The tow operator was very professional and took the car off to the dealership. The wait however with frozen food in the car was not however! Two 40 minutes and a 30 minute wait was not satisfactory.
Logan did a GREAT job and was very safe with the transport of my vehicle. Also, he was on time and communicated well throughout the process. Highly recommend!!!
The tow truck driver made promise to myself before arriving to tow my vehicle that my family could ride with him and that he would make certain that they would be reunited and safe with me. Yet, shortly after he left with my family in the tow truck he noticed that Enterprise set up the delivery of my rental vehicle to a different location other than Enterprise where I was. Therefore, he took my family back to the original location and left them stranded without a ride or a vehicle. Leaving me and my family separated for hours instead of driving less than 10 minutes out of his way, as he initially promised. Poor customer service!
Called them late on a Sunday night. They gave me an accurate estimate of time (about an hour), arrived on time, got the job done well, and were courteous throughout. The dispatcher was very nice to me, the driver Logan was very helpful and got us out of a pinch with a blown tire. The price was very fair and less than I was expecting to have to pay. Would absolutely call them again if I needed a tow truck.
When I contacted these people, the woman was polite and professional sounding.
I gave her the pick up location address and the make model and color of my car, I was told they would be there within 30 minutes.
The driver they were sending had a wheel-lift, but I needed a flatbed role back, so I had to wait for one to free up.
Then the driver calls me from the wrong location and I have to wait for him to find me and guide him while on the phone.
After having paid in-full online, the driver tried to gouge me out of another $20 for going to the wrong location.
He said he was just doing what he was told.
I got my $20 back, still cost me $259,00 dollars to tow my car from N. 27th and shields in Moore, to Tecumseh road and Flood in Norman, 7.69 miles.
I'd advise using someone else.
Set uo pick up around 9 am told them I need it done at 11 ... called 2vtimes to see where they were said I'd be getting called soon nothing 2 hours later I choose to cancel can't wait all day for Ray or wade or who ever yall said the driver was
My driver was a wizard, vary attention to detail and brought light and a smile to our terrible day we can't thank you guys enough and the price was grand too
Driver had a little bit of a hard time locating me and my vehicle but he was patience and eventfully found me. He dropped it off exactly where I needed. I would use them again if needed.
This was My first tow and I was pleasantly surprised by how kind the driver was and how easy the whole process was. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience during a stressful situation! I'll definitely call this company again!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I called and spoke too an employee 2 days prior to requesting a tow advised I lived out of town and was coming into town to retrieve property and needed my vehicle towed from a residential area to the dealership to get a key made. Spoke with her MULTIPLE times to make sure the tow was set. I even called the day the tow was supposed to take place , after I MADE THE PAYMENT I was unable to reach someone to get an update on the tow, called over 20 times to see if tow was completed only to find out not only was the tow not completed but the owner Abesi refused to do the tow. She was EXTREMELY rude cutting me off yelling and then hung up in my Face. If the tow could not be completed for whatever reason some communication should have been made prior to me coming into town… 0 OUT of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND…
I have been trying to contact these people about this incident hoping we could handle it amicably. Apparently, they are not interested in accepting responsibility for tearing up my house and car. There is a very fine line that separate the people who run wrecker/towing/repo businesses from run-of-the-mill criminals and too often that's giving credit where it's not due.
So to begin with I spoke to their dispatcher 4:30pm this past Saturday (2-24-2024). I gave my location (Wilshire & I35) and destination (SW15 & Morgan Rd) (20mi).
After multiple callbacks to see if they were coming they eventually arrived at 6:30. Departed about 7:00. Driver had me steer my vehicle as he winched it up the ramp which seemed odd to me.
We arrive at my house around 7:30. I'm just standing back observing waiting to pay and be done because I'm exhausted.
He waves me up asking me to check and see if the car is in park. This while it is still on the bed of the wrecker pitched at about a 35 to 40 degree angle. Again this seemed odd to me but I climbed up there and opened the door. Saw that was affirmative and said so. Before I could even close the door he hit something on his controller and the chains dropped and the car took off down the ramp. Slammed onto my driveway and then on into my garage door smashing through it. And it is a solid wood garage door. If it had been a typical sheet metal job my car would've come to test in the kitchen.
A couple of things to note and pictures attached below.
1. The driver blamed me for this saying something that didn't make much sense.
2. I paid $200 cash for this service. If I was to be blamed for the damages I think I should be paid for my time and efforts.
3. I have made multiple attempts to contact these people to reconcile what they're responsible for which is everything in the photos. I have reviewed some of the relevant law and I should not have been asked to do anything that I was asked to do.
4. Had I not had the good sense to stand outside of the door as I opened it AND SLAMMED IT AS IT WAS ROLLING TOWARD THE DRIVER. It would have clotheslined him into the other car in my driveway and ruined his night. Not to mention destroying my cars in the process.
5. Considering what they escaped happening by my efforts I would expect someone to jump at the opportunity to handle these damages outside of their insurance but I guess it's like I said in the beginning. A criminal is what he is. After their insurance cancels them they'll likely just continue to operate illegally until they kill or cripple someone.
I don't know who all these other friends and family are reviewing for them but none of it is consistent with the factual accounts and evidence. It's going to cost you guys a lot more in the court room.
Three of my neighbors and multiple cars that were blocked by the tow truck who live down the street have agreed that this was ridiculously lucky outcome to gross negligence and zero professionalism after the fact by basically taking some shots at blaming me for the entire incident and leaving the scene as quickly as possible.
Saturday night at 7:30 on the busiest street in my neighborhood. I will almost guarantee you there is a post or two about the incident on the Nextdoor App that aren't even associated with me. You'll be hearing from me soon.
worst service ever. we called them they came and couldnt fix our flat tire and still asked for full money, according to them they took the time to travel after we declined to pay bcz they couldnt fix the problem and we had to call someone else they starting arguing and refused to pay our money back and asked for $75 for their gas.. worst service ever!!! the guy later on started having arguments with us and started harassing us.. we got scared and payed him whatever he was asking…. later on i called their service to complain and got no positive response they said their supervisor will call us but didn’t get any call from anyone… we are filing a police complaint if we dont hear anything from them since we have all the pics and recordings!!

I don’t know who everyone else called, but after an hour of not hearing anything, I called back. “Oh we’re sorry, he’s almost done with another job.” Nothing for another hour. Called someone else.

I called 4 different places and this company worked with me and it was less than $200 to hook up and tow 15 miles. The other places I was quoted between $240-$250. They were there in about an hour and had it back to the house quickly. The driver was very friendly, professional, and it was a good feeling to know I didn’t have to worry about anything. So grateful!
