My car was in need of body repair. The insurance company gave me a couple options and I chose The Wreck Center in Perrysburg. I had barely gotten off the phone with the insurance adjuster and Mike from The Wreck was calling me to schedule an appointment. Start to finish they were awesome and my car looks great. I hope I don't need them again, but I highly recommend them for your body repairs. Only one week. I realize each repair is dependent on the amount of work needed, but I would come back to them if I needed body work. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful.

Recently hit a deer and ended up taking my car to this establishment. I dealt with Carl and he was fantastic. Carl kept everything professional and efficient. Thank you to Carl and the Wreck Center for getting my car back to new.

Unfortunately was in the circumstance where I needed my car fixed twice this year. The first car they fixed very well after someone backed into it and drove off. We knew when dropping that car off for repairs that we weren’t going to keep it due to yark collision center completely botching a hail damage repair. Then my new car got into an accident. Both times the cars were done in approx 2 weeks which is good and no complaints as far as the quality of the repairs

Polite, informative, fast, and great atmosphere. Wreck representative stated, "not many people know they have a deductable due at the time the vehicle repairs is complete." Mine is 500.00. if you can afford the extra 30 bucks or less for a rental to your insurance it's worth it.

My car was beautifully fixed, people were so nice and informative, and they washed my car on the outside AND omg cleaned the inside and let me tell you it was embarrassingly filthy. They even found a five dollar bill somewhere when cleaning it and left it on the mat for me! How honest is that!! They could have easily just pocketed it but they did not. Now that is an excellent employee that values their job. They must be an excellent employer to work for. Thank you so much, I will recommend your business forever 😃

Just a heads up they won’t look at your car without an appointment. It does not make that clear on your website and it they have pull up estimate drives so it would be easy to think that. Big waste of my time put a line at the top of your website that says no walk ins accepted. I even offered to drop it off with them and the guy refused

Took my truck to the shop after sideswiping a pole, door wouldn’t open. They were busy but temporarily fixed it so it was drivable. Took a couple months to get the final fix and they were extremely busy, just picked it up and it looks perfect

Dropped my Jeep off for a rear bumper repair on Monday the 29th, they said 2-5 days, Called them Wednesday after not hearing anything Tuesday just to see how it was going Mike said it was not ready yet. Got a call later on at 1 saying it was ready for pick up. We looked it over it looked GREAT I was so happy! Got to 75 and all the sensor lights and alarms started going haywire I called them and they said to bring it back to have it looked at. Mike scanned it and was honest that the scanner tool has been acting funky but they did what they could and it didn’t solve the problem so they were happy to have us bring It back up at a better day to have the service team check to see if they need to recalibrate the sensors or if they need to replace the sensor module. Honestly the three guys in the offices were all nice I’m happy with that and the fact they are trying to make things right for me :) Word of advice to the tech, I have 24/hr monitoring cameras in my jeep and I’m all for work and play but when you see my auto wipers going crazy maybe turn them off before the wiper gets ripped off next time…. Maybe if you weren’t cackling on your phone you would have seen what was happening before the wiper got ripped off and the bare metal arm scratching across my windshield in the car wash.

Rough experience overall. They did not finish the work that needed to be done on my car and I had to take it back to the shop. They also have very poor communication skills. They told me they would keep me updated and call me later in the day. I never received that call, so I decided to call them myself. After they did not pick up the phone after 4 times of trying to contact them, I tried using a family member’s phone. They picked up immediately, they were ignoring my calls. This is unacceptable.

I have had a van there for almost a year. After working out insurance and giving them the go ahead they refuse to call me back. This is the worse company to work with. Run as far away from them as you can. They suck!!!!!!!! Update! I finally got a phone call after complaining very loud. We will see how it goes and if I need to change my review

My insurance company said this company was part of their network. This place sucks. Took 2 weeks to get someone to call me back. The day I was told my car was ready, I go out to check it out and I’m not satisfied. I express this, then the associate @ The Wreck Center say’s to me “If you Can’t afford your deductible just say that”! I damn near lost it but I kept my cool. I’m just looking at this insecure man deflect on their work to make it seem as I’m making up an “excuse” not to pick my vehicle up. But in the end I was right but I Will Never, Never Ever Use This Company again!! Purely let me know who they are and how they operate. Mind you it took 5 weeks for a $6,500 repair! Disgusting by a Disgusting Person!!! I give them the finger!!

