This place is a scam!!! The original agreement was not upheld. They added extra services with zero communication of this and just sprang a completely different cost on us. The tried to threaten to repo after we disputed charges. Law enforcement had to be called to sort this out. Complete disappointment. RUN!
They were very quick whenever I got stuck on the side of the highway. They even offer to take me to the dealership when my ride was running behind which was nice. Thank you very much for taking care of me during this difficult time.
The driver was professional, courteous to the situation, and trustworthy. Picked up and delivered my car without hassle. Even dropped my key off in the dropbox at my mechanic’s shop. 10/10 recommend.

Great experience! Chris did a great job of taking care of the old Chevy. It has a lot of sentimental value to my wife and Chris was very polite, professional and careful. I let him know there was a blown out flat and he was able to baby the car on and off without any damage to the rim! 5 stars. A+. Will use again!

I needed a tow at 2:30 in the morning. My son and I called every 24 towing service on Google and no one picked up. Those that went to voice-mail said the mailbox was full and couldn't leave a voice mail. My guess is so the companies don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to tow a vehicle. I called Alpha at 7:30 in the morning and he was able to retrieve our vehicle. The price was fair for the distance and the trouble to get to since it was on the turnpike and not easy to get to. The operator was friendly.
Chris was very helpful and came to the rescue after a very stressful & upsetting situation. He was able to tow my vehicle with much persistence. Very thankful!
Alpha towing got my car moved with zero issues. I have the front axle and suspension out due to parts on back order, and where as other tow truck companies wouldn’t even take the job, alpha towing took it on and got it done in less than an hour.

I am in Houston Tx and my daughter is in OKC because her Preemie baby boy is still in the hospital. On her way to the hotel she had a blowout on Hwy 74 and called me in a panic. She has no one to help her in OKC so she called me. I googled her location and searched for a roadside assistance close to her. The 1st company I called did not answer the phone, so I called Alpha Towing. Alex answered And told me they could help. They were on the Scene in a matter of 15 minutes and had her car loaded and off the freeway. Her tires in the rear of her car were shot. Alex even sent me pictures of the tires so I could verify what he was telling me. He took her car to a discount tire and unloaded her car as we had discussed (again sending me pictures). He even went so far as to inform the Discount tire manager that they needed to call me( all the while while I was on the phone with him). Alex went above and beyond in helping with this situation and I just wish I could give more then 5 stars. If the need ever arises where I am in OKC and I am in need I will be sure to call this company.
Daughter and her bf had a blow out at midnight and couldn’t get the tire off. (Special edition car with modified rims)I literally went down the list of 24 hour towing Companies and no one answered their phone. This gentleman did. Super nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Though her bf ended up finding the special tool he needed to get the tire off the gentleman at this company kept in contact with me. Truly appreciate that. Highly recommend. Saved his number in case I run into trouble.
My mothers car got stuck in a ditch during a cold front alpha towing was fast and friendly with service as well as professional. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and I appreciate that I’m in another state so you could imagine how on edge I was to make sure the job got done right and they exceed my expectations! Alpha Towing was amazing. It took them less then 10 minutes to get to me and he treated my car with care. The price was very affordable as well. I also loved Chris because he was kind and considerate and answered questions about car repairs. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need to.
This gentleman was less expensive then all the other companies I contacted, I needed a flatbed because I was towing my classic car to the storage. But the reason I can't give him 5 stars is he damaged my brake light just a little otherwise it definitely would be to notch!
