Brandy and Memphis were great! As soon as we pulled in, they both came over and started to help separate the wire with me. They did it with a smile on their face and helped, what was going to be an hour long process, get done in half the time. The entire small scales team were professional and fun to be around during our visit.
Those guys and girls that work up there are Non-Stop. Everyone is very helpful and does not mind taking time to make your material worth more than what you thought. The management is very super cool and helpful. I don't go to scrap yards a lot but I will definitely be going to this one. From the lowest guy at the small scales to the guy running the crane to the owner everyone has excellent knowledge of what's going on and what things are. Keep up the good work y'all....
Usually fair pricing, most employees are alright and help you. Mainly the younger guys he states. My husband is a plumber and brings sorted and clean copper/brass here after it stacks up a decent amount. He pulls in at 4:10 and while standing in line some older lady comes out yelling “small scale is closed” and made him leave.. Last time I checked 4:10 is not 4:15.. Also never heard of a business letting their employees treat their customers like that especially driving customer out of the door refusing business? He came home very upset and will be using another scrap yard from here on out.
