  I had went there to give over a radiator and two ac window unit and a worker there told me that I would need a license or a receipt for one of the ac unit like seriously do a better job wouldn't recommend coming here to sell anything to this place at all!!

  Absolutely the worst place to go scrap your metal absolutely worst place to go the guy thing that works there so disrespectful calls me a thief do not take your metal here to scrap very disrespectful people on top of all of that he gives me copper 2 prices for my copper 1 copper.... And I'm the thief? This guy is a crook and should not be doing business with anyone!!! Looking at the other reviews looks like I wasn't the only one that has been cheated by these ppl and like another reviewer that was cheated i WILL report to BBB!!

  They're very rude and helpful they will not accept my government issue ID when they don't accept state ID was very racial so I don't like this place never paid me for my aluminum so I did offer nothing I would like to get my money it was owed to me

  Said they take electronic scrapbut when presented with it, didnt even accept much other than circuit boards and they paid out a whopping 6 cents / lb for them. I could of and should have sold them online for easily $20 a piece instead. because they didnt know anything about them or care and they dont take cans or metals. the only good thing was that they paid over $3.80 for #1 copper..

  They are strange people down there each and every person is treated differently the hispanics down there give better prices to other hispanics a hispanic and me can go in with the exact same recyclables and the hispanic man will get more unless it is Peter working the scales . Peter is the best and fastest and most knowledgeable person working down there if you dont have your scrap separated he will kindly do it for you in seconds flat and get you your honest pay he is the only one that will do this for the customers the other guys wont they will throw it all together and give you the lowest price available unless you are hispanic

  Metal Check turned me away because I had aluminum cans. This guy gave me $0.49 a pound for them. Fast efficient friendly. When he weighed my bare copper he made me show my Contractor License as an electrician. I respect the hell out of that. I will be back

  I went there put my brass on scales seen it said 7 lbs they wouldnt take my brass because i didnt have a car. State law u have 2 have a car he said. So i went to another place and my brass weighed 12 lbs. DO NOT USE THEM. rude theives and liars. Recyclers of main r way better

  THIEVES! An employee looked at my scrap and said the manager had to look at it. Ting came to my van and looked at the scrap I had for sale. He ran his hand through it and stated he was giving .50 per # but would give me .55 per # since I had so much. Ting left and they started unloading. Ten minutes later an employee came out and said they couldn't give .55 because it had steel in it. Ting looked at it when he made me the offer. Ting came back and said he would only give me .20 per # now.

  My review is based on my short-lived experience here, it did not make it as far as a transaction, so technically I am not a customer. I spoke to someone on the phone three separate times throughout the day.bFirst time was to call and get prices. Second time was to verify their closing time. The lady told me as long as I was in line by 4:45 then I would be okay after that there is nothing she can do. Understandable. Third time I called was because their location on Google is NOT where they are actually located. So luckily my 20 mile drive wasn't for nothing, or so l thought I pulled up at 4:44. When I pulled in the drive someone tried to tell me their closed and shoe me away. I always hated when someone would pull up the last minute before closing time, it sucks, but tough cookies. You are at your job and if you close at 5 that doesn't mean you can call it quits when you feel like it. Anyways the lady that said to be in line by 4:45 asked me what I had to scrap. I only came with 3 milk crates of brass and a few faucets. She huffed at me and rolled her eyes... Seriously?! I just got off the phone with her and she knew I was coming. She told me to have a dude check it out. This guy asked if I had my plumbing license, which I did not have on me because I was not told I needed it the 3 TIMES I talked to them on the phone. So he kinda just gave me an eh look and I went to my car for him to check it out. He didn't move or nothing. So I came back up to him and said "so are you gonna come look at this or do I need to bring the crate? What would you like me to do?" And he just said "man I need to see your license" well I didn't have it because once again NO ONE! told me I needed it out of the 3 times I called. I understand it's closing time on a Friday but that license thing was the biggest cop out, it shows how lazy these people really are. Pathetic. Let's say the license thing is a legal requirement everywhere. I saw nothing online and they did not say anything about a license on the phone the 3 times I talked to them. Disappointed and upset are a major understatement for how I felt I was treated.

  Their website says "drive-thru service where our great customer service folks will help you unload" ...nah. there are a few guys in hard hats standing around a scale. One brought us a pallet and started helping us unload (I think because I asked him to?!? I quoted the website about service and the drive thru and he said "that was at our old location 3 years ago... We don't do that any more") but then he had something else he needed to go do and left us. We (actually my bf because the 800 lbs was too much for me) got everything out of the car and onto the pallet and waited for the guy to come back with the forklift. Realized we needed to stand in the LINE in order to get helped by the crew. Once we got to the front they used the forklift to put the pallet on the scale and weigh the scrap. A man walked out to my car to take my tag number, signed a release/quote and left with cash. $0.22 per lb for lead acid batteries.

  I called spoke with the manager about pricing on a specific ferrous material drove from Tecumseh Oklahoma pulling 2000 pounds away get there and the guy won't pay me what he told me he would pay me these people are bad business businessman and will screw you

  This place is very busy. Every employees to the ladies in office are extremely helpful and nice. Great customer service. I highly recommend their services for you buck. Use caution please when you go there, road is narrow, people walking across street, forklifts too. Be safe
