This is the second time I’ve been picked up from this company and the second time that Scott has come to my rescue. He is so absolutely friendly and made me feel very safe . It was a great to see him get out of the truck when he got here. He was even nice enough to fill my blinker fluid up!
They just told me it's okay to charge $868.00 for a one mile tow because the insurance company will pay the bill!!! People like this is why everyone has to pay such high insurance rates. I hope to get the insurance company to dispute the bill, that's ridiculous to charge that much!!!! He said it cost a lot to run these trucks, I own a diesel and it's not that much!!! Try Greg's towing instead you might have a better experience.
Our truck broke down on a trip on holiday weekend Sunday. The dispatcher and driver were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their service if you ever need it. Thanks Rosenberry!
Had to get my truck towed and the driver Jessie was there super fast, he was very polite and quick to get it to the shop, the service lady was very polite and very helpful as well will definitely call them for more service
This gentleman was so helpful. He worked on getting me back into my car quickly. I'm disabled and have hard time standing for long. He was genuinely concerned and food his best to get me in the car as quickly as possible
Man I tell ya what I called in today not even a min later they actived an operator (named jesse) and gosh darn it he was on it very professional ,super quick and great sense of humor not to mention very easy on the eyes too?

What incredible service I received from Alex. From out of town and stranded at a truck pull over on the interstate at 11pm at night. Keys and phone locked in my car, he came to the rescue, it took him about 1 minute to unlock my car. I will always remember his kindness, professionalism and humor. I sadly did not get the gentleman's name who helped me while I was so frazzled tonight. He got to me very fast, was kind when helping me and told me what it seemed to be that broke on my car. Will definitely call them in the future if I have any more issues.

You make a fortune towing in this town and have for many generations and you repay all the families that have used your services by crossing a picket line. What a disgrace. It’s rich people like you that ruin it for the blue collar guys. You’ll step on anyone for a dime. You would get more support and more work if you had a spine and supported your local union workers.
I had a great experience with this towing service tonight. They were fast, courteous and fair. I truly enjoyed my conversation with the driver who brought me all the way home to my mechanic. I highly recommend this company!

Got my semi-truck stuck. Was able to get out myself prior to their arrival. I called back 22 minutes after initially speaking with the company. This was about 16 minutes after hanging up the phone with them and giving my location as the first call lasted about 6 minutes. They had to be barely underway to me and still charged $260 and would not budge to $200. Not pleased.
We had a machine get stuck at a property near beach city, and weren't sure who to call. We ended up speaking with a gentleman named Alex. Not only did he take the call, but he was the one out on site. He had to call in a larger rig, but Alex had our 35,000lbs lift out in no time! Will use them again if we ever happen to run into a situation in there service area. Alex and the other driver appeared to be highly skilled and knowledgeable regarding hook points and the most efficient way to get our lift out. Thanks again Alex for the help!
Awesome towing company. They pulled our big rig out in a big snow storm and charged way less than what others in the area were quoting. They were on time, and very professional. Top notch company.
I wish I could give less than one star. The driver was snarky when I had a question, he misquoted me a price, and the man at the counter was rude. In a nutshell: they are expensive, lack any understanding or empathy, and have 0 patience to help someone who had never used a towing company before.
Although I didn't end up needing them, T County Towing was more affordable and they listened to me.
Obviously the city called them for this particular job but now I know I will not be using them for my own towing jobs and will not be recommending them to others.
My car got impounded over something stupid, and on a Friday just like this other person who wrote a review, which means I'll be charged extra for storage fees over the weekend too. The police and Rosenberry must plan this every Friday and make good money by screwing over people.
This happened to me right after paying all my bills and I have no money left till next Friday. By then the bill will be more than my paycheck, so I guess they get to keep my car. I hope you all go to hell!
