I have a high-end Benz that died in the garage while traveling for an extended period of time. When this happens, the S580 goes into a “sleep mode” that for whatever reason lowers the car to where the body (the wheel wells) sit on top of the tires. The Mercedes guys came out, jumped the car, drove it out of the garage while forcing the turning of the tires while they ground against the body. It could not have been more obvious that the car was not good to drive. Because we couldn’t get it to rise, I called Soras. TJ was great in trying some back door efforts to make the car rise, but without success. He then sent out Nate and Scott and they were unbelievable! Total white-glove treatment in maneuvering this car onto the bed. I recently had a tow truck really mess up another one, so badly that the dealer in FL realigned the car and replaced all four tires at no-charge. With that experience I was super skeptical about any tow service. These guys were truly amazing! I just wish the Benz guys were trained as well!!! Use Soras, period.

Dangerous drivers! One of their tow truck drivers almost caused a wreck on 71N @ Redbank. Slamed on his breaks before the exit because he didn't wait in traffic. Car he was towing didn't have brake lights working so had to swerve into the snow covered shoulder. You guys tow cars, your not an ambulance...whats the rush!

Great and sweet people there, been taking care of my luggages and helping me moving them around since my car crashed and me getting injured. Big Thanks to Matt, Tyler, Chris, Kay and Bill!

I have to give this company a 5 star rating because the first driver Kevin M. that came to check out our van was great he tried everything that he knew to try to get it running. It would not start so he had to call to have a smaller truck come to tow it. While I was waiting for the other truck to come he kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. When Matt N. arrived with the other truck they worked together to get my van on the lift. When I asked how much it was they told me that they had talked to their boss Jim and they were not going to charge us the extra fee. See we are intown from Iowa here for Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. They are an amazing company

Let's face it. If a tow company is involved, it's been a bad day to some degree but Sora's Towing made this situation smooth and quick. As a fleet admin I deal with towing companies all over the US. This was easily the best experience I've had. They were called to tow one of my fleet vehicles. They notified us quickly, were clear about what they needed to release the vehicle, pleasant, professional and flexible in getting to a resolution of the situation and their rates were reasonable. I can't recommend them highly enough. This is a stellar organization.

My car broke down on 275 on my way to work. Sora’s picked my car up, identified what the issue was and got it fixed that day! They will give it to you straight and not try to add additional items that “need” fixed. Clearly a group that values servicing customers long term rather making a quick buck. Sora’s will definitely be receiving my call in the future.

Jim from Soras towing was exceptional. I called Soras due to my daughter breaking down leaving Kings Island at 22:30 hrs. After helping me locate her car even after someone was coming for them, he assisted them to get the car off the road and was concerned for her and her friend's safety. I can't say enough about this towing service and would highly recomend them for all your needs.

Car broke down on the side of 275, one local company had 2 hour wait. Called Sora’s and someone was out in thirty minutes. I believe the man’s name was Tucker who helped me out and was extremely helpful and professional. They have my business if I need it again.

I have personally had very good interaction with Sora's Towing on many occaisions. I'd like to talk about the last interaction with Sora's... I called the dispatch number and reached Tommy Sora.. I explained to him I had shredded a drag radial on the rear of my Hellcat and needed it towed and a ride home... I explained the car sits low and was down on one side, and would probably need special equipment to tow it.. He told me he had a truck not to far away and he would re-route him to my location. I waited a short period and here came the one of the most courteous drivers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He assets my situation used what he needed to to load the car safely. We were then off to my house where he unloaded it the same professional way. The driver thanked me, and then I thank him in return... Great family owned business ... Very prompt, Great pricing, professional personnel and equipment... They hit the bullseye Everytime . I give Sora's my Strongest Recommended Five Star Service.

Starting your day with--"oh no! Flat tire!" Within an hour and 20 minutes he arrived! On my request he applied air and took a picture of the area involved! Got denied by another tow company because my 350z was too low. Sora’s helped accommodate for my low car and had great service along the way. Jim Bauer was the man who towed it and he was amazing. Extremely friendly and made my bad day better. I would 110% go with Soras if your ever in need of a tow.

When you have a transit van breakdown late at night in a random parking lot you would typically think you are in a pretty difficult predicament. However with a quick call to Sora's towing and an exchange of a few details they had a specialist onsite in fifteen minutes. In another ten the van was loaded and we were on our way to the drop off location. The ease of use, efficiency, and overall experience was only made more impeccable by the superb level of customer service. Both the representative who set up the tow and the driver made the situation much more manageable and a lot less stressful. In and ideal world I will never have to use their service again but if the occasion arises, I will undoubtedly be using and recommending Sora's towing. What started as a terrible night ended with a smile on my face.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! My car slid off the on ramp of 275 north bound into a ditch and they were able to get me on my way to quick and easy. made sure the car was okay to drive. very helpful and would use again. the staff was great!

Sora's Towing had my truck loaded up in no time. The service was quick and professional! I was on my way out of town and Sora's made it so I did not loose any time, and got the truck back to my shop--awesome! My car broke down in Milford and I first went through my insurance who dispatched some tower in KY (yes I said KY which is crazy) who (big surprise) never came. I then called Sora’s who were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to meet the needs of me the customer - were very informative and accurate on timing, process, and procedure. I was shocked at how they kept ‘the customer at the center’. I wanted to write this review as customer service is truly a rare thing in many businesses today. When in doubt always call Sora’s!
