called and they were super helpful about getting a wrecker to me quickly. Luckily I was only about 3 miles from their yard, but a driver showed up in the time frame given to me. We got my car documented, loaded and hauled to their facility since it was after hours.
The driver recommended a few local shops which were well reviewed but did not specialize in working on my car brand. I was recommended a shop in Edmond and easily scheduled my car to be delivered to the shop. Everything went smooth and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend their service and will use them again in the area. Thanks for getting me out of a bind, making the transfer process easy and being so friendly.
Hands down the kindest and most professional towing service! I had a car needing to be towed from Newalla to north OKC and they were nothing short of amazing! They sent out a truck within 30 minutes and re-assured me they could get the job done. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth process. So thankful and would highly recommend using them for any towing service.
I'm so skeptical of tow companies due to previous experiences and OMG. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very fast and efficient. And price to get my vehicle back was literally shocking compared to what I had in mind. I WILL RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND. Also aired up my tire!

My mom needed her car towed this morning from Harrah to MWC. I waited hours for another company who never even had plans to show up. I called McConnell's and they were at her home in 30 minutes. The guy that took my call was very nice. The driver was great as well. Stellar customer service that is almost impossible to find these days and it's much appreciated! Side note: I took care of Mrs. McConnell at an assisted living facility. She was a peach
The service was great. Our driver had a challenge on a narrow street to get the car on the back of his truck. He planned and executed it well with humor and patience. I highly recommend them.
Great service, and the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It wasn't one thing in particular that they did for us but rather the overall way they treated us and talked with us—like neighbors. It sounds weird to say, and I can't explain exactly how or why, but I left the wrecker feeling better than I did when I walked in.
I was stranded out by the Turner Turnpike and Luther Road. Living clear back in Newalla they were great to come get me all the way home. I have used them for years and will use them whenever I need someone.
Phenomenally, quick and friendly service. This company went above and beyond to ensure we had our needs met and the wrecker went out of his way to ensure our car was unlocked. He told us what the price would be before leaving the pickup location of our vehicle which was at 2am and still he was patient, professional, and sensitive to our situation. Very highly recommended.

McConnells is unequivocally one of the ABSOLUTE BEST and most professional wrecker services I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with!! From Aaron who reassured me they could handle the tow and all the other staff I spoke with (I believe Kevin), to my tow driver Wes, each was laid back, yet respectful and very professional. They genuinely listen to your needs, assess, answer all your questions and provide fair pricing.
My car was immobile, needing additional effort to get it on a truck. I'd previously had two other services come out. One didnt really attempt, the other started, but promptly decided it was more than what he felt like doing; stating he didnt want to damage my car any further. However, Wes came right out, within 15 mins of my call, assessed the state of my vehicle, pulled out ALL the stops until my car sat safely atop the flatbed!! He even explained to me what certain tools did lol!

They did a great job. Answered the phone quickly, dispatched a driver right away. My van was loaded up on the truck and headed to the shop with in 30 minutes of calling. Plus they were all polite and pleasant to do business with.
Called them tonight-first phone call to a towing company. The gent, Aaron McConnell, basically handled everything-from me not even really knowing exactly where our drivers were to not knowing our company insurance information-he just made it happen. He just helped me out by telling me what usually happens, etc. and apparently found our drivers location without any issues. Extremely professional and so fast on site! Definitely would recommend to friends and family but also for any companies too! Thank you!
