This place is nothing but chaos and incredibly rude employees. If you are able to go to a different scrap yard, I recommend anywhere but here. It's confusing to find where you are supposed to be as a new paton and the staff act like you're bothering them when they have to do their job. Not new person friendly or friendly at all as far as that goes. I've never been to a bigger mess of a yard. If I owned this place id be ashamed and embarrassed of the service.
Chaos, utter chaos. The existence of this place proves chaos theory. Hours to get weighed, then more chaos to unload then hours again to get unloaded weight. Unless your selling > 3 tons not worth the time.
It's a mess. You have to pull around in like a circle and unload your medal and wait.

100% will get a flat or almost hit by something or something here. Also check your tickets cause they are crooks pay less then what is stated to be paided and try to act dumb when caught.
The place is a bit of a cluster- they definitely need a better system what should have taken 20 minutes took an hour plus and had everyones anxiety redlined. The people were nice the location was great, the ground was putted and muddy and too slipery in my opinion to be pushing grocery carts of metal around but it worked.
So rude and disrespectful, no signage or directions. Not sure where to go.one guy can't speak English and he is just pointing his finger, one guy tried to back in our truck with me behind it and then cussed me out giving me the finger yelling at me The owner came out and got into it from us as well, again rude place and people. Their prices are very comparable. Don't waste your time. Go and see Mike at Als recycling down on se 29th and Bryant. He will do you just right.
Terrible! Unorganized. Paid alot less that i was told on the phone wich is why i decided to come here. Waited in line for almost an hour. There was only 5 vehicles lined up.Horrible design on how you line up to weigh in. I couldn't tell wich gate to enter. It was u huge hassle trying to back out and go to the other gate. Never coming back!
Not a very good design as far as how to get in to weigh, unload and go across the scales again, however but with limited space it’s understandable. Workers are great and do their best to get everybody in and out quickly.
They paid fair price, $0.46/lb for painted sheet aluminum.

The wait time was decent even though they had only 1 of the 4 windows open. They did close the gate around 2:45pm, I assume because of the longer line that had started to form with only 1 window. So I suggest trying to get there earlier in the day if you can.
This place used to pay out the most for all metals! Now it pays the least! Not to mention their yard is full of horrible deep dips that if it rains...u cud sink your vehicle in! Literally! Btw, they don't take Christmas trees anymore! Boo!
Today it says they close at 5pm & when I called they said they were closing at 11am & when I asked why I kid you not this mfer "I dont know they have stuff to do"
CAME 3 DIFFERNT DAYS!! All 3 days were closed early for no reason! I called ahead to make sure they were open, they said they would be. I get there and they then tell me there closed yet again for no reason! This place is a joke, a waste of time and completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time with this place.
Yea I don't know what there deal is but they were closed on Thursday December 23rd for some ridiculous reason if your gonna say your open then BE OPEN!!!!!!!!
