Terrible service had the mechanics arguing with me cost me thousands for putting bad quality parts on one of them went bad by the time I went to pick the truck up and put a hole in my fuel tank replaced random parts and never fixed the original issue truck has been sitting a year since they worked on it
Took our truck look over the transmission. The mechanic said we needed a rebuilt. To find out from someone else all it needed is filter & fuel changed. Some adjustments done & drives & shifts better.
I called him this morning with my car doing something weird that I did not understand, he got me in this afternoon and was able to fix it for me before I left. And I'm thankful that his rate was affordable! (And it's very easy to tell with a conversation with me about my car that I am basically clueless, I know how to put in oil and gas and push go. So I'm not difficult for mechanic to take advantage of, but Chris is very clearly honest and ethical!) I will definitely make Streeter Automotive my first stop anytime I have another issue with my car.
Had an issue with a 2019 van I've owned for 6 months. I took it to them as a first time customer. Kevin helped me so much. He took the time to diagnose the vehicle and called dodge and got it all set up as it was covered under a factory warranty. I will definitely go here if I need work again and recommend.
These guys were able to help check an engine light for us and give us peace of mind while on a cross-country roadtrip. They saw us quickly and got us on the way--all without taking a dollar. Kind, helpful crew!
Chris and Kevin are absolutely amazing. No matter the issue with my families vehicles, they know the problem and get them fixed as quick as possible. Best part is the price, Chris does not over charge for services done. And always calls with what is wrong and if they find other issues..
My experience doing business with Streeter Automotive was great. He was super polite and friendly. He did a great job on my car for a very good price and was finished in no time at all. I think I found my new local mechanic.
Took my 2001 Pontiac Grand Am to them in February because my heat had stopped blowing hot. They played around with the controls and got it working and didnt charge me a dime. I will be contacting Streeters in the future for any other repairs
I am very satisfied with the quality of work, honesty and promptness. I broke down on the side of the road, managed to get the car there, and the owner got to it as quickly as he could.
