I was down in Ohio picking up a dirt bike when my truck broke down on the side of the highway. I called VJ’s Towing and Rescue and got connected with Alex. From start to finish, the experience was incredible.
Alex safely recovered my truck and my dirt bike from the side of the highway and transported everything all the way back to Michigan. I was extremely nervous about having the dirt bike in the back of the truck during the tow, but Alex handled everything professionally and treated my vehicle and bike with real care.
The level of kindness, professionalism, and sense of security Alex and VJ’s Towing provided was honestly unbelievable. They treated me like family and showed nothing but respect the entire time.
If I could leave 10 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Alex and VJ’s Towing and Rescue to anyone who needs reliable, professional help.
They were super kind and understanding on the phone, easy to talk to and good with communication. The employe I met was so nice, it genuinely made my day. Can’t express how grateful I was for the service. They showed up a little early which was perfect, and got my keys out of my car asap. Simple, and easy.
A big shout out to Alex our tow truck driver. He said he would be 15-20 minutes and he was right on time. He was professional and very empathetic. He preformed the job and did it well. He was a pleasure to have as are tow truck driver. Highly recommend this company.

This place is absolutely amazing. I was in a rollover accident with a truck and trailer on Wednesday last week. When it comes to professionalism, this place is awesome. They showed up exactly what they were supposed to do. And they even helped us with the recovery process when it came to driving my truck and trailer back home to Florida. I had just started driving home from work, when my tire went flat. I didn't have a spare, so I called VJ's. They were very kind and the pricing was extremely reasonable! Alex had to tow my car (almost 40 minutes away) and charged such a reasonable amount. Not only did I feel relieved to have my car home, but payment was a breeze as well!
While traveling to see family my van broke down and I had to call a tow. A driver named Alex was the one called out and he was able to smoothly and efficiently assist with the problem. Quickly getting me where I needed to go and answering any questions I had about the process. Overall it made the whole ordeal a lot easier to deal with. Excellent service!
