Every single part of the process was easy, especially as this was my first time calling a tow! Every single person I spoke with was polite and explained everything clearly. Towing was done very timely! Price was great given the distance! My driver was Steven he was amazing.

Dispatch lady was actually very nice and patient with me. They were able to get a truck to me in 30ish mins. Steven was super nice and helpful. They price definitely couldn't be beat. I had called 3 other places that had a long wait or super high price. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future
The gentleman that came to assist with my Towing issue was named Brian. When I tell you he went above and beyond the Call of Duty to try to rule out things prior to loading my Enclave onto the truck for repairs. I sincerely appreciate his efforts and his empathy with my situation. Excellent ! Would recommend 1000%
We were on the side of 71 north by Rookwood shopping center at rush hour. We had a loaner car(Mercedes) and hit something in the road that flattened our front tire instantly. We called Mercedes road side assistance and they sent Day Heights to our rescue. He was so nice and polite. Made sure we were safe. He towed our car with care. I Had my truck picked up from one mechanic because it had a faulty brake job. I needed to have transported to my regular mechanic. Well the tow truck driver was not professional at all. I have a dash cam that recorded every word he said about me as a customer. You would have thought this guy hated me he was cursing me out so bad. By the way you were wrong my whole front end break system was replaced. I have 2 videos and he is on his phone with a co worker. So much cursing on the video I couldn’t even post up here.

I called Day Heights Towing last week when my truck wouldn’t start. The people answering the phone were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They were able to dispatch somebody right away. Elijah called me when he was on his way to me, letting me know his arrival time. The tow went great, he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, while still taking the time to make sure everything was done properly. He went out of his way, above and beyond, to be as helpful as he could. I won’t even call anyone else next time I need a tow!

Elijah was extremely careful with my car. I was worried about the fact that it sits low, and he took extra care and time to ensure that nothing would be damaged. He arrived quickly and communication was fantastic.
We got one of our tractors stuck and day heights sent out a great driver (Lilo) to get it unstuck. She did a great job and had it out quickly. I can definitely recommend them for any of your towing needs!
My highest regards to two of your drivers tonight. The first driver on the scene(Elijah) with his flatbed, was very prompt and courteous. He soon discovered what precarious situation I had gotten myself into. While turning into a driveway off OH-28 this evening, I overshot the driveway when turning in. I ended up putting my Tacoma high centered onto a concrete culvert opening with the back right wheel 18 inches off the ground. He had a good idea of how he wanted to attempt this, but chose not to risk it without getting a second opinion. After clearing another call, James showed up. Another very professional and courteous employee. They spent some time using both flatbeds to try and pick up my truck and maneuver it off the culvert without tipping it over. It was already sitting at about a 20 degree angle. They eventually pulled it off and I was pleased to discover the truck had minimal damage. Because of their talent, it managed to be a straight AAA tow instead of a recovery, which would not have been covered, and would have been very expensive. Thank you so much you two. Day Heights Towing, be proud of these guys.
Absolute amazing service! The driver Brandon was nice and efficient. The lady who called me was very patient and helped ease my anxiety , we were on 275 during evening traffic with cars / trucks flying by us. She also moved stuff around so they could get to us faster. I recommend this company to everyone! Thank you!
