Promising help was on the way. Their driver, Mike, arrived within 25 minutes (impressive for that time of night!), was professional and friendly, and took great care of my vehicle. The pricing was transparent, with no surprise fees, and Mike even helped me contact my insurance company while we drove to the repair shop. He gave me some great advice about my car issues, too. These guys truly saved my night and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Sheridan Bros is now saved in my contacts as my go-to towing service in OKC - reliable, fast, and genuinely caring about their customers!

They arrived quickly (in zipcode 73102, no less!) and turned what could’ve been a nightmare into a surprisingly easy experience. They clearly know Oklahoma City like experts, and their pricing was fair compared to other towing services. Scam! Tried to charge me several times on the credit card. They own no tow trucks, they are a referral service if you dig deep enough in the reviews you will find out. A bunch of what seems to be fake five stars reviews claiming they are a local tow company but their Google maps listing is in a residential area despite the dispatcher claims of having ten trucks. They charge more than anyone despite fake reviews claiming otherwise, then the subcontract out to actual tow companies. After an hour of no show and no call from the driver I called again and asked them to cancel after finding out they had no trucks. The dispatcher lied 18 minutes prior to that, claiming a driver was trying to call. About 75 minutes after the first call a truck from Highway 40 towing showed up, sent by these scammers, but by that time the scammer dispatcher was laughing and saying I couldn't do anything about their deception. They claimed one credit card declined, then asked for a debit card which they claimed went through. In a few days I'll know how many times they charged me. Avoid like the plague, scammer referral service, find a real tow truck service. Fat Alan's showed up 20 minutes after I called, by that time nearly two hours sitting on the side of the road. Be careful, lots of scams out there.
I got stuck in The Oaks with a car that refused to start. Sheridan Bros Towing OKC arrived swiftly and provided excellent emergency towing service. The driver was courteous and even shared some local tips while we waited. Their customer service is top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

I had a bit of a car crisis in the Plaza District when my battery decided to quit on me right before an important meeting. I called Sheridan Bros Towing OKC, and they came to my rescue faster than I could say "dead battery!" The tow truck driver was super friendly and made the whole experience much less stressful—he even cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood. They quickly towed my car to a nearby shop and got me back on track. If you ever need towing services in Oklahoma City, I highly recommend these guys! They truly know how to take care of their customers!
Towing service did not call back on ETA and finally SHOW UP AFTER 3 HOURS and was told TWICE 1 and half hour, and was told non refund $165 BEFORE service is scheduled. I had to call 10 times for ETA. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND SHERIDAN BROS TOWING. It's a scam for a nonrefundable $165 for less than 10 minutes towing. If I could, I would give it ZERO STAR.
After my car battery died, they told us that it would be an hour and forty-five minutes. Two HOURS later and counting, no towing truck has shown up. Told us that a truck driver will give an ETA, and no one called. Called several times on an ETA. Gave us the ring around on when he will show up. Hundred sixty-five dollars down the drain of sheer incompetence. Use the genetic and robotic "we're sorry" in their reviews. DO NOT USE IF YOUR LIFE DEPEND ON IT. If I could, I would give them a zero star.
One of the pricier towing services I have used. However still affordable and hands down one of the most put together services I've used. It was easy, reliable, and fast. And the employees were very polite!! Would recommend!
Called because my car has been stolen and I wanted to make sure non of the towing companies around had found it. Person on the phone was extremely rude - just said "were a roadside assistance company" and hung up on me. Complete lack of professionalism or compassion. If ever I need roadside assistance, I know who NOT to go with.
I was stranded and called Sheridan Brothers to pick up my car and tow to my house. They were extremely professional and was pleased with the job. The driver was able to off load and put it in my garage. The best thing I did not have to wait long since it is 104 degrees. I would highly recommend them.

These folks took over twice as long to arrive as they quoted, and when offloading the car at the garage, they damaged both my car and someone else's in the lot! They took no responsibility and left but thankfully the garage told us the truth. They had the audacity to charge me for the tow service when they just caused more than the tow in damages. Absolutely outrageous. Use literally any other tow company that stands by their service.
I had called around different places and was expecting to pay ALOT more for have to be towed over 10 miles. My tow driver David was super nice and he made me feel he knew what to do even when my explanation was not so great. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need a tow again!!! (but let's hope I don't)

Do not use this company. Call a Tow Truck Company directly. They contact other local companies and send them out then tack on an extra $60. I was charged $150 for a tire change using my own spare.
I had a non-running vehicle that needed to be moved from Oklahoma City to Norman. The day of towing, they called me well in advance to confirm the correct address and to discuss what was happening. My driver was a pro at what he did, and was extremely friendly and nice. he got the car on the flatbed in five minutes, and got it off the flatbed in five minutes, even though the brakes were locked up. If I ever need a car moved again, this will be my first call.

They did not call to say when they were coming. They did not call as requested to confirm the vehicle had been dropped off at a repair facility.
Two times when I called, they couldn’t even confirm if they were supposed to even pick up my vehicle.
This place’s customer service SUCKs.

So this is just a 3rd party that calls a company nearby to get your vehicle. I called early morning and was estimated a 45 minute eta for my car pickup BUT 1 hour and 30 minutes later I call back to see where the driver could be but turns out the company never called a driver and now I’m waiting another 30-40 minutes as I run very late for work. Time is very important to me which is the reason for the poor review. Hope they would fix their communication skills with drivers to work for a better time estimation.
Fast professional service! Sheridan Bros Towing will definitely be my first choice. Always a pleasant experience, courteous dispatchers and prompt service. Nice people all the way around.
For starters the price is double everywhere else in the city, second I call to place a tow and then cancel two minutes later to be met with a 90 dollar non refundable “work order fee” absolute garbage. I will gladly spend time out of my day telling other people about my terrible experience.