Revising this because the body shop is doing everything they can, but it's the dealer service center that is the hold up. The collaboration between the two shops is poor. The body shop is taking the heat from me as the customer and our insurance company, but they are covering our costs in an effort to make things right. Our vehicle has been there for over two months awaiting repairs. There is a complete disconnect between the service shop and the body shop and zero coordination. We’ve been told for three weeks that our vehicle is “next” to go on the lift for necessary mechanical repair and we’re still waiting. We moved our vehicle to this shop under the direction of our insurance provider and I wish we hadn’t.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The FIRST time I dropped off my car after having a deer go down the center and through both passenger side wheel wells, they told me it was "ready to go, drives great" - only we had to return and get another rental after driving 5 miles because they FORGOT to put weights in the wheels and it was shaking so much the kids literally became nauseous; there was still deer meat on the car at that time after their "full repair". My wife stopped by one evening to get something from it as they were weeks in to the repair, a porter went flying at least 40mph through the parking lot and missed our 6 year old by maybe 5 feet, while she was still at the door. No apology from the service manager who saw. Our front bumper was never correctly reattached, the paint job had drips everywhere, and when we discovered issues they had missed they claimed it happened PRIOR to our accident- if that was the case, how did they miss it TWICE? Due to their missing the additional issue I ended up with multiple repairs I had to handle myself, according to these guys a sedan having an ENTIRE deer go under it wont damage the sway bar link, they claimed because they could do an alignment the sway bar link was fine - one has nothing to do with the other, but hardly surprising to hear from this shop. I had to manually fix the wheel well shield because they didn't. The excuse then became they had turnover, it was the holidays, etc - the point was my car never was correctly fixed. They do shoddy work, take forever, and can't even balance a tire correctly. Go elsewhere for any type of service if you want it done right.

These guys do awesome work! They replaced my rear quarter panel on my 2006 GMC pick up an it's looks new color perfect match. Work was done for 120 bucks less then my estimate an was on time! My hats off to you gentleman !!!

The Wreck Center did a great job replacing the hood on my Toyota 4runner, which had failing paint and many chips. My truck looks great and the paint job is a perfect match on my older vehicle. Well done guys!

Did absolutely amazing work! Car went in to have dent fixed and bumper repair. Came out looking like a new car. They even washed it, filled up the window washer fluid, cleaned the inside and replaced my headlight bulbs since the hi beams were out!! Definitely professional service. Now I do say I’m not a fan of the older gentleman that helped me. He’s very rude and I actually dread having to deal with him again. This would be the only reason to keep me from coming here again. Not sure what his issue is but definitely should be addressed.

Awful customer service. They can't/don't adhere to their own time lines. They've had my car since 8/26. I was told parts would be in on 9/7 and I could pick up my car on 9/16. I'm now finding out 3 days before I'm supposed to pick my car up that they haven't even started working on it and they don't think I'll be able to pick up until 9/28. I've received no other updates on progress prior to today and even had to call them to get the estimated pick up date I was originally given. I'm now having to extend my rental for another 2 weeks, with no recompense from this company because their timelines are "estimates". I could understand being off by a couple days, but finding out 3 days before the original "estimated" pick up date that you were off by 2 weeks is completely unacceptable.

The customer service fellows were pleasant enough, but the service techs are sorely lacking in skills. They had my car 3 times to fix issues and it still is not working right. I was referred by my insurance company - big mistake.

Insurance company suggested to get body work done here to fix a large gash on the front bumper. After the FIRST visit, front bumper was painted several shades too dark. Also a bunch of clear residue was smeared all across the door pillar. Needed the car back badly. The car was brought back for a Second visit, to get the front bumper painted correctly when we were in the state again. Upon returning, the garage opted to just paint the wheel fender to match the incorrectly painted bumper! We were in the middle of moving 9 hours away, and again needed the car back. The insurance company wouldn't assist anymore either. At this point it's a lost cause resulting in a poorly matched front end. Very frustrating experience to say the least. Just do the right thing from the start and there wouldn't have been any issue. Use caution when working with this shop.

The wreck center move my repair date back three times. They did not communicate with the insurance company regarding the reasons which cost me around $500 out of pocket for the rental car. The manager Al did reimbursed me for the rental and gave me an extra $100 for the inconvenience. However, the day I picked up my car, it was not washed and my “charge battery” light came on the next day, which also speaks to the overall professionalism of this shop. I would not recommend this shop for serious car repairs when State Farm insurance is involved.

We were so impressed with our experience, beginning with Aaron who was terrific from start to finish. The complimentary, friendly shuttle service is a nice touch, particularly since we are a one vehicle family. The work was top notch and we would definitely call on them again in the future.

Never again. Incompetent people. Please check whatever you are getting done there before you leave. Take picture of your mileage. Very disappointed in how they handle customers. Negative stars should be an option.
