Got in a bind today and ended up with a flat tire and these guys were super quick to come get me and my car and take me to my destination, Justin picked me up and he was super nice and great conversation got me right where I needed to be fast. Thank you guys for saving me today and for being so kind.

Dakota was a lifesaver for my family tonight. The motor blew on my son’s charger and to top it off the steering column broke, I called Shane’s and Dakota came out super fast in the middle of nowhere in Wilson to help us. He worked super hard to get the charger out of the ditch too and it was late at night. Overall it was amazing service and Dakota was such a sweetheart! Will definitely be calling Shane’s again whenever we need service, and will for sure recommend the company. Thank you again Dakota!!! You rock!
Friendliest group of people, above and beyond to get the job done and took care of us after we got back to the yard and even helped find us someone to tow our camper the last 100 miles after the pickup was totaled out.

Last straw is when they wanted to charge me 200 dollars just to collect my things from my car. Have title and all necessary paperwork. Car got towed because because a ticket from a broken headlight. It was a 03 Alero, used as a town car. 843 for 2 days. Eh oh well I thought, put that towards my first new car, etc. Had some of the only trinkets I had left from my parents. I asked to just get my photos I had. Still 200 dollars like why? Vindictive rude, awful experience with this company. Puts any Ma and Pa store to shame🫠
Chasen was great he made sure everything was hooked up right before towing. He did everything in a safe secured manner and was very attentive to every detail.
They lied to more the one of us about the motorcycle they had picked up from a wreck that my dad was in. For 2 days they lied and when my dad wirh his broke back went all the way to marrieta to get it they lied to him there and he had to call highway patrol and make sure and thats when they "double check" and magically found it at the ardmore location. They then tried to charge him after hour charges at 3:30 when he got to the ardmore location even though he had to drive all the way from their marrieta yard. They would help my uncle load the motorcycle either so him and my dad with a broke back loaded the wreck motorcycle up them selves.
Was very professional and downright amazing service. This company has a heart. And they are prepared for the worst case scenario. My truck needed a part the dealership had to order. Which would have been next day delivery. Tow truck driver call his boss owner of the company and he did a total solid. Boss had the part in stock at his shop and personally delivered it to the mechanic. I appreciate this company and I appreciate how good of people they are. Because they help when they didn't have to. Didn't even ask for one cent for the part he personally delivered. Need help this your company. Thank you guys I see there are people who still know God and have him in them. Thank you Jesus Christ Lord and Savior for working thru these wonderful people.

Blew the engine on my truck with a heavy loaded trailer. Justin and Dakota came out and got me In less than an hour. They even drove me to a hotel afterward! Great Service!
After filling my car up at Pro Mart on Sam Noble Parkway, upon to turn into my car it would not start. I called my insurance company and requested tow service to have my car towed to a local automotive shop. To make a long story short, the closest tow service that was in my coverage area was in Durant. I was parked in front of a gas pump, and the delivery driver was waiting for me to move so that he could deliver gas. After explaining this to my insurance company, and they been unable to help me by calling someone local, I told them I would just call someone myself and pay for it Having used Shane's Wrecker Service before, I chose them. The tow truck driver, Justin Brown was there in 10 minutes. I had tried numerous times to start my car, and the delivery driver had even tried to start my car and it would not start. After Justin hooked my car up, he went to put it in neutral to pull it upon the tow truck. I guess that he decided to turn the ignition on. The car started. He was so professional and courteous. I was prepared to pay him for his time, but upon calling the office, he was instructed not to charge me anything. If there was anyway to give them 10 Stars I would. I highly recommend Shane's Wrecker Service for prompt, professional, and courteous service.

Logan was very professional and very good at his job. Took very good care of my Cadillac. Only thing I have to say is get him a remote control for his winch. But great service. Will call again if I ever have a problem
My 16 yo son was involved in a wreck and Logan came and picked his truck up. He was so nice and helpful. When we picked his truck up from the tow yard Logan helped us once again. He went above and beyond to help us. If he hadn't showed up we would still be trying to load it. I can't thank Logan enough. He is an amazing young man. If I could give him a million stars I would. I had a customer on the side of the road the other nice 10/2/2022 and my local company wasn’t available. The driver Logan was coming back from Dallas, Texas and got a hold of me and told me just give me 20 mins and I’ll get it. Logan is a go getter and saved me last night and dropped off my customer car off at my shop. Cool guy and hard worker. I’m calling these guys next time, great service!
Can not believe the service provided by Logan. Wasn’t sure and need a tow. The dealership in Ada recommended them. And now I know why. Logan was awesome. Advised me on the best plan recommended a service tech and called me when they dropped it off at the dealership. It was after 9pm Logan said he wanted to make sure my car got there before they opened. These days customer service has taken a turn for the worse glad to see it being turned and exceeding guest expectations. Thanks Logan
Logan was awesome!!! Our vehicle was stalled in Ardmore on a busy street. Luckily it was a 4 lane street so traffic was able to get around. We called, he arrived in no less than 10 minutes, got us hooked up and out of traffic and to the shop. Logan did an awesome job, very polite, professional and SAFE!!! Logan was absolutely amazing! My keys were locked in the trunk of the car, and we needed a quick service! Logan came quicker than we were quoted, was incredibly friendly, and was able to open the door so fast (without any damage to the vehicle or weather stripping, which I appreciated immensely). Meyrl was professional and smart when he towed me to OKC. The storm in Wynnewood caused us to pull over and wait out the storm. Rather than chance the storm, he pulled off. He is a safe driver and we appreciate his help. Good job.
