Would not recommend. Waited for almost 2 hours for someone to show up! When they said someone was 45 min away they weren’t. When called again they said 1 to 2 min out. Then after another 15 minutes they quit answering our phone calls. Also, when first calling they don’t mention they don’t accommodate car seats so after you’ve already paid then someone calls to tell you that so you have to figure out another source of transportation. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if we knew that from the start and not after we already paid. When broke down on a single lane road, waiting almost 2 hours is not ideal. Finally, they broke the front tie rod and is going to cost $400 extra to be fixed. They don’t take any responsibility for this and won’t refund any money. We called for a back tire issue. Nothing to do with the front!! ** If it’d let me post this with zero stars I would!***

I was told it would be a 30 minute wait and the driver would call me to let me know when he was on the way and I never received a call so after an hour I called back and they told me the driver already called me and was already on the way so it would be an $80 fee to cancel. I waited 3 hours before receiving a call that they were on the way Don’t use this towing service they will just lie to you
Tried to charge me 150 to pick up a Honda civic and put a donut on the car. Already had the wheel removed. 0 stars Called a competitor that was farther away and payed 1/3 that price They also don’t accept cash that’s just unAmerican
This is a third party call center that contracts tow trucks around the city. I called for a tow and only ended up needing a jump. The technician was great but isn’t affiliated with this company as they are a third party. I received a bill for the tow that I didn’t receive ($205), so I called to get that cleared up as well as an itemized bill to send to my insurance. I had to call several times before I was able to get ahold of someone, explain what happened, and get my bill emailed to me ($115 for a jump — last jump I got was $50). After being told on two separate calls that it would be emailed to me and I never received it, I called again and was told it had “already been sent” and then they sent it while on that call. They were quite polite when I called needing a tow, but everything afterwards became an unnecessary hassle. Hanging up the phone without ending the conversation, lying about having done what they didn’t, and the priciest jump I’ve ever had. Overall poor service and wouldn’t recommend. I recommend calling an actual towing company.

I called and prepaid for a tow and was told it would be 30-45 minutes for a driver to get there. Our car was being towed less than 5 miles. After showing up more than 2 1/2 hours after the first call, the driver had to take the car back off the wrecker to go get another wrecker then come back to get the car. We were told during the 3rd phone call that the driver had to stop to make repairs to the wrecker. My first call was at 11:40am. The car didn’t make it to the shop it was being towed to until 3:57pm (3 minutes before the shop closed). The only reason we didn’t cancel the request is because half of the fee they charged me was nonrefundable “in case we cancel”. If a time of 30-45 minutes is quoted, it shouldn’t take almost 4 1/2 hours to complete the job. Had I been told it would take that long I would have called someone else. Terrible experience and we won’t be using this company again.
Horrible experience with this company, had requested and prepaid for a tow. And the car didn’t get picked up till 3 hours later while I was with the car the whole time. After multiple phone calls with the company I was told the tow was 25 mins out, and I was told that 3 times. Not only was I waiting for 3 hours their price is outrageous seeing as I was only getting towed 1 block away from the vehicle’s location. 10/10 do not recommend using this company!!
So after I give up with my car, I call them to take it back to my place from an autoshop. With no insurance help it only cost 200(which is cheap and they are 24/7) AND very fast. Im talking they take it and tow it to my place asap. Very gentle with my car and very nice.

Time to wait wasn’t bad but I’m not sure how getting my car towed less than 5 miles cost $184.00. The guy said something about it being cheaper if under 5 miles but I can’t find any documentation of that. I also don’t have a receipt to go off of either so I feel a bit ripped off.

I had a horrible time looking for a flatbed tow that was reasonable price and they only charged $140 and the driver kept in touch with me the entire time. I even accused him of keeping my keys and found them in my back pocket, he was still very sweet! That takes good character! Lol
Overall a great experience. Good guys in the office gave a accurate eta. The driver showed up on time and was about to accommodate a situation that was not foreseen. My car was fully dead and it's a new Mercedes so my car was unable to shift into gear so the towing tech had to use these plastic skates so that my car wouldn't be damaged. Also used wood ramping to not scratch my front bumper. Giving these guys the praise they deserve.
In a time of need you guys provide an awesome service. I 1st called AAA since I am a member and advised them of the situation. They showed up with none of the special equipment needed for my vehicle & a very inexperienced driver. I can guarantee that I will be sending AAA your bill however I can almost guarantee what their response will be.
