This is the very good shop. The owner is a good friend of mine. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable. Very trustworthy and guarantees all his work. Our recommend him.
Shout out to Jeff’s auto, I wanna thank you guys for helping a poor girl out. I hit something on the road and had a total flat. But the lord had me and made sure I was okay because I was right next to them when it happened. They were super generous and kind. They even put the spare tire on my car. It didn’t charge me, but I wish I had money to tip them. A business that helps others in need even though it doesn’t concern them will always have my business and support. You guys were so awesome and I HIGHLY recommend you guys.
Got new tires mounted at a shop in Ardmore and after asking the owner about an alignment, she enthusiastically recommended Jeff's Auto Services in Lone Grove. Drove straight there and I had the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. They performed my alignment and took the time to go over the before and after results while answering all my questions regarding any other issues or future work I asked about. Everything and everyone I encountered at Jeff's gave me a sense of how transparent, honest, friendly, competent and professional they are and I can gladly recommend them to everyone I know. They're definitely my new auto shop for anything I can't handle myself.
We were traveling to Texas and had to stop in Ardmore for tires at T& W automotive. After we purchased tires we had to get an alignment. We were fortunate enough to stop at Jeff’s Automotive. What a great experience that was. Jeff went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Easy to find also. Off hwy 70 in Lone Grove. We were blessed to be able to find this place.
You've found one of the few honest mechanics left. Jeff and his guys have been very upfront and honest on estimates, costs and the time it'll take. Very happy to recommend them and will definitely come back if I need car work.
Called to price changing a starter on my Honda van. They priced $200 for labor plus cost of starter. Called another place were we had it done and labor and starter was less than $200with a life time warranty on the starter and 2 year on labor

Our Nissan Murano’s A/C stopped cooling on the way from OKC to DFW and Jeff and his crew got us in immediately and diagnosed our car even after they were supposed to be closed for the day. Unfortunately we were going to have to replace the compressor and it was too late and too extensive to get into that job that night, but it was great to at least know what we needed to do before we got on a plane for vacation. Jeff told us to enjoy our trip and he would not charge us anything. We were happy to pay, but he refused.
If I lived in that area I would 100% take my care there with any issue. Thank you Jeff!
Great honest mechanic who explains everything in detail and will try to save you money where he can. I would have given him 5 stars except most times he keeps my car for days before he can get to it. He says they are so busy that they have to have the car waiting in their parking lot so they can get to it when available. So don't expect a quick turnaround.
