Long story but needs addressed.
Going to JUNIORS WRECKING SERVICE TOWING to get a truck out of impound,Had an employee hit on me "I look good" and "mmm mmm mmm" while walking behind me. I told the office lady what had happened, SHE SMILED AND CHUCKLED. I told her that is not funny nor appropriate. She informed me the owner Junior was in the office next door. So I proceeded to go in and ask if Junior heard what had happened. Saying no, I told him what happened. Junior said he would speak with him. I had to cut through the garage to get the truck, the man that verbally assaulted me was heading towards me like to get away from Junior, the owner. I said No and pointed to the outside, I said he is looking for you! And we both walked to Junior. Junior told the man I had accused him of saying inappropriate things. Of course he denied. Saying he is a married man. I informed him I was married as well. The man congratulated me. Junior said this man has worked with him for years, without a problem. I said people can have mistakes and lie at any point in their life. Junior said to me " Women can lie too". I told him he would be hearing from someone and that this was inappropriate, I was the victim. I left to file a police report. I know nothing can happen besides the report, because he did not physically touch me. But the fact it happened needs to be addressed not ignored and victim blaming. What might of happened if I hadn't called my husband, how far has he gone with other women??.

Shelley the lady who spoke to my wife and grandmother was incredibly rude over the phone and then in person, when asked to stop being rude she claimed loudly IM NOT BEING RUDE then preceded to threaten not to let us get our car out of the lot if i could do 0 stars i would absolutely terrible service
My friends 2000 Ford F-150 was impounded on Friday night and they told me we could get it out on the weekend with a 200$ fee plus the impound and storage or wait till monday and just pay for 2 more days of storage . On monday we were not able to pick up the truck and when we showed up on Tuesday they made us wait 3 hours to release the truck ... upon getting my friends truck home and changing brakes I raised the hood to find the radiator support cover loose with almost all the clips missing
Jack came out to help us with a flat tire and we can't thank him enough. He was professional and definitely knew what he was doing! Thank you again Jack! We recommend this wrecker service to anyone needing help!
These gentlemen are family owned, understanding, patient, and fair! They are there when you need them last minute and all!! Highly recommend, I always call them first and have never had to call someone else!
Bobby Foreman is a great guy!! These guys towed me in and got back on the road in a few hours. The hospitality and customer service is top notch!! The whole crew at the shop was just awesome 😎
If I could give them zero stars, I totally would. We ran out of gas on I-44 just east of the Vinita McDonald's. We called Junior's and the woman who answered the phone gave us a number to call her "technician" to come help us. We called the number and spoke to Will who had absolutely ZERO interest in assisting us. For starters, their prices are insane ($100 per hour, minimum two hours, plus mileage, turnpike fees and fuel). We tried to explain to Will that we had a trailer and his response was we'd be better off to "just get a rollback" to help us. If you're not interested in a job, just say so. Don't be a jerk to someone who is already stressed out.
200 dollars for a gallon a gas 5 miles down the road and the thieves wanted a per mile charge .... lol better off walking these hway robbers stay away...
was supposed to be a 24hr wrecker service, called and left voicemail, never heard from them. I was on the side of the 44 with two flat tires on my car trailer, I called both outfits in Vinita, and had same results. I ended up fixing it myself, taking the wheels in to town the next morning.
I have known Rabbit my entire life, he is always fair and will go above the call to make sure the issue is fixed to the absolute best it can be. Robert and the entire crew at Foremans are the best. We currently have two vehicles there waiting to get repaired due to accidents. One of witch was fixed at another place and let's just say it was not fixed as to the required/requested fixing. So now Foreman's crew gets to fix the "not so fixed"
William was awesome. Quick & efficient on the roadside call. He had to go two different places for parts and it was still one of the fastest responses and repairs I've ever experienced.
My ac compressor went came here and they got me and fixed in 4 hrs the mechanic went well outa hes way to get it fixed i knew him from big cabin great shop services great price was excalty what was quoted now my ac is like new id recommend this place to everyone thxs again
I broke an airline after hitting a coyote. They came out within 15 mins of calling and got me back on the road within 40 mins. They did it for a very fair price! Thank you
I'm a mechanic myself and have literally never heard of the trouble they gave my sister! Here is her YP review!! BEWARE!!! They are TERRIBLE!!!
This company has the absolute WORST customer service! They took several weeks to even order my parts and then literally argued with me for days about giving me my vehicle back because I was canceling services before they even started the services! (Mind you 3-4 weeks had gone by with Shelly telling me the vehicle was being serviced) The entire shop was involved with the argument until the police stepped in and told them they had to give the vehicle back! Then the owner himself tried to lie about taking card (only wanted accept cash from me) and this was me paying the towing and the time they held my car! I would go to another country before I would bring my car there for anything else!
