I took a battery in to be exchanged the other day, and get this.... They've changed it and actually DIDN'T ask me for my vehicle make, model, year, transmission type, tire size, paint color, and interior trim. They just gave me the battery I asked for, and took the old one. 30 seconds in the store, tops. Only giving 5 stars tho because almost 200 bucks for a car battery is bullshit. Do better and I'll give you that 5th star.

Employees very rude three of them all helping one dude while people were waiting in line for help got up to employee ask a question complete shut down goes what we have on the floor is what we got didn't even look up anything didn't even move online it said they had part in stock wouldn't do anything then told us to go to a different store not even another auto zone a completely different company

I typically have decent service. I pretty much exclusively use this location. I have on multiple occasions been handed the code scanner, I scan my code, and the worker tells me what the check engine light is for, I buy the part and go home. Today I walked in, asked if I could borrow it for a second and the guy said no. That’s not the problem, if policies change that makes sense and is 100% fine. Dude was rude and condescending about it which is where I draw the line. We went back and forth a few times where I explained to him I’ve had people hand it to me in the past which is why I so casually asked and he basically told me that didn’t happen because “we don’t do that here”. After way too long he offered to scan it for me which I accepted, thanked him, and started walking to the car to which he then injected the comment “but we don’t just hand this out to anybody”. At that point I told him not to bother. The correct customer service way to handle the situation would have been “sorry, I can’t hand it to you, but let’s go check it out real quick”. Not arguing with me about what you do and don’t do. The great thing about my money is that it spends elsewhere.

Had a product issue that originated years prior (confusion on what my vehicle required vs what was provided - an innocent error), and these guys made it right. I am beyond appreciative of the way they responded to this and served me as a customer. Thank you!

Michael D was extremely helpful in replacing the battery for my husbands 2014 Jeep Cherokee. He was polite as well as professional and thoroughly explained the battery and warranty options. Got us out and back on the road within minutes.

Kevin was so helpful! I came in to get some oil for my engine and he helped me find the right oil for my beetle, and even helped me check my oil level to see how much i needed. If you need help at autozone, ask for Kevin!

Duralast parts are absolute trash. Save yourself hours of messing with parts that are not correct parts even though “the system” shows being correct parts. 3 of 4 parts for truck did not fit and had to get from other vendors. Will never buy Duralast “house brand” again. Absolutely wrong parts. Bought a more expensive brand which was warranty swapped for the cheaper and incorrect Duralast part because Autozone doesn’t carry the other brand anymore. Another example of cheap parts being replaced with cheaper parts from overseas that are not even oem specs, trying to add to corporate bottom line.

Car suffered some damage nearby and the employees were incredibly helpful during the situation. They didn't hesitate in lending a helping hand and giving advice. I would recommend this specific location to anybody. They are good people and trustworthy.

What amazing staff! My husband and I were broken down and took 2 days to get it up and running. And I have to say we've never been in this type of predicament before, and having such nice, compassionate, helpful people who work here was a godsend. We need more people like this in the world. This store was in tip top shape, very clean and busy; since located right off the highway I assume they're kept busy. Loved the upbeat atmosphere as well as music. It helped keep our spirits high.

Michelle at this location was great in working through a warranty issue with my Duralast battery. JP installed my battery quickly and even gave me advice in cleaning the seat upholstery. Good folks at this store.

The GM, Michelle, and JP were so kind to help replace my battery in 20°F weather. Despite a damaged positive terminal, they worked diligently to make it fit. Michelle even ran an diagnostic-alternator test. Their dedication and kindness made a tough situation manageable. And after my long-hard day, it was brighter because of them.

I have been here for 2 times now for very simple things, last one today for battery change for my 2005 Sienna. The worker was very nice and trying to help but the boss is very arrogant and impolite. She tries to make every thing difficult in order not to do it as if she is doing it for free. Bad experience, never back

My experience here was wonderful started out stressful but both Michelle and Jimmy were super helpful in solving the issue. They installed the new headlights for me and welcomed me back for help anytime. Overall 10/10 customer service and professionalism. They deserve a raise !

We are so grateful to Max and the super kind team at Auto Zone. They saved our butts. We’re on a cross country road trip and they took the time to test everything when we hit some car trouble. They were way more attentive than the mechanics we saw yesterday. They really went above and beyond for us. I never leave reviews but I just had to share my experience here. Thanks Max!

Had a spark plug go 30 minutes into a 4hr trip home on the expressway; the store manager changed it for us in no time. She was super personable and knowledgeable, and the whole thing was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Easily the best and most helpful AutoZone I've been to, thanks for getting us back on the road!

Shout to Jonjay for the help today. Appreciate you man! Jonjay was quick to find me a battery replacement but couldn't help with replacing right away due to short staff. As soon as he had the coverage, he came out to the parking lot and offered to take over. He got it done super fast. Good chat about cars and parts in the meantime. Thanks again

When I arrived at the store, there were about five people in line in front of me. There were two people working and both were helping other customers. However, there were a number Employees (Four, I believe) behind an adjacent wall of parts talking about anything and everything except the business. When the “working” Employees (Christina and John J) asked for help at the front desk, no one came forward. Really, really bad customer service. I was appalled that they would allow people to wait in line while they were chitchatting in the back. I have no idea where the store manager was, but perhaps he was one of the ones engaged in the chitchat.

I went to this store since the store in Lima, OH misread a part number, I was at home for Easter and I had to exchange that part for the correct one. I was helped by a guy there who had long hair and glasses and he knocked this out of the park. Seriously. He was wonderful. Kind, helpful, positive, just a wonderful experience. Then after I got my part he said if something else goes south I'll be here until 9pm tonight to help you. I apologize I didn't get his name but AutoZone, PLEASE positivity recognize this employee of yours for a job well done. I wish all my car projects go as smoothly as this one did after the fact.

I had a car problem this evening and flew into a panic. Jonah and his manager were so helpful that I am beyond grateful! Their advice and help with taking care of the problem were invaluable. Wonderful place to go, love having them here local!
