First time selling to absoloot today and had good experience with staff and facilities. Iv done a lot of business with another yard and well they didn't seem to care to keep repeat customers. The staff here on a different level give them a shot !!!!!!
This is the worst place I've ever been to. Def don't recommend this place at all. I was there at 4 when they close at 430 and was told they would not help me. I will go to other places never return here
Today was my very first experience at a recycle place. My best friend is a regular here as he does heat and air for a living taking out old units and installing new. I know he’s happy with the customer service when it comes to the front office so the stars are from his high praises there. We pulled into the weigh station and the guy there was helpful and “to the point”. A star for him as well. Unfortunately that’s where my positivity ends. When we pulled to the back we asked one of the workers, who didn’t appear to be busy at all, for guidance on which way would be best to go. He looked at us as if we were a nuisance and made a dismissive n as a wave with his hand as he walked off. We made our best guess as to where we needed to be in order for the “grabby claw” to reach us because we obviously weren’t going to be able to unload everything without the aid of a machine. There was one other gentleman there in his truck with a very small load there at the time and both of the machines were being manned. We got out of the truck and waited for someone to be about I help us, then waited, and waited and even hollered at em to no avail. After watching them move dirt around and sweep the ground in the same place for a while , we drove back across the scales weighing exactly the same as what we went in with. His co-worker was in the office got some other things to recycle and when we told him why we didn’t unload anything, he went to the manager and described our issue. The manager seemed perturbed and called the guys in the back to straighten it out, so we drove baccck over the scales and pulled back up to where we thought we needed to be. This time we were ‘mean mugged ‘ one good time and then never looked at again. Once again, sweeping his lil patch of dirt over and over again. We didn’t bother even trying to ask the manager got help, with three other recycling places right down the road, we took our business somewhere they didn’t mind doing their job.
Does not except cans. Do not go there if you want to keep all four tires without a nail in them worst place manage terrible it is just the worst and sketchiest place you can go.
I sold these folks a few hundred pounds of lead, they gave a better price than I had been quoted at several other places. I ask them about some tungsten I wanted to sell. They were unable to test the properties of my metal and was offering approx $3.50/lb. They gave me a number of a competitor and passed my business to them. I am very appreciative of that! I got a much better price over $7/lb. They made me a good amount of money. I will take all my other stuff to them because of their help.
Must be aggressive to get people to direct you or know where to go. All giant loads to be weighed has an entrance before the main one and long road that will have a huge long scale for you to drive up on with load to get weighed, drive down and around the road to dump it it and come back to scale for final weigh before ticket is given. I suggest getting to the window asap at the front to cut all those smaller weighed items right by the window. The window line is normally not there, so only lines are to get weighed, really. They did a great job of floor being good for tires, and customer service is great. Took me a second trip and getting in front of workers for directions to know how this place works. 140 dryer = $10.50.
Great place to go to owner is fantastic. Workers are there to work and they have smiles on their faces and that’s what really counts with a business like that. Thank you guys. See you soon.

I will never go back here again! I sat in there yard for 3 hours blocked in and no way that get out. I wasn't the only one blocked in and frustrated beyond belief! I seen 2 employees walking around with beer in there hands.
This place is a rip off::: weight of aluminum pays by pound not the size... Talk to owner and he gave me a high price on the phone then what was paid.... Enjoy you will never get my business again
I would like to big ups to the brothers on the scales, it is hot out there and I respect what they do. Overall it was just what I like get in and get out. I really can't judge the payout that one receives but I am doing it for my company RLWCO AC CONTRACTOR , Edmond OK #PERIOD
This metal scrap yard gives the most for your weight. Your going to want to be there at least 30 mins before they close, or you won't get in. It takes them a little longer to process your metals, but they do it right, and they pay good.
Call the phone number listed and see if they answer. NO and if your a woman please take someone who knows about metals with you. A girl friend of mine got ripped off big time. I confronted them approximately an hr later but low and behold only the small containers she had could be found. Lied to right off the start about the time frame which the ticket showed. Its a shame integrity isn't a common character of everyone. I have never bashed a company before but I know 100% she got the shaft. If they make it right with her I will change this review.
I only use this scrapyard now, they are much better than the other scrap yards, for multiple reasons. The friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, they keep the ground pretty well cleaned up I haven't gotten anything in my tires yet, they don't try to rip u off on price or weight and if by chance a mistake is made if you bring it to their attention they will fairly and quickly investigate and fix it immediately. BONUS THEY HAVE POPSICLES the good ones that are like a slushy in a plastic sleeve 2/$1 if I don't eat them all...I just wish that I was still able to buy brass back affordability like I used to
It’s pretty much a madhouse on Friday but I feel like I was treated fairly and everyone was kind and courteous which you don’t always get that experience at scrapyards. I left a box that I wanted to keep made of steel that had a snap on the lid to it and when I went back later the gentleman saw me coming and pointed at the box he knew I would come back for it. I appreciate that.
Got a good price for what I sold, but it took way to long to get In and out. I know they could afford a cashier to speed things up. The girl workimg there knows what she's doing, but she can't do it all. They have a hole other Building to the West of the gate where their cashier could be. The ones going out back, shouldn't have to wait on the ppl in line at the little scale.

They are helpful and friendly. They give good money for recycling. I just love them.. They are also very honest. They take your picture and have to see your driver license. So if your not above board don't take your trash to them
