I got stuck in the snow on my first day of work doing delivery for Kroger. I was delivering around OSU campus, and the roads were so bad. I called my supervisor, and waited less than an hour, they sent me Milford Towing. The guy name is Bruce (if im not mistaken), he is the man, he pulled the truck in no time, and willing to wait, and make sure I could go back on the road to finish my route. Great service, very professional, and friendly, thank you Milford towing!

Ive dealt with milford towing for decades now. This time instead of towing my vehicles, they hauled a much needed piece of equipment for me. The driver was great. He was helpful and knew what he was doing. He was able to drop the equipment right where we needed it which was a very hard spot to get to with the flatbed. 100% recommend every time for any towing or hauling needs.
Driver was professional and kept me updated me on his ETA. Hard worker and polite. Towed my box truck back to my work terminal quickly and safely. Many thanks.
I didn’t catch the driver’s name but I will forever use and recommend Milford towing for any towing needs. They were professional and POLITE ( even after a very long day in the cold). I appreciate that they took the time to be sure not to damage my truck, even when it required Them to stop and bring in a bigger truck!

Had a great guy tow my Mustang out of a mangled mess and he did the job perfectly, and quick even when he had an under supplied rig, he did amazing job within 10 minutes!!
My truck was damaged by a body shop and wasn’t able to get driven upon my scheduled pick up date. Panicked in the evening on a Saturday of how to get my truck home to Cincinnati I called Milford towing. They were hassle free and handled the pickup and delivery to the dealership. Towe services was called by trooper. He then loaded my car on the truck, secured it and dropped me off at my home on his way to car shop where he dropped off my keys in overnight box. Next morning I received a call with information that they’ve received the keys a car and will start the inspection.
Troy did a great job picking me and my car up. He got straight to work and was careful with my car. He explained what he was doing and then drove my car and me safely home.
Broken axle on utility trailer on 175 North at exit 13. Milford arrived as promised in 30 minutes. Brandon the operator very skilled and friendly. He carefully loaded the trailer without causing any further damage and dropped it off to the Trailer Guy
Woman at the front desk was extremely rude after I went in to get things from my vehicle after a wreck. I didn’t have a choice but would never use this company if I did.
