Worse auction to buy from. Horror customer service and management. Misleading pictures of listed vehicles for bid as well as the description of the damages conditions. Won a bid on a truck and went sent to pick the truck was in no conditions near to the pictures posted on the listing of the stock. Had to pay over $1,000 on towing truck fees to be able to transport the vehicle to its destination. Vehicle was listed as run and drive and it was neither or. One of the front tires was completely off the axle which in none of the pictures they had on this listing this was showed. See pictures of what the auction listed and also the pictures of when the truck was picked up.
Added a vehicle to my account that i DID NOT bid on and won't take it off no matter how much you explain, they added $2077 "renege" fee that pauses my account until paid. Terrible customer service too
I have to say, hats off to the WONDERFUL ladies at this auction! They took the best care of me, and made my vehicle pickup the easiest ever. IAAI sells the best cars, and this location has the best people. I’m forever grateful to you all.
NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRANCH. NOT ONLY WOULD THEY NOT ACCOMMODATE TO PICK UP A VEHICLE DURING THIS PAST STORM, BUT THE EVEN CHARGE MY TRANSPORTED AN EXTRA STORAGE DAY. THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP AS SOON AS THEY OPENED. WORSE BRANCH I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN 15 YEARS BUYING FROM IAAI . FIRST AND LAST TIME YOU WILL EVER SCREW ME. SCAMMERS
I do not recommend doing any business with this place. It's ran by a buffoon who is too dumb to understand common sense or empathy. 10/10 would shoot myself before coming here.
Usually... getting a vehicle for a client can be like pulling teeth... a lot of waiting & assured pain. Not today tho. I was gratefully surprised at how efficient the crew in new philly performed. & the sweet little old lady -pun intended- who you would never expect to be runny the mastodon forks... SUPERB.

This place is a complete scam. When they say runs and drives apparently that means has a thrown rod and the motor is locked up. Do not trust anything they say. They gave us the option to resell it to the next poor soul looking for a motor and screw them over next. Go to a different auction house that has a better concept of honesty and integrity

Unfortunately I can only give a one star review because negative stars Is not a option. Manager Michelle and the staff are completely and utterly rude and unprofessional. We’ve been buying cars from IAAI for many years now and never been treated in such a rude way. We’ve been great customers purchasing so many cars weekly and to be treated in such a way is just unacceptable.
Misleading, purchased a vehicle that was advertised as collision damage, the engine and transmission had been swapped out with an older model, incorrect mileage, lots of missing parts including starter, torque converter, electrical connectors...
