Scott with Auto Lovers Towing was great! He came out as part of a AAA call. Usually AAA isn’t great to work with so I’ll just go straight to Scott and Auto Lovers Towing moving forward. 10/10 recommend.
This shop is a joke. Joe Hines talks a good talk but cannot back his word. My brand new car was towed to his shop after an accident. He said he could make it look brand new. He accepted a $13,000 check from my insurance provider and did not do the work he was paid to do. My car should have been totaled. He sent me out in a car that is not safe to drive. I do not recommend Auto Lover's Towing and Collision. Do your research.
Joe has been an absolute God send! Going above & beyond for me when he didn’t have to. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me & my kiddos. He will never understand how much of a blessing he has been. Will definitely use him in the future and recommend to anyone that needs anything done with their vehicles!
Joe was an angel. My daughter and I were in a bad accident on 35 and are from out of town. He shared hospitality with us and helped us until my husband could come get us - which was after midnight. He helped us clean out our car as our car will be totaled. He and his wife were gracious and amazing. So incredibly grateful!!
Auto lovers picked up truck after accident said they could fix it, They took to someone else to do bodywork ( without my knowledge) owner never verified that work was completed before shop brought truck back on a tow( nothing was repaired after having vehicle for 2 months and being paid by insurance) I did not accept vehicle.. it was taken to original shop for another month.. only half the job was done.. 5 months later and still not repaired properly had to take to shop in Texas…. Sloppy work, dishonest,… would give no stars if possible!!!!
Scott was absolutely amazing!!! Picked me up on I-35 in Oklahoma and drove me to Grapevine Tx. I would absolutely recommend this company and Scott specifically!
On 10/14/2025 I was in Oklahoma when I came back to the car the tire was flat. I called AAA and the sent someone out. I think his name was David if I remember right. Anyway he looked at my tire noticed a big screw which ended up being bolt. Instead of putting the spare tire on he aired up the flat tire and told me to get to a tire shop. He didn’t like putting spare tires on anyway, he told me to get to a tire shop right away. There was one 11 miles away from where I was and said the tires a slow leak so you’ll make it there but be quick as I can. I thought great and I wasn’t 5 miles down the road and the tire was losing pressure quick. I had to pull over and limp to the nearest place that had air. I had a gentleman come and help me. He put the the spare tire on which I was thankful for and went on my way to the tire shop. Needless to say I’m not happy with the service.
This is a great towing company to use. Hats off to Adrian the driver. He went above and beyond to help us with our towing needs. . So this company for sure gets my recommendations !
There should be company’s you could give 10 starts to because auto lovers would be the company I choose. I was stranded at the gym with a dead battery in the middle of the night and the nicest guy came and rescued me and got me going back to work. Great service very quick response. The best in town. Highly recommend Auto Lovers! We had a belt snap on the highway and called AAA for roadside assist. The tow truck driver called right away to communicate what to expect and when. The driver was so helpful & professional and continued to communicate until he arrived. The truck was very clean and he was quick to load the vehicle.
When we arrived at the shop, they immediately got to work. The driver had called ahead and let them know what the issue likely was so they were prepared. In addition to changing the belt quickly, they checked the coolant, added oil & checked the tires. Very grateful for the service we received as we were safely back on the road home!

First , I am a nurse of 24 years headed out of town to spend time with my family and my car had issues and had to be towed.
Joe and his wife graciously came at a time when the other tow companies were inundated with calls on Christmas.
They did such a great Job and was so caring affordable and professional!!

Call and asked if they also did mechanic work and they said yes so I said ok could yall please come pick it up and diagnose it and possibly fix it. They said yes most definitely, when we get it back to the shop we can take a look at it. Called later that day they say we've been busy we can get to it tomorrow next day call they've done nothing and now theyre not even going to look at it just want me to pay for the tow and pay them to tow it to carmart. I would not recommend them ever, they basically lied to me just to get the tow. I talked to carmart and they said they use to have an account with them and they don't use them anymore because of bad experiences
Friday had my jeep towed to get fixed and service was awesome. Logan came today and went above and beyond to get my other vehicle running. Great company great service. Definitely a plus
10/10. Auto Lovers saved us yesterday while we were out of town. We needed our vehicle towed over 300 miles and they did it with zero complaint. I am forever grateful for the ease and professionalism of Kary (the coordinating agent) and Nathan (the operating technician). They made a headache of a day bearable, even through the nasty weather. Highly recommend their service. Thank you again!
Scott went above and beyond for me! I locked my keys in my vehicle during my lunch hour, and my co-workers picked me up to drive me back to work. When I told Scott what happened, he offered to get my keys out of my car and then bring my keys to my office. Wonderful customer service!
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Auto Lovers!!! Joe came out to my house with his flatbed tow truck to see if he could get my car started he went above & beyond to try & get it started at my house but it wouldn’t even turn over or start so we towed to his shop. His mechanic had it up & running in no time!! ( I had a relay switch going out so my car didn’t recognize that it was in park to start) his repair rates were very affordable. The customer service that I received from them was absolutely top notch!! I will definitely be using this shop again & I will highly recommend them to everyone!!!! Thank you guys again for all that you did getting my car do so quickly & back on the road again!!
Scott was great!!!! Helped out our family of 6 while on vacation with our Honda Odyssey in Oklahoma. He diagnosed the problem and saved us a tow. THANKS AGAIN Scott!!!
These guys were very fast to arrive on the scene when we had a shredded tire and no jack to change it. They were friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the job very quickly and got us back on the road. Highly recommend!
This is without a doubt one of the best companies you will ever deal with!!! Professional service every time! Very polite young gentlemen drivers. Office that is accurate and reliable! The people go above and beyond.
I didn't get services by your company. I did however have an encounter with one of your rollback drivers. We were traveling on I-35 south and he got on the interstate. He failed to yield to traffic moving on the interstate. I had to slam on my breaks so I didn't get hit! His speeds were in excess of 90+ mph! Wreckless driving doesn't make it safe getting to a call for response times! 😡😡😡😡😢
Highly recommend! We used them through the Roadside Assistance with our insurance. The driver was so helpful and figured out a solution to save us money that we were going to pay for extra mileage. He even took our son’s truck the next day to get the tires repaired. That’s called going above and beyond which is rare these days. So thankful and grateful for the service we received!

Friendly service, excellent response time. Very knowledgeable about the work being performed. The owner was very courteous and gave me a great deal best price I found after calling around. Would recommend 10/10 would use again!
