Worst company in the state!!! Pretty sad that you had to change your name because no company wants to deal with you!!! It's now called head 2 tow, which is the stupidest name for a company, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They'll damage your vehicle and when you call to ask they get very violent with you and constantly hang up on you and cuss at you very unprofessional service I would give them zero stars if I could.. do not waste your money call a better company...
P.S Just because you have multiple Google accounts with different names doesn't make you a better COMPANY, you guys are seriously the worst company in the STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
I wish I could give zero. They have the WORST customer service they are very rude and will damage your car and not take responsibility for it. They stole a pair of shoes and money I had in my console. When I asked about it they lied about. Who opened the center console I didn’t if I did I would have taken my money. It’s my emergency gas money. I’m not sure what they was doing to break my headlight. It had to get hit pretty hard to brake. If you value your property don’t use them.
The entire process of having my car picked up and dropped off was a breeze. Clint was very friendly and professional throughout the entire ordeal. I hope I don’t need to have my car towed again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Tow Mate!
Worst towing company in the state of Oklahoma!!! Waited 6 hours for a tow!! No phone call, didn't answer the first few times i called!!! Then when i did get ahold of someone, i get yelled at and cussed at!! I'll definitely never call this company ever again. Save your money go somewhere else. There's plenty of other companies in this town that'll treat you better.
My roadside assistance set me up with this company. They were the most readily available to assist my vehicle in a building that had a low clearance (7 feet, 10 inch ceiling). The garage was in an obscure location difficult to describe, but the driver Jeff made the effort to find my location. The service arrived around the estimated time of arrival. This professional driver Jeff is reliable and my car reached the towing destination safely with no damages .
UPDATE: I had a car problem again and Tow Mate was dispatched again. This time I was immediately contacted by TM and then the driver. He arrived timely and got my vehicle where it needed to go.

I called AT&T roadside assistance and they had Tow Mate as the tow place to get my car. The time was 2:01. The time estimate showed originally 3:01 then showed 2:30. Nice. Except no, by 3 I called. They said 4:30. Called at 4:30. They said 4:50. Went by my car by 5:45 it was still not picked up. Called AT&T at 6 when my car was still sitting there. They showed up while I was on the phone with AT&T.
My frustration was at the lack of communication put forth. I had to constantly call back for information.
I can only imagine how they can get backed up and hit snags. I get it. Please proactively communicate with customers is all.
The driver was super kind and quick once he got there.
I called to schedule my vehicle to be picked up and brought home it wasn’t a pleasant experience but due to how late it was I figured it was the fact that staff was tired. I gave it a second shot and requested service but it was the same outcome phone staff was rude provided wrong time pick up information (we waited 4 hours for pick up) , had to call twice to get link to complete payment and damaged my yard by making multiple huge holes.
I requested a tow. Told the dispatcher the vehicle is in a parking garage. Dispatcher said no problem. They cancel my tow without informing me because their available trucks don't fit. I had to call and see where and why my vehicle hasn't arrived. Despicable customer service. Get it together
if i could give 0 stars i would. this company towed my gmc yukon on a dolly to the destination to have a electrical issue fixed. upon picking up my vehicle my rim was cracked through, my vehicle wasn’t moved when it arrived at the shop. i called and complained to the tow company, called twice and was told the manager is busy she will call me back. now it’s been nearly a week and i called and the manager answers she states she’s been on vacation. i explained what happened and she began yelling, telling me i have no common sense and they aren’t responsible for anything. if they had cracked the rim the tire would have been blown. she then proceeded to hang up on me. EXTREMELY unprofessional and refused to let me speak wit her superior. beware

The wait was a bit long. But that was not the companies or drivers fault. Company stated they had trouble with the previous client before my pickup. Without giving details i verified with the driver they were telling the truth and were not lying just to stack up clients in a waiting que.

I’d give negative stars if it was possible. I’m still on the side of the road as we speak 4 hours later . I was sent to this company through my roadside assistance provider. Original time estimate was 90 mins. They called about 45 mins into the wait time and asked for the vehicle specifics. No one ever showed up. I called again asking for an arrival update to which the said it would be an hour. Over an hour passed and I called again. They gave me an additional 30-45 minute update. Another hour passed and finally my roadside assistance company called for a status and they tried to say they needed another half hour. My company cancelled it and is finding a new company as we speak to come get my vehicle off the side of the road

They were rude & unprofessional to John when he tried to get our car. Another vehicle was blocking ours & when he asked a service member to move the car, they were very rude (the nicest way of putting it without cursing) to him.
I'm sorry, John, that you had to deal with these rude, unprofessional, fraudulent crooks!

The girl who set up the appointment and the tow driver themselves were Beyond professional. She also was very helpful getting the info to me to reimburse my insurance company.

