Called and got a quote and before I could book it the guy hung up on me. Sounded like he was asleep. Called back and told him I need that tow truck and he gave me another number to call. Called that number and it went straigh to voicemail.
I appreciate this company so much. I had a blowout on my way to a pre op appointment and tried to schedule online with another company who never got back to me. This gentleman was the only one to answer. He got me where I needed to go, quickly and efficiently. It was a bad day made a bit better with kindness.
Redd was here when he said he would be here, and kept in touch when he was getting close. Super cool dude, and easy to communicate with. Will definitely use him again if we ever have to… hopefully we won’t have to.
I called about 7 other Towing companies to have my jeep towed from Oklahoma City to Guthrie and they were all so expensive. I finally found Metro Towing & Recovery. The 2 different people I spoke to on the phone were both so nice and professional and they got a driver out to pick up my car right away. The Driver was the absolute best! I've NEVER EVER DEALT WITH A TOW TRUCK DRIVER WHO WAS SO KIND!!!! He had my car to my house in no time! I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH METRO TOWING FOR BEING THE BEST AND THE PRICE WAS MORE THEN FAIR! GREAT PRICE! I'LL ONLY BE USING METRO TOWING FROM NOW ON!
good serves they show up in time and price was fair. they help us towing my RV after midnight and they offer give us ride to hotel. ty metro towing you are the best.
