I had an emergency on a Monday morning and they were able to get me back on the road in two hours. Easy going, nice to work with, and didn't try charging me extra for brand new rotors when they knew they could be just grinded down. 5 stars!
Lost a brake line on a road trip up I44 on Thanksgiving day. Got me in and fixed up first thing the next morning for a reasonable price. Then was kind enough to meet me on Saturday to pick up my truck once family dropped me off. Thank you!!!!
We were driving when the car started smoking so, we stopped at the gas station across the street. Decided to walk over and ask the mechanics about our problem. They had us pull the car around and helped us get it taken care of quickly. Thankfully it was somewhat of an easy fix. Definitely appreciate them taking time out of their day to get us back on the road!
Very happy with speed of service and professionalism
I got in my car after work and the car would not start. I called around and Davenport was the only on that said they would be able to look at it the next day. The car was towed to Davenport after hours and the key left in their box At 3pm the next day Davenport called to tell me my car was ready for pickup Davenport discovered that the starter had gone out and replaced it I picked up my car and it started and is running, I had personal property in the car that I didn't have time to remove, everything was in the same place I left it.
Don't even waste your time here. Took a truck here and he complained about fixing it. Let's just say we took the truck somewhere else. Not a mechanic, but a whiner.
Done business with Davenport for 30 years! One of the best mechanics in town. He's very knowledgeable, quick, and affordable. Really couldn't ask for a better mechanic I recommend all my customers to Davenports!
I called this afternoon and asked if they would be open on sunday. the person I spoke to handed the phone to the owner and I asked him if they were open on Sunday. the owner sarcastically asked me if I knew of many places open on sunday. A simple question could have gotten a simple answer but instead i was mocked. Very rude, I wont be going to this place if this is how they hand their customers over the phone.