Worst tow company ever! Rude! Also has charges from 3/2024 in Oklahoma county! Don’t use these people! Doesn’t even seem as a legitimate business…tow driver had wires show through on his tires as well! I was also over charged per odot , check rates! As well as I was charged for disconnecting and reconnecting a drive line which clearly they didn’t before dragged my truck in park!!!
Respond to your response— you drug a truck in park to cause these pictured marks as well as charged me for connecting and disconnecting drive lines that you clearly never touched!!!! There also is nothing stating you can’t park in that parking lot. MPD even knew we parked there and were checking on said vehicle when it was there while the owner is working as a trucker driver!!! Left message for owner waiting for call back. Will be speaking with ODOT.
The tow driver was excellent! But whoever the lady I spoke to this morning to get a link to pay the tow driver was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I kept telling her that I haven’t received a link, and even verified my phone number with her, and she assumed that I was the one in the wrong. I had to call the tow driver to apologize, because I didn’t want him to think that I wasn’t trying to pay him. He ended up telling me that the service they use to send the links to pay usually don’t work most of the time and they always have that issue. The lady had poor customer service. Note to self: don’t use the link to pay, please save yourself the hassle and take out cash!!
Wish I could give 0 stars… whoever answers the phone is incompetent… called the body shop to see what appointment times they had the lady tells me. I tell her give me 5-10 minutes I’ll call back. Call this company ask the lady if we can setup a tow I need my car at the shop at 1pm. She says that won’t be a problem and takes my info gives me the price. Mind you the shop opens at 9am I called soon as they opened then called the tow company. 12:30 comes around no text, call or anything. No problem 12:40 hits I call and ask the lady about the tow she tells me she thought I said I needed them there at 1. Still not a problem they have a 2pm opening at the shop can you get it there by then. Oh well it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half until we can get to you. What happened to the 1pm pickup that you wrote down how does it go from I thought you needed us there at 1 to we can’t get there until almost 2pm…. Just cancel everything including your business license just terrible
This was my first time using tow mate. The experience was very easy and the guy who towed my car was nice, professional, and understanding.I was having trouble with the payment link and he understood and worked with me. If I ever need the service again I will definitely give tow mates a call.
I am thoroughly impressed with the staff from Tow Mate. They were kind, thoughtful, friendly - all with a pleasing professional touch. They were there to pick my cute little car up in no time! The cost was very, very reasonable. I highly recommend Tow Mate. I will not hesitate to call them again.
Good luck getting a refund!! Had to cancel because another company could get to me faster and they'd not even called me after 30 minutes. Was told on the cancelation call that I'd have a refund in 5 days. 2 weeks later, no refund and couldn't find the number to reach back out to them. Ended up having to dispute transaction. Bank denied stating it's a billing dispute and returned the money to them. The only thing the bank did was help me track down the phone number. After several days, multiple phone calls and 3 months since original transaction, I'm still out $140 and some change for services that were never provided. Also, don't believe anyone when they say they'll call you back - 3 different people - no return calls ever.
This was the worst towing experience I have ever had. We called this company at 4pm. They told us it would be a 45 minute to 1 hour. After a hour (5pm) we called back to find out they had our location inputs incorrectly and they were trying to find our vehicle at the location it was supposed to be dropped off at. We were told he was in route and would be there soon. At 6pm where we were called by the truck driver who asked for our location and said he would be there “soon”. At 7pm we called the driver again who stated he was trying to located us. At 8pm we called once more and while still sitting with our vehicle were told he was on site. There was no tow truck in site. Finally about 10-15 minutes later the tow truck arrived and even though we waited roughly 4 hours we still paid $250 to have it towed 25 minutes away. This is unacceptable service. There communication was very lacking.
This is the worst company ever. Don't use them. We waited 2 hours just for the driver to tell us he doesn't have the kit. He smelled like liquor or something. He was so rude. He was upset once he realize he was not getting paid. He almost hit another person as he was leaving. He then called back asking if he could bust out my car window and pay for it to be repaired!!! What and where do they do that at. HECK NO SIR!!!

The tow truck driver was excellent he was very knowledgeable he knew exactly what he was doing he made me feel very comfortable he acknowledged if I had any questions everything went according to what I would have liked to be if I were doing it myself..
Told me it would be 30 min before he picked me up, took almost 2 hours. We get to Hibdon tires plus and the technicians were looking at it while it was on the tow. I went inside to check in my vehicle with the company, as the techs and tow truck driver look at my van a little. I come back outside and the tow truck driver let my van roll into a ditch over a curb
Tow Mate did an excellent job for me !!! They were extremely fast and very professional. My truck was in real bad shape with only 3 wheels on it lol and Logan got me off the highway and dropped it right at my house, THANK YOU Logan and I will absolutely recommend them and use them in the future...
Couldn’t get any better! They came exactly close to the ETA provided and the driver towed my bike with care! Absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them if I ever need towing services again!

Never again the driver can't drive a tow truck. We told him the front end is locked up and so he hooked it to the back. Then he popped the front tire. Then when he brought it to my house he almost hit my other truck. Then he jumped out and demanded payment. Then when I called the company and asked why we were having to pay for a tow because he already did damage to the truck. The dispatcher called him and told him that I told her that he hit some cars. Which was a lie. Then the guy got in my husband and his friend's face and said that they called the company and when I told him I did he accused me of being drunk and refused to leave after he was paid. I ended up calling the police. I highly advise not using this company apparently they don't check out their drivers.
