Great honest service. I called and inquired about a particular service, and instead of going forward with that, they recommended another option that ultimately cost me less money. If I have any other job in this area, Auto Works Towing will be my first call.
First time using and wow their customer service was amazing. From the first call until after service was done. The driver was, early, advised of some potential issues, we discussed and she worked through them. Loaded tank, brought to new facility, advised how we were going to off load and placed the tank exactly where we need it.
Amazing job and will be using them in future for hauling needs.
They towed my truck after an unfortunate accident and took great care and was very responsive to my concerns and worries. A great group here if you ever need their services, I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call. You wouldn't be disappointed.
Can't say enough good things about Tug and his whole crew. When it comes to getting you taken care of they are true professionals in what they do. Highly recommend them for any tow services you might need.
Saw one of the auto Works semi truck drivers with green filter lights Hauling a lowboy trailer, cut someone off in the fast lane, then proceed to try to blind him with his rear Facing white light bar. Very unprofessional and dangerous. What a stupid move by the driver of that semi truck. Keep in mind, the roads are wet from all the rain that we had last night and the idiot proceeds to do that And potentially causes an accident
Outstanding customer service from the time I called until the job was completed. I Have used Auto works on small pulls to larger hauling jobs and would recommend them to anyone.
Great tow company, got a truck delivered from Kentucky all the way to dayton ohio with no issues. Driver unloaded exactly where I wanted with ease. Highly recommend for all your towing or recovery needs
Told the tow truck was coming between 2:42-3:12pm today and finally it came at 6:20pm and no notification they’d be late until 5:55pm (they should’ve called me at 3pm to tell me they’d be late). Please work on giving costumers notice of running behind. Other than that they’ve done a great job getting my van to my house and I’d use them again because of how fast they worked once they got to my van.
I would have given them 1 star if it weren't for the gentleman that helped us. Even through he was 30+ minutes late to open. Story is, my 9 month pregnant wife was rear ended by a semi on the highway and spent the night in the hospital to make sure our baby was okay. We weren't given anymore information then a phone number for the towing company. She called the next day and talked to a very rude lady who acted as if she had something more important to do then answer a few questions for my wife. My wife only asked if she could come and pick up her badge for work, so she could return back to work the following night. She's a trooper. But the lady insisted we weren't allowed to get into our car and gave little to no information as to why. So my wife called our insurance company and they called this same lady to see what needed to be done to get our stuff out of our car. She was extremely rude to the insurance lady as well. (Conversation is recorded if she tries to say she wasn't) She told the insurance lady, as rudely as possible, "Just so you don't have to call back here again, our hours are 9-5." Just to everyone reading this, they will try to deny it and act like she didn't act this way, because its his wife. I agree that you should defend your wife, which is what I'm doing, but you should maybe think about having someone else answer the phone. Im guessing we aren't the only ones who have had this experience.
This team of professionals always strive to be the best. Tug and his crew are about safety and doing the job right. I only call Auto works for my towing needs. This crew is fast fair priced and about the customer.
This company must not really want any business. They are labeled as 24-hours online but I’ve called a total of 5 times and not one time has anyone answered.
